    @RogersHelps I upgraded two phones in store this week but was told I have to phone to get return kits for the old devices. I was just cut off from your support person after 20 minutes on hold and I don't have time to call back. Can I do this another way?

    @RogersHelps Two years of harassment over something that I was not legally responsible for! Rogers Fido harassed me for two years! I am elderly disabled sick! His this the new customer service? Harass sick elderly people to pay something they are not responsible for! Good will removed bill!
