@RogersHelps I was on a video call with 4 people at 2:30 EST. 3 of the 4 participants had an internet disruption during the meeting. All of them are Rogers Internet customers. Internet service has been very spotty today. Multiple intermittent periods of no service. Painful 😑

  • thelindsaylewis The LindsayLewis (@thelindsaylewis) reported

@DimitrinaStanc4 @Rogers @RogersHelps Yeah, the call wasn't great/ they got her price $3 higher a month. Couldn't even take off the $3 which would be like her saving $36 a dollar. Is $36 dollars worth losing a customer that long? And When she doesn't need Disney+ they don't have anything to offer?

  • levimescudi Levi (@levimescudi) reported

@Rogers getting pretty fast and loose with the term “connecting” Canada. 2nd major outage in 2 months. #rogersdown

  • GMaissan Greg Maissan (@GMaissan) reported

Another day, another internet outage. For those counting that's two outages in two days, and we're up to just over 7 hours of downtime. @Rogers thanks for continuing to find a way to fall short of my already exceedingly low expectations. #rogersdown #rogersoutage

  • sierralad Kevin (@sierralad) reported from Brantford, Ontario

So my ISP, @Coextro, is apparently not issuing the outage credit from @Rogers unless you call them to complain. A friend didn't get theirs without a call, guess I gotta do it too.

@rogers this is the second time this week that my home internet has gone down. Your customer service thinks it will be back sometime tonight around 8pm. Thats 4 hours outage today and 4 hours two days ago. #rogersoutage compensation for my lost work?

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@icetrillium @RogersHelps Was your phone available from Rogers? If not, it may not be able to use voLTE for calling. If that's the case, it would need to switch to 3G network for calls. Try disabling voLTE or HD calling or even LTE to see if that helps

  • apocalypsenyet2 Apocalypse Nyet (@apocalypsenyet2) reported

Nothing like looking closer at your @Rogers mobile bill to find the “free” promo line they gave you for a home phone you never used has been adding $80 a month to your total for five years. Looks like we’re ending our 20 year relationship, hope y’all enjoyed that few grand.

  • agoodrum abby goodrum (@agoodrum) reported

@GMaissan @Rogers I just got off the line with Rogers. They say they are aware of the outage in KW and it might be resolved by 8pm tonight. When I asked about compensation for the this outage and the one two days ago I was told that I would need to file a request.
