    @RogersHelps @Rogers @RogersMediaPR I have been oscillating between one dept to the other noone is offering me any solution rather keep transferring me. I have been more than patient but two days to get an internet transfer is far more than an inconvenience, isn’t it?

    @RogersHelps How can you help? The last agent told me she would call to set up internet the new place. NoOne called. Today as well I have spoken to five different departments, wasted 40 mins of my morning and I am still on call.
