    @RogersHelps This does not help. I am the account holder who visited the store myself with all the identification still, the store executive was telling me that the so called system is saying verification declined without even verifying anything.

    @tobi @Rogers Set apn: mobile.apn this should fix tethering on Rogers but seems to kill tethering on US carriers fyi. Remember to switch back if you’re travelling.

    @RogersHelps @ahmadbabar Same here. Internet is down and your outage map is not working. Had to check elsewhere to get info and your helpline hung up almost immediately because of high call volume.
