I spoke to a call centre in Moncton this AM, was advised a same day service call was likely as we reside in mid-town Toronto. Was also told an area problem didn't exist. Lucky us! Alas nobody has shown.

marifa b (@marifa_bee) reported@RogersHelps no one called me back for an update with my escalation. They promised 5-7 business days.. its almost 3 wks.. customer care is not true to their promises! This is upsetting.
