    @RogersHelps when you get a new phone and they offer a trial service of an Apple Watch and you “can return it within 2 weeks” don’t believe them. They have our watch and our money so they don’t care.

    @RogersHelps Not entirely clear on the new “Pay more, get less” plans that you have on offer. And Customer Retention doesn’t empower reps or care to keep clients with 5 services???Moving over to @bell I guess….
