Being disconnected every 16 to 19 minutes and I’m 4 deep in queue on the chat. We need to declare this an outage on TV NOW!!!!! This has been a problem since 11am Central Time.

As with everything else, prices increase, mistakes are rampant, and service gets worse and worse. Really not impressed.

It will be 2 less years of Mark Shapiro and Ross Atkins continuing to FAIL at their jobs and SCAM the fans, sponsors and even @Rogers themselves.

It's like their customer support is a completely different company and if you're lucky they will actually talk to Rogers for 5 seconds to help you, but only after hours of hoop jumping.
