@Rogers our entire neighbourhood has continuously since October had spotty internet. It took 10+ service calls due to incompetence to repair. Saturday again we had a 5h outage, the internet is now dropping AGAIN with an outage this morning. Why do you refuse to provide services?

Hey @RogersHelps - I just spent over 1 hour on hold to get to a customer solution specialist. They had me on hold for another 15 minutes while they checked the account and then "transferred me" to retentions by sending me to a dial tone. Tried calling back and its another hour?

@RogersHelps I spent an hour and change on a call with your call center, and didn't really get any resolution, as they didn't know why my payment date changed either.

@RogersHelps you didn’t help me at all. I spend $500 a month with you and you can’t take care of your costumers. After 5hrs between being on hold and than talking to someone. I hope everyone leaves this company that just doesn’t give a ****😡😡😡

@Rogers We have been out of cable for 3 weeks because nobody will get back to us. We had an Executive friend sign us up with Rogers or else we would never have switched. We cannot get an answer from anyone and then have the nerve to raise our rates? We can't get cable for THREE WEEKS.
