@RogersHelps I have been receiving extra charges for text messages to US on the number with area code 911 on my Roger's bill since December. I don't see any text messages sent to US in my cellphone. Area code 911 doesn't even exist. But nothing is done to investigate. Help me😡

Literally upgraded our phones 3 weeks ago, today I log into @Rogers app & they have a special offer for me. Our bill is now even cheaper!! Just need some help removing a couple charges that weren’t supposed to be on there. Any way you could help @RogersHelps ??

It took me years to get away from Rogers and horrible, skyrocketing service and costs. With the takeover of Shaw here we go again. Canadians pay more than any other country and we have just lost what little competition was left. CRTC waste of money. @ShawInfo @Rogers #OpenMarket

@RogersHelps No help got a bad phone 1 year ago tried to return and get a better phone at the 31 day mark. Guy would not return it. Now trying to speak with someone and keep transferring me and disconnecting. #rogerssucks
