    @AidanCrawford @RogersHelps @CRTCeng 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold to buy another phone and line to add to my account.. I gave up.. Systyem said 20 to 30 minutes or hit "1" to have them call me back. The call backs system is broken and would not accept my call back request

    @heavenxapart I remember they had a deal for first 3 months bill free with a two year contract, they sent me a bill the first month and gave me the runaround when I called them @rogers I will be filing a 6 figure lawsuit and taking your crooked corporation down

    @RogersHelps I can't tx or call out, or even dial 611 for tech support...started over an hour ago BC my phone was fine until I tried it.

    @RogersHelps Thank you Rogers technician for coming and install internet for one of the unit in my building. The guy is generous enough to also remove a coaxal cable splitter and interrupt my internet connection. Any chance you guys would come by and fix it to the original state!?

    @RogersHelps Hello! Digital customer experiencing several channels pixelating, cutting in/out for the last week now, so unlikely weather related. Have tried the usual resets & checked all connections. Can you pls advise next steps? TY

    @TorontoStar Starlink achieved excellent rural internet service without taking taxpayer money to do it. Unlike @rogers and other Big Telco players in Canada.

    . @Rogers has the absolute worst customer service of any company I’ve ever worked with. Not just any Canadian telecom company - any company. Ever. How are they still in business?
