    I spoke with a rep from @Rogers Customer **Retention** Services today who was rude, laughed & treated me like I was dumb, & at one point said, “I let you talk, now it’s your turn to let me talk.” I’ve been with Rogers for 13 yrs with MANY issues. Switching to @TELUS this week 👋

    @RogersHelps Worst provider. I have an issue for a month and all I got promises. I’ve been following with them for almost 10 days on daily basis. Although, they confirmed that 4 accounts in the building having the same, no maintenance crew has deployed at the location to resolve the issue.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps has the worst customer service of all time. Imagine not caring to restore internet service during a lockdown for over a week and having 5 hour wait times on the phone. Time to cancel my account.

    @RogersHelps I’ve done what I can over two weeks, and had 6 phone calls. I’m sending your ignite hardware back. When a customer asks for a service call give them a service call.

    @Rogers going on 16 hours without service after an 8 hour outage 2 days ago. Not a great customer experience!

    Be careful of the customer service at @Rogers. After screwing up my delivery time for my pro on the go TWICE they decided they didn't have to do anything to fix the solution! I talked with several loyalty agents and nothing! Hard time seeing myself with @Rogers once contact is up
