    @Rogers you need to do better with customer service. 4 times with AI and no way to speak with anyone.

    @RogersHelps I was on hold for over 2hrs just to finally getting a message that I should call back. Really pathetic!! There used to be an option for a call back in the past that doesn’t exist. Customer service sucks. #frustrated

    @RogersHelps @Triceptic0n87 AND FUNNIER ENOUGH, my wifi has been down since last night and still down today and been on my phone’s hotspot because I cannot work from home again and FUNNY enough they are not reimbursing my bill again for this inconvenience all they do is make me talk to their useless AI.

    @zukkyzee @Rogers Garrison Woods (near Marda Loop) out. Nothing on the outage map, which only references SE Calgary. But the same outage must be affecting parts of SW too.

    @RogersHelps @MerileeToo I addition to no Internet service all day, cell coverage in my area is limited to 1 bar. I tried calling Rogers support which resulted in three distinct AI chatbots speaking to me simultaneously, and then they hung up. Pure chaos. @RogersHelps
