@RogersHelps My wi-fi is down since 7am. I work from home and I missed important meetings. Most of my phone's data is gone because I had to use the hotspot. Opened several tickets, nobody is able to provide an estimated time for resolution. Kitchener, Forest Heights area.

So @RogersHelps last week did gave us notice of work being done for the next few days, then gave us a refund. Today, with a customer demo, my home internet drops again with no notice. So much for the promises. As they only seem to respond to bad PR, they're getting it.

@RogersHelps Somehow likewise sent my device to another city. I'm not sure how this happened considering my first device was sent to the correct address. It was sent to Melita MB apparently and I had to argue with the customer service rep before the case was opened
