@gmbutts @Rogers 10 years ago I picked a new cellco, an independent that had no affiliation with the big 3, set up via the special no-big 3 auction of spectrum. 4.5 years ago Competition Bureau and CRTC let Rogers buy them. My service was reduced - long distance eliminated and price went up 12.5%

@RogersHelps there seems to be issues with the sports app on ignite tv. Doesn’t show scores while a game is in progress and shows games that have already occurred available to watch. These issues have been ongoing for a few weeks. I rebooted!

I think we all pay @Sportsnet a pretty penny to watch hockey and when it doesn't work it's completely unacceptable. If you want to charge an arm and a leg make sure your product works #GoHabsGo @Rogers @hockeynight

@RogersHelps I want a refund. This is not acceptable and I can’t be patient. I have no way to watch these games. This is the worst time for this to happen with baseball playoffs and start of hockey. There is no way the team is working hard to resolve, no way this is your highest priority.
