    Why is @Rogers home internet service so horrible. Might have to switch back to @Bell. Internet service drops out every few hours. What am I paying you guys for? Hours on hold on the phone for zero help. #dobetter

    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam
