@RogersHelps called rogers to change my plan. They shut my tv down to do this and cannot get it back up. Technician came and still down. They broke my service and now cannot fix. Thanks rogers

@RogersHelps we upgraded from regular to ignite internet and our service got worse LMAO How am I supposed to get work done or hang out with friends if I’m lagging and disconnecting every 2 seconds :) Anytime I try talking to a rep they say it’s “fine” but it’s def not fine!!!
