    2. Our @Rogers internet had been spotty recently, and they sent a tech to look into the issue. Tech proceeds to break our internet. Hands my husband a modem, and leaves before we can confirm it actually works. My husband works from home. If I wasn't on mat leave, so would I.

    @RogersHelps thanks for shutting down my internet access every night at 2:15am and have the gall to say over the phone that it is not your issue but my own. I’m done with your **** service and moving to Bell which I’ve never had problems with

    1. You'd think given that so many people now must work from home that @rogers would be more accountable for their customer service. Naive, I know. Here's what happened with our account today (one we plan to switch to a new provider first thing tomorrow).
