    @Loveataurus @Rogers Drives me nuts. If I block a number why would they let it still leave a vm? Like make it make sense. So aggravating. Im thinking of changing carriers. I have 3 phones with "unlimited" data. The highest internet which seriously sucks *** goes out more than its on 1/2

    What is happening with @Rogers right now? Havent been able to get through to the help desk for 10 days and log-in authentication is on a loop. Insane.

    Two days of calling and your system just hangs up because of “too many calls.” That’s not customer service. I need answers. Fix this! @Rogers @RogersHelps

    I needed help switching to a new phone, the esim isn't moving. I read all self help stuff but the new and old phones just won't communicate. I tried twice with online chat, getting in the queue just to have my chat ended as soon as it was my turn. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps hii rogers. What is the problem with your chat & call support? I shifted my address and called customer care to shift my internet service. No one is picking the call and chat support keeps transferring me. I have already waited 7 hours in line. Should i throw it away

    @RogersHelps Do you have any idea how long the wait time is for customer service or technical assistance. Hire more staff and train them fully.

    @Rogers this is unacceptable. For months we’ve tried to fix my elderly parents’ bill after forcing them to upgrade their TV pkg. Now it’s doubled, you force us online to dispute charges when they have no internet, and you’re kicking me off the phone for “high volume.” #caregiving

    @RogersHelps @Rogers never got back to me in a week, so I am canceling my services with them this weekend unless they offer me a cheaper plan. Oxio is looking good right now.
