@RogersHelps ‘Look like you have used data’ and actually being deducted data usage are different. If apps do not run on data, whether signal is weak or not, no data should be used. Regardless, just another made up (read hidden reason) Rogers uses to $ gouge their cx. Thanks for your time

Update 🚨 well after dealing with @RogersHelps for the last 5 days, the problem has finally come to an end. No, my internet did not get fixed I switched to @Bell. Won’t be running until Saturday but I’d take that over the lies @RogersHelps spews.

@Rogers Rogers broadband is the worst broadband connection I have ever used. My broadband constantly goes offline and I have to use mobile data. I have contacted Rogers customer care numerous times but the problem still persists.
