AK... (@aneupane) reported@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps I'm not going to file complaint for my personal time damage but will report their fraudulent behavior towards customers. There might 1000 of victims like me. Luckily I noticed and have time to wait almost 3 hours but think of those who doesn't. You promise and don't fulfill?

Margaret ✨️ (@margarethughson) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Should post this comment on all other teams as well. They are doing the same damn thing.
-
Kim Melnyk (@MelnykKim) reportedHey @Rogers service. I’m trying to get support for someone to come deal with a downed wire in the street that belongs to you and the call centre has hung up on me twice when transferring me to the right people and virtual assistants are no help.
-
Rodrigo Naranjo (@rodnar77) reported@RogersHelps Yea.. I have already done that. New phone and I was asked to switch to physical sim card perhaps rogers should look at their network instead?

Harold Cundal III (@HaroldCundal) reported@KellyHrudey Damn, gonna miss you on the screen, Kelly! Another proof that @Rogers is tanking @Sportsnet hard. Will be watching anxiously for Hrudey 3.0.

Hales (@claytonhales83) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Literally every team does this. Calm down

Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported@blu_kryptonian It's hard wired into the cable box. @Rogers does everything in their power to make sure their customers are unhappy. It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!

Carlos Millan (@KarlozMillan) reportedWhat’s wrong with @Rogers in Yaletow Downtown Vancouver? Have had little to no signal since last week. All Rogers users in my office as well
-
Georgiana Balanica (@GeorgianaB83826) reportedHey @Rogers you need to do a much better job at dealing with your customers! I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes today to be transferred to talk to a supervisor after dealing with a customer service representative for more than 30 minutes that couldn’t understand my request for a service upgrade! You can’t put customers on hold for that long without resolution so I had to drop the call! Train your employees and train them how to properly help customers meet their needs! I know I’ve been working in this industry for over 15 years! I’ve started in customer service however it’s not what it used to be! Now it seems you want to get rid of customers as fast as possible instead of helping them and ensuring they remain loyal to your business!
