    @sylprov @vote4robgill @Rogers This is only true if a text, phone call or data was used. Can’t use it if the service was down therefore you couldn’t be charged for it. Unless you used something right before it went out

We understand that there can be problems which require time to resolve and we are ready to cooperate with you on that but we can not accept these false statements!!
