    @RogersHelps Is there a logical reason why a COMMUNICATIONS company, doesnt have 24/7 service on the phone? I'm not interested in typing out a problem for 2 hrs to wait for a reply, then type out more, when it can be said in 2 minutes.

    Spoke to a @RogersHelps service person with their vehicle blocking the sidewalk on our busy street (in a school zone). I asked if he could move his truck. He said, unfortunately, no, because he "can't restrict traffic flow."

    @RogersHelps seems to think 6 months of issues is ok. And claim they are sorry but won't call back after 2 days to discuss ..Bad corporate lip service

    @RogersHelps @capistrano999 I'm having a similar issue: all of the episodes of a current season, except the most recent one. Several weeks since they aired. Have tried a box reset, still nothing.
