    @RogersHelps i know you want to make it frustrating/difficult to remove a channel because you’ll lose my $3 a month or whatever it costs, but if i can add a channel with two clicks of a button, it should be JUST as easy to remove it. cancel channel. confirm. done. how can i do it myself??

    @RogersHelps Many times over it went to the CCTS and I'm still waiting and I sent an email to the ombudsman. 10 years as a loyal customer and this is how Roger's treats its customers. I left and went to bell and now they want to charge me an early termination fee for a phone they lost.

    @RogersHelps Are there reported issues in Ottawa area? Channels keep reloading and nothing happens. We've restarted the modem multiple times

    @RogersHelps I am having a problem with the transmission of the Blue Jays game. My screen keeps going black and now my box has restarted on its own. I did call in and they restarted my modem, but I’m still having the same issue. Are you aware of a problem.

    Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.
