@peternowak Hahahahaha the "Gigabit" internet in Toronto by @Rogers is soooooooo slow so much of the time I have to either switch to mobile data or use my neighbours @Bell internet (with permission of course, and it is not much better most of the time). Oh CanadIAN BROADBAND

@Rogers I got over charged!!!! Twice even after calling and they fixed it but still charged me heavy again!!! So i will have to wait for 2.5 hours to speak with an agent again; Rogers is a trap!!! Run from them on Monday!!! Take the money!!! I won’t fix it thieves!!!

@Rogers 2 days over 2 hours on the phone. Both times the line was “cut” nobody called back. My problem not resolved. Unacceptable customer service. 18 year loyal client

@joe_warmington @Wilnerness590 @Rogers Joe, maybe he's your pal, but as a lifelong baseball fanatic, I can tell you without a doubt he was a horrible play-by-play man. This was about five years overdue. Radio broadcasts were unlistenable.

@TekSavvyCSR has no way to privately submit a complaint on their website. Looks like this is the only way to go. On Tuesday, November 24, we had a terrible encounter with a technician from @RogersHelps at our front door.

@RogersHelps got a call from (416) 237-1482 claiming to be Rogers Chinese voice service.... not sure if this is a scam call or was Rogers actually trying to reach me?
