    @RogersHelps Well another day Now can chalk up DM’s with Rogers. Just received 4th text Rogers Update saying been delay in fixing problem you told us of but our technical teams are on it. We're sorry it's taking so long. We will provide an update as soon as we can. WHEN 8 days counting

    @RogersHelps and @AppleSupport who can help with air pods that aren't working and should still be under warranty... :( we took them to an outsourced place and they said they have error but aren't under warranty?! Someone please help

    This is what I get for trying to watch the #RoyalRumble tonight... Signed up to @Sportsnet Now: start, buffering, play 40-50 seconds, buffering, repeat. XBox app: buffering. Android app: buffering. Streaming from website: buffering. It's nigh unwatchable @RogersHelps WTF?! 🤬

    @Rogers Supposed to hook up internet from 10:00-12:00, no one came, no one called, transferred 4 times, on hold for 3 hours. This is customer service? #horriblecustomerservice, #worstcompany, #hotgarbage

    @RogersHelps The live stream is buffering often. The playback stream is slightly better, but not much. I'm watching about 5 minutes behind the live stream to see if that improves things: Approx 5 minutes of semi-stable playback, then it buffers frequently for a few min before settling down.

    @Rogers literally have the worst customer service ever technician will say talk to support online for new modem support will say vice versa but no one will get you a new ******* modem they think everyone who use their services don't know **** about them
