  @RogersHelps I requested Shaw come to my home on Sunday, August 16. You guys never showed up, you owe me a $75 credit. Shaw did finally come to my home on Saturday August 22 and did the work they needed to do. Two days later the box Rogers just worked on is ripped open wires are missing.

  @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.

  @RogersHelps It it doesn't work intermittently at home and several areas around Sudbury, none of which are remote or rural. It's the rogers network and im in the process of switching to another provider bc this is beyond ridiculous
