I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

Susy Campos (@SusyCampos19) reportedWow @Rogers. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks to move my service to a new address. I was being put in hold the last time I waited for 1 hour on hold. Now it just says they are experiencing higher calling volumes and it hangs up on me. Bell will have a new client I think.
