    @RogersHelps Somehow they are not there today. Still my wasting two hours on hold is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! You say that your technical support is open 24/7 which suggests you will actually answer the call! I’m seriously looking at other carriers now.

    @Rogers Every time I call technical support it says "we are experiencing extremely high call volumes, please call back at a later time"

    @RogersHelps We are so not patient anymore. It will be 5 days without tv which is ruining the world cup for us. Many thanks and Bell will get a new customer.

    @Rogers in Aurora, internet was to be back at 7pm, then it was chabged to 8 now 9? No update on what the issue is. Can't even call to speak to anyone. Had a branch fall on our line this afternoon. It seems intact after I removed the branch

    @Rogers I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My Rogers Home Internet has been completely down for the past 2 days (flashing orange light on the modem). I work from home and was forced to take leave from work because of this outage. I spent over 2 hours waiting for support, multiple calls, and finally a ticket was created (Reference: i2598853033). Despite explaining that this outage is impacting my job, I was told the earliest technician appointment is Monday. I was also informed that any compensation will only be discussed after the technician visit. Who will compensate me for the leave I had to take from work and the inconvenience caused by this prolonged outage? I expect this case to be escalated and resolved as soon as possible.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I would like to switch to Roger’s from @Bell Their internet service has been dropping every second and because tests show up as it’s working, they refuse to send a technician. I’m done with them.
