    @Rogers Rural and remote communities spring to mind. The affordability issue in cities don't seem to. It is not optional now but if it were not included in my rent I would not have it. The programs viewing it and basic tv as needed are for families. I only worry about internet.

    @RogersHelps Internet has been in and out all day and throughout the week. Just horrible today. For the monthly fee, there shouldn't be so many issues.
