    @RogersHelps The call center doesnt know anything!!! I have been bounced around to 5 agents on a 30 minute call with some being rude some being kind BUT WITH NO SOLUTION! I NEED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AND NO ONE WILL HELP ME

    @Rogers Just received another email asking me to pay $834.86 now on top of $333. New customer with 700+ credit score and solid payment history, yet @Rogers & @Redwireless keep asking for unexpected down payments. Order showed $0 down, then $447.50, then $333, and now $834.86 more. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Requesting urgent resolution. #Rogers #CustomerExperience #Canada

    We deal with an indie 4 internet but they rely on @Rogers cable. When we need help to resolve an (ongoing) issue they contact @Rogers. I call Monday & have to wait 4 Wednesday am but .@Rogers reschedule 4 Weds pm & then reschedule on Wed noon 4 Friday but no-one tells customers.

    @MapleLeafs @Rogers cut the **** and get serious. build a contender and tell Ed Rogers and temu Pelley to stay ******** out of having anything to do with the Leafs hockey operation and hire actual seasoned and successful operating hockey guys, no more stooges or DEI promotions.

    @RogersHelps i know you want to make it frustrating/difficult to remove a channel because you’ll lose my $3 a month or whatever it costs, but if i can add a channel with two clicks of a button, it should be JUST as easy to remove it. cancel channel. confirm. done. how can i do it myself??

    @squidthunder @Rogers 10 years with them best customer service no issues but since February giving me the run around. In my yard last weeks trying to sell me and neighbours rogers not knowing we are already customers wit a ticket open and told too many on the system it needs to be upgraded

    Got 2 telephone calls today wanting to clean my home's air ducts, and the other trying to sell me @Rogers services. I now just tell them "I don't deal with Indian call centres," and they just hang up.

    @RogersHelps been on hold for over 40 minutes with business support. My phones are not accepting incoming calls. Rebooted the system, unplugged each line, is there an outage? Burnaby BC
