    @RogersHelps called rogers to change my plan. They shut my tv down to do this and cannot get it back up. Technician came and still down. They broke my service and now cannot fix. Thanks rogers

    @RogersHelps No you cannot you have to donut from my phone but there is no dial tone so only tech support can turn on call forwarding

    @RogersHelps we upgraded from regular to ignite internet and our service got worse LMAO How am I supposed to get work done or hang out with friends if I’m lagging and disconnecting every 2 seconds :) Anytime I try talking to a rep they say it’s “fine” but it’s def not fine!!!

    @RogersHelps I innocently called rogers to change my plan and 3 people had to handle this. Second girl shut my service down, she said only for a minute to change my plan. Never heard of that before. Then could not get service again. Spoke with supervisor. 4 hrs. Tech came today put new
