@RogersHelps Thanks. I chatted with Support online yesterday. They put in a second ticket to increase the priority, and promised an update by yesterday evening. Didn’t receive one. Still don’t have internet connection or phone.

My Internet is now completely down. You’re affecting my ability to work. This is absolutely ridiculous. I pay $200 a month for services that I have been unable to use for the last several weeks. @Rogers
