    @Rogers @RogersHelps Please share the cause of the issue and action to solve it as well as the turn around time. Due to your downtime, people with back up providers have started using their services and due to such major shift of providers other networks are facing lags.

    @RogersHelps It’s ok that you’ve been down for 12 hours. My husband is hauling essential goods back from the US and his Rogers cell is his only means of communication with dispatch and breakdown. It’s not essential. We don’t need actual updates on repair timelines.

    @RogersHelps Hello. I have a 613 Ontario area code for my mobile and live in Victoria BC. When I try to make a phone call I receive a "not registered on network message". Never experienced this before. My phone is now useless to me.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Why is Canada, the country with the most expensive access to technology on the planet, and we can't even get an upfront and honest answer to why the Rogers network is down across the entire country?! It's not 'some customers', it's ALL customers!!!

    @UnderdogSpecial @Rogers @RogersHelps I agree. Rogers will loose alot of customers. Small business is suffering as it is. Working from home WITH NO SERVICE. Rogers adding to the stress. Staying Connected is important.
