    @RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion β€œ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. β€œSorry 2cu go”

    @rogershelps What kind of a rubbish technical support do you have when I have been on the phone on hold for 2 hours and fifty minutes with no answer?!?! Incidentally this isn’t the first time. #worstcustomerserviceanywhere

    @ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers As much as setting up cancelations early is peace of mind that you've taken care of incidentals. The truth of the matter is you almost never want to call in order to cancel until the new services are ready.

    @RogersHelps Then I do now. And I never ever had an issue with speed. And then I switched to your $34.95 package and that speed is iffy and slow quite often. And then I convert to the $14.95 package which is exactly the same SPEED pkg I used 4 9 yrs w/o issue. So what's at the bottom of that?
