    Has anyone received this promised 5-day rebate from @RogersHelps for the recent national outage? I received my latest bill. No rebate, no mention of anything. No friendly email from the CEO... nothing, Completely business as usual. @CRTCeng DO NOT approve this Shaw deal.

    What I've learned is that bad customer service is a philosophy. In most circumstances, it doesn't just 'happen' due to the employees themselves. Take @Rogers and @GoodLifeFitness, for example, regardless of who the rep is - they will NEVER satisfy your request. Excuses, Excuses.

    Switched to @Rogers internet at home last month. The good: finally have IPv6 at home! The bad: third outage in less than a month. Tech support says it's regional and will be over 24h to restore
