I think this is my fifth cutoff in two weeks, my fault for being insane - doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Steve (@SteveD29) reported@RogersHelps What a disgrace you are. Charging me 210 bucks for an internet service that I haven’t used and your customer service tells me “Nothing we can do” I haven’t used rogers internet in almost a year. Completely useless and unacceptable customer service!!!
