    @RogersHelps The problem is I cannot receive the MFA code. It will not come to me. The backup is useless. So I cannot access email at all. On a cell, on a computer, on a tablet. Like how many hours should this take?

    @RogersHelps No - despite talking to IT four times. Also, I have been told I must return old equipment and would be sent a return label 3 times but never received the return label despite having the correct email address - and yes, I have checked spam and junk

    People in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

    @RogersHelps Actually 296 gb but I am complaining at network aid hope it would be resolved and looked into

    @RogersHelps heyyy I’ve had a couple of outrages where my router is connected but the internet service is down, anything going on over there? Resets seem to work for now but I can’t keep doing that while I’m working :s

    @RogersHelps Also, two different people answered and BOTH said they were not the “right” internet dept to help em. So after spending over 2 hours on hold I have to wait to be transferred a THIRD TIME. I don’t have another hour to waste on this BS.
