Getting tired of @Rogers and @Apple @AppleSupport bouncing me back and forth for every iPhone or Apple Watch issue I’m having. Wish someone would just take responsibility already instead of laying the blame on each other! 😡 #customerservicefail #CustomerExperience

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

After so many years, the best @Rogers can do to fix their intermittant internet issues on our street is to force me to upgrade to their new-new(?) Ignite service, and pay more. I guess they want to get rid of me. So long, and thanks for all the fish!

@RogersBiz this company of Rogers I've been telling them now for three weeks that there's an issue with a cell tower they do not want to get off their backside and out of that hellhole of Toronto to come look at the power and diagnose the problem

@rogers @RogersHelps 2/2 I asked for pricing information and before I agreed to it, I'm being upgraded and paying more for a service before I actually agreed to the upgrade. Is this how you do business? I would like to be contacted by customer service please.

@Ricard0Rodrig0 @Rogers Any update on this? I’ve been having the same issue with Visual Voicemail on @Rogers not showing up for days at a time, if at all. Except when I let them know of the problem weeks ago, they told me it was my phone and not their problem!

-
John Warren

@RogersHelps And given that my number was assigned through Rogers, one would think that standard routing would dictate that all calls from that area code + exchange would *normally* come from within the network
