@RogersHelps @Rogers @RogersMediaPR I have been oscillating between one dept to the other noone is offering me any solution rather keep transferring me. I have been more than patient but two days to get an internet transfer is far more than an inconvenience, isn’t it?

@RogersHelps what is going on? Why do I have issues every single month with all my services. I have no internet, no tv and no home phone up in Newmarket. Last thing it was over 12 hours before service was restored. This is absolutely unacceptable. Time ti shop around.

@RogersHelps @rogers Worst customer service EVER...I recently lost my husband April 13 :( I was sent a ridiculous bill due to 'system glitch' however, the person had no empathy and spoke with attitude and rudeness. Can't wait for this contract to be over!!!
