    @MonikaGul @NEWS1130 @canantifraud True story. Happened to me last month as well as I thought the text was spam. Got into my PayPal account as well. Luckily @AskPayPal and @Rogers rectified the issue within a couple hours and got my phone number back.

    @RogersHelps Will the outage be fixed today? If there’s a possibility this might continue past today, please communicate this instead of your scripted apologies so we can make other arrangements. I work with mentally disabled people who rely on scheduled calls. This is not good for them.

    At this point, I'm beginning to think that the @Rogers thing is a hack. No proof except the length of outage. Engineering updates may not always be easy to roll back but there always is a plan.
