@RogersHelps I have been trying to cancel a channel pack since MAY. The phone agent screwed up and didn’t remove it, the website glitches when I try to remove it myself, and live chat never has anyone available. I’m done paying for a service I have cancelled multiple times!

@Rogers wow Rogers way to lie.. I’ve been a loyal customer for years…months ago @TELUS offered me to come back but I stayed with you after a perk of $10/month data for Apple Watch for 24 months but I was billed for it then told it was an error from employee so I must pay goodbye

@RogersHelps “Frontline staff can’t do anything. It’s such a technical issue that it needs to be done from the backend”.Switching modems back to the one I’ve been using I guess is extremely difficult. Lots of digits in those IP addresses and serial numbers.

@Victor_Cidade @RogersHelps We’ve experienced exactly the same issue every evening since the outage. All Rogers can tell me is “everything looks good. Let us know if it happens again”. Have restarted the box each time. Doesn’t help. We will also be switching services.

@RogersHelps your company keeps saying that you want to earn back trust, but your customer service is TERRIBLE. Hire more agents and make sure they are capable. That would be a start. Now, someone needs to contact me to remove the channels!!
