    Dear @Rogers you lied to me and said the people calling 3 times a day to switch to Roger’s don’t work for you. Finally someone was honest and said you have to many agents and they can’t keep track. Please fix your **** I’m tired of the constant harassment. #rogerssucks

    @RogersHelps Received a replacement Xfinity Entertainment box but getting error code 012 when I try to set it up. Customer service/technical support have been completely unhelpful...I have chatted with or spoken to at least 8 agents and spent over 3 hours on hold. Not great!!

    @Rogers how to we actually get a technician to help with a surge damaged drop? It’s been 7 days now and 2 technicians with no resolution. Have to wait on the phone for 1.5 hours to have support tell us they can’t send someone for another day.

    Why do big company’s like @Rogers @amazon have such ****** customer service… They take your $ no problem but when you have an issue or concern good luck having it resolved… Business don’t care about customers anymore it’s really sad.
