@RogersHelps ffs Rogers get your **** together 1% my ***. Is my cable coming back anytime this year, probably not because your CEO didn’t do his job and bring infrastructure up to proper standards, so a simple update crashed the entire system…IRRESPONSIBLE, INFURIATING!!!

@Rogers @skye_casey No TV service for 3 days now. Mostly no internet either and when it was up was painfully slow. No down completely again. Called Rogers, after 6 different menu prompts, message said unable to answer my call... just pathetic!

@CTVToronto I’ve already made appointments and am moving the services we can. @rogers has been beyond unreliable this year and this latest “issue” was it for our family. Hopefully others follow suit.

@rogers The saga that is Rogers continues. Reached out to get technical help as I cannot get my one-time passwords when I try to log in to Amazon as they are supposed to get texted to my phone. Roger support indicated I'm not the only one saying this and they are looking (1/3)

@YuhHuyAe @RogersHelps @melissawemp Yup. Just a PR statement that is hopefully going to help stop the bleeding of customers to Bell. But it won't. Rogers really F'ed up this time.

Tony Staffieri, CEO @Rogers has apologized and is crediting my account - for Friday’s company disaster. Not sure if it’s $1.00 or $2.00 credit? Horrible. Time to switch.
