@RogersHelps You put your customers through a multi-step identification process then an AI bot only to then hang up on them!? Omg beyond brutal! @Rogers

@bnicholsonsmith @Rogers @BlueJays your entire organization sucks. This is what happens when a corporation gets too big. Too many cooks in the kitchen make 5 different dishes.

Also, your stores are only open 10-5 weekdays which is when people WORK. Taking time out of work to find a human to email a QR code is bad service & advice @Rogers

Fck it’s unreal how useless cell coverage is in NL. @TonyWakehamNL the amount of money wasted by certainly federal and maybe provincial towards @Bell and @Rogers while we have garbage service is mental. High cost phones and bills but utterly useless service …

Seems @ShawInfo with @Rogers has a constant circulation in blue screens that would make Microsoft blush. Somehow their support procedures only work when their on the phone (suspicious). #techsupport #rogerscable #sharcable

@RogersHelps I know for sure though if I don't pay the bill, you will call me multiple times a day for payment. And for some reason those people calling me can't help me either as I have to speak with customer service. It's extremely frustrating and I will be switching providers.

@RogersHelps what is wrong with your customer service? After 25 minutes waiting this morning I was able to order a new remote replacement. 2 hours later I receive an automated voicemail to call because they need more information. Now I have been on hold for 45 minutes.

@RogersHelps Actually almost 2 hours before I spoke with someone. It’s not professional for your customer service representative to say “yup” instead of “yes” or “correct.”
