My numbers were ported to bell then every month after i kept being charged for 2 lines.I called in November to cancel the account. They never did as well left the lines going and kept charging me. Go into account you can see the lines have never been used

I will pay all my outstanding bill & port out my number. It seems that Rogers doesn’t care about loyalty & repeat business.

I was a Rogers cable subscriber for the last 16 yrs until my cable box died in Dec. When you order the Xfinity box, they don't tell you that you need their Internet, too. 🙄
