@Rogers @RogersHelps It’s ok. My husbands only means of communication while he hauls up essential items from the USA is his Rogers cell phone. Even in Nebraska it’s down and he’s not even on the Rogers network. Whatever broke, broke good. But yeah, “sorry for the inconvenience”.

@The_Sivans @Rogers @jessicalangill1 The worst part is even if we do all get a credit it will be for 1 day of service... So for our cellphones it's $200 so we will be lucky to be credited $6 🙄

@RogersHelps Provide a credit for services NOT rendered (services include more than just a connection, all services). Be sure to include impact of customer retention and excellent customer experience when deciding between a credit of pennies and exceeding customer expectations.

My son wasn’t able to get ahold of me today and I’m missing important phone calls due to the “inconvenience” of this outage. Unacceptable and I’ll be expecting a credit on my next bill @Rogers Can’t wait to switch from this horrible company.

This @Rogers/ @Fidomobile problem is not just affecting my work, but affecting my medical care as the doctors require that they can call you on a number, which does not work. This was an appointment I had been desperately waiting on. Doctors do not use video calls either.
