@Rogers In K2H we have been without service for a week. We understand that there are reasons for the outage, but it's frustrating to hear that Rogers was powering junction boxes in other areas in Ottawa. Service is restored there why isnt Rogers moving to other affected areas?

@RogersHelps We were told that "hopefully" it'll be fixed within 24 hours, but that doesn't help me when I work from home which requires the internet. I've relocated but the same outage has happened at the same time in three of the last four weeks

So @RogersHelps f***ed up sending me a new cable box, AGAIN. (They sent a broken box) And I am still missing a lot of channels that I paid for, that just got deleted a few months back. And no discount. Lost all my recordings and 2 months without one PVR and connection #cdnpoli
