@Rogers but was told they have to treat me like a new customer and start from scratch because I had been with them so long. I didn't qualify as a new customer but when I go to update they tell me my I have been with them so long they need to review everything. #NoThx #BellHereICome

@RogersHelps I'm getting 0.9 MBPS Download with a connection that is supposed to give me 150 MBPS. Well done. Customer care told me, "get a better plan". The epitome of genuine garbage service.

@RogersHelps My point is through the years I wanted some new customer deals but it wasn't available to existing customers. Now, because I've been a customer for so long in order to change my plan I have to start my account from scratch so does that mean I will be considered a new customer?
