@brilang @RogersHelps We did that when switching from Rogers to @Shawhelp. I am less than impressed with Shaw’s coverage. It’s 2021.. I shouldn’t lose signal in the Massey Tunnel with Shaw when other providers work fine. That’s not the only place that Shaw’s signal is crap. (1/2)

  • rhabayeb Rob H (@rhabayeb) reported

@RogersHelps Your suggestions don't work. Chat features work for less than a day before they go down again. I never had that problem when I was with @TELUS , this seems to be a problem only Rogers has, as confirmed by multiple subscribers.

  • brilang Brian Lang (@brilang) reported

@eagleinbc @RogersHelps I switched to Fido. Same company, but cheaper plans. It's all self-service though... No shared plans, every plan/line is exactly what you get.

@RogersHelps Hello. As a Rogers customer for close to 30 years, it's extremely disappointing the Ignite Internet and TV bundle is less than satisfactory.

  • stuporstar Marissa G’Loewen the Dark 🎃 (@stuporstar) reported

My phone is pretty broken. Smashed my iPad and I don’t even want to know how much it will cost to fix or replace. I’m hitting refresh on my email waiting for @Rogers to send me a notification that they have a phone - any phone - in stock. I stayed with them - for now.

  • eagleinbc Cameron M. (@eagleinbc) reported

@brilang @RogersHelps I was with Fido years ago, but switched to Rogers because they offered a better plan. I not one to constantly switch providers, but the cost of cell phones in Canada is terrible. #crtc #AffordableMobileService

@Rogers is some bullshit, I just paid my bill and when I need the internet there's an outage? This is ridiculous I think it's time to finally say **** rogers.

  • Scorpi89n яɪɔɦаʀđ (@Scorpi89n) reported

@rogers can I cancel/change my cable/internet here or do I have to call?

  • DukeFinkelman The Duke (@DukeFinkelman) reported

Dealing with @Rogers customer service should be considered a form of mental torture

  • ShaunnaKelly Shaunna Kelly (@ShaunnaKelly) reported

@RogersHelps internet out since 11 am. No advanced notice: I’ve been hearing it’s for maintenance. Is this true? Why not provide notice? When is it going to come back on? Working from home is impossible without service.
