@FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet He never looked comfortable in front of the camera.

@Rogers absolutely terrible customer service via telephone support. On hold to arrange the transfer of service to a new address and hung up on after 3hrs and 20 minutes. How is this acceptable?

@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Is he or is he NOT a #bluejay. Whats the issue?

At, that's it. Have been online either through dial-up @1200 bps through 100 Mbps, giving up on a home connection. @Rogers won't replace the line they say needs replacing and they run so much interference, Teksavvy doesn't even work. Off to cancel @rogers cell.

@RogersHelps We’ve spent hours queuing to speak with your teams in the last week. We’ve had two technicians come by and leave without resolving our issue. How do we escalate today without waiting 2 hours to speak to someone and then wait another day for a tech to arrive?

@Dave_Sandford @RogersHelps I had the same issue with Bell back when I lived in Toronto. It boggles my mind when companies that are all about communications fail customers who want to communicate with them. It’s basically their one main job.

@RogersHelps Except now and for the rest of today there is no holding. We’ve been trying to call every day for a week and are told it’s too busy and to call back. Today was the first time we actually were put on hold. Only for you to hang up on us.

@lamphieryeg @RogersHelps @Rogers I spent 90 minutes last week on the phone and was shuffled to FOUR customer “service” agents before speaking to someone willing to deal with my issue which was that my internet speed was just over 50% of what I’ve been paying for for over a year. The system is designed to fail.

@FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet Sportsnet continues to make bad after bad decisions regarding hockey and hockey coverage. Why buy the license if you are just going to kill the coverage? And in turn the fanbase?
