@RogersHelps 36+ hours without redundant systems to support customers, as well as misleading and lying to customers about resolutions. Even the start date of the problem is incorrect on their own event listing to make it look better.

@RogersHelps 1/2 I accepted a win-back offer to switch over 3 mobile lines back to Rogers one week ago. Told I'll get an email and SIM tracking. Neither happened. Multiple calls to customer service say it's "pending" but got no clue nor any desire to resolve the matter.

A bundle of hanging Fiber along the street was damaged due to a fire ~11:30pm Friday. As a result of no redundancy and compounded by poor communication. Right now, 41hours late I have my services restored. @RogersHelps people should be fired for how poorly this event was handled

@RogersHelps Folks, I totally get that teams are trying to fix this but the confusingly and constantly bouncing ETR is just creating angst. Any ideas when it will be back, realistically? If the answer is no, just say that please

@RogersHelps yesterday I had no phone service. Why did that happen when it was supposed to be resolved in last outage we would be switched to back up carrier. Again kind of hard to trust a company that does the amount of backpedaling that keeps happening. So wasn’t true. Didn’t happen.

@DarkElfLX @RogersHelps 100% agree. When I called this morning they said that I had an open ticket and should get a response within 24 hrs. When I went to MyRogers it told me there was no outage yet I am still staring at a blinking orange light.
