    @LoveMy7Wood @Rogers Rogers sucks. Left them years ago and went to Bell. Service was better but really had no issues the last 2 years. I do not like either companies and their pricing sucks.

    @Rogers I called to cancel my cable /internet bc I’m moving to part of ON Rogers doesn’t service & customer service tried 5 times to sell me tv/internet plans!! I am moving! After 50mins says she can’t cancel my plan and I have to call back on the exact day I want it canceled🧵

    @RogersHelps Yes. I confirmed yesterday there was an outage. I need to know when it might be fixed. I shouldn't have to sit on hold for almost 40 minutes to talk to a person.

    @RogersHelps @MathesonJMT Also 2 hours when my internet speed went from 100 to 1. Obviously despite the rather lame deflection from the problem,you dont have enough teams or your product sucks so bad,there will never be enough teams

    @loppydisk @Rogers I'm going to take a look at Telus right now I was avoiding renewing my Shaw value plan cuz if not every year around this time, it's every other year I have equipment issues and this is the 2nd outage in 3 days now
