Try to call back and somehow I mysteriously wind up in the queue for "Rogers for Business" even though I'm a residential customer. @RogersHelps is anyone who works for your company even remotely competent? It sure doesn't seem like it.

Hey @RogersHelps, my internet has been in and out since last night and it’s making my work day INCREDIBLY difficult. Not exactly Igniting much other than frustration with my service. Trying to be patient as an alumni but this is getting ridiculous. @AboutRogers

@Rogers on my 59th minute of being on hold for transfer to a manager. Multiple hours so far wasted dealing with agents who don’t fix anything after a fraud attempt. This is how @Rogers treats 17 years of customer loyalty? #disappointedbutnotsurprised

@RogersHelps no surprise, @rogers “forgets” to add the credit for their massive outage on April 19th. What a joke of a company. $2 was insulting enough, now to not even apply it is mismanagement.

Received $1.70 credit on my bill after the April 19 country-wide wireless service interruption that lasted over 12 hours. Just keep your $1.70, I don’t need it. #rogers @rogers @rogershelps

@Rogers the support team you produce is pathetic. @telus, you may be up to bat. Apparently 15 years of service is worth nothing.

@MayhemCanuck @Rogers LOL the **** that passes for “local programming” here is ridiculous. But Rogers doesn’t care.

I'm getting used to TERRIBLE support from @Rogers Twice I have been through the online support bot, only to be transferred to an agent who doesn't respond. 15 minutes and still waiting on this latest attempt..... #rogersfail #supportfail #customerservice
