    @Rogers @RogersHelps The sad part s that your support model changed and has gone completely backwards. On hold for hours, with CSR for hours, on hold 45 mind, xfer twice. The call dropped 3 times! He called me back twice and not the 3rd time. So 3.5 hours wasted. Again! Please help me!

    @georganneb @Rogers Our old home alarm stopped working. We wanted Rogers to quote us a price for a new alarm system and monthly service fee for new system. Took weeks of calls with different people at Rogers. They don’t know what they are doing. Finally got it done.

    @RogersHelps 2+ hours on hold and the call is dropped. Called today several times and they don't even connect you due to high volume of calls. Arrangements were made but not honored. Absolute Garbage Service!
