    @RogersHelps are you guys able to check my plans price as I switched online and on the email you sent its not the same. I tried calling but you are too busy and hang up lol Can you check or did Rogers nerf that ability for you?

    @RogersHelps … the highest level of customer support and executive escalation. Instead of feeling heard or valued as a customer, I have been left feeling ignored and dismissed.

    People in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

    Hello, @Shawhelp @Rogers - have been trying to get through to customer service for several days now. Can be in chat for several hours and all it says is “We are currently experiencing a delayed response. Please wait.” The customer service has tanked. Together with Shaw?

    @RogersHelps Coulda fooled me since I'm sorry to the support person but the company just asked for layoffs. Also every game just stops working if I watch it for 40mins but the ads work great ika skip the email cause it's just going to be "ur tvs old" except tsn and ctv work fine

    @Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

    @RogersHelps All you do is push people to an online chat bot why don't you actually call me with a human being so we can figure it out sending me to chat bots with zero customer service proves my point in court

    @Sportsnet The broadcast is down. $30 a month for this @Rogers ?

    @peaspod23 @Rogers They are scam and a grift. Why is there no customer service? The contracts are a scam where if you don't renew after 2 years your bill doubles and their way to fix it is to resign up. No thanks. They are quite frankly thieves.

    @Rogers Why the hell is it so hard to cancel your internet plan? We're living in 2026 and I still have to call an agent and wait an hour to cancel a subscription? No wonder you are having to layoff people. Rogers is a dying business and will not exist in coming years.
