    If you want to have a good day turned very crummy, go into a @RogersHelps store for a (supposedly) simple task. They sure don’t seem to care a whole lot about the customer experience

    (Relevant only for Canadians): So much for @Rogers providing “excellent service” and a “personal move concierge”… wasted >3 hrs waiting for them to show up for a 2-hour window. No one showed up and @Rogers is doing nothing about it. @RogersHelps? Not really… Terrible service.

    @RogersHelps can you let me know if there’s a current service outage in east Toronto? Router been blinking orange for half hour, and have reset twice

    @RogersHelps We have no service in the beaches for both internet and television. Is there a problem? We need the internet today and we can’t get anyone on the phone,
