@RogersHelps I need to reroute a port to a different internal port on my Ignite box thing. Proper, full port forwarding. I'm worried because it seems your box does not support this very common and basic feature of practically all routers ever made. Please advise.

@rogers again fail to be consistent in pricing - I need to warn people. Internet & Cable currently cost us $149. Some loyalty bonuses are ending & 2 people quoted 171, a 3rd more senior person quoted 176 as final price 1 hour later. Rogers - Clearly not trustworthy -Beware!

@RogersHelps very frustrating tech support service with Rogers. They seem unwilling or unable to resolve my intermittent internet outages, and I keep having to re-explain to level 1 tech support and getting nowhere. Almost done with you guys.

@Rogers @Rogers had to pay $445.21 to avoid a hit on my credit history. None of your agents provided any helpful information and were contradicting each other. have proper processes in place for customers. Never would be using Rogers again and convinced my neighbors to switch as well.

@erlking @JohnTory was also behind @Rogers becoming the poster child for bad telephone customer service.

@RogersHelps My ignite gateway is not working. I saw a notice when I was waiting for a live chat that the Gateway system is experiencing issues across the system. Yet I can find no notices or status updates elsewhere. Where can I find service interruption notices if not here?

Calling in to @RogersHelps after my Ignite TV service has failed again for the 28th time in the last week. No answers. Ticket open forever, no updates. 30+ minute hold times. But I have to keep paying the bill. #isthisforreal
