@RogersHelps My internet is absolutely terrible after resetting my router twice. Is your network completely letting everyone down again or is this an isolated issue for me?

@RogersHelps Not really why wasn't it credited previously, perhaps delaying Mr. Rogers aka Tony's paycheck for a month would be the same? You're loyal so called customer's are once again paying the price, this isn't right. This is not the first time Rogers dissapoints it's customer's.

@CBCToronto BS @Rogers I don’t believe for one minute that your network update took down BOTH your cell phone network and your internet network. They are independent from one another and use different technology.

@JaneBrownNews @Rogers I'm sure they not automatically applying this to many accounts hoping people will be too frustrated to call, wait on hold and beg for the credit they were supposed to get. They don't understand an exact fraction equal to the outage does not make up for the huge impact this had.

@iambimia @Rogers Same here, we've finally decided to switch to Bell after another internet outage today that has lasted for 12 hours and still counting.

@BarryRGreene @atoonk @Rogers Completely agree about the importance of OOB (which means completely OOB, which can be hard to always tell). "How to see if your OOB is actually OOB" would be an interesting talk. Was bad enough at just the fiber layer, much less all the convergence nowadays.

@RogersHelps It’s buffers and freezes and considering that we have your fastest internet and everything else works it likely has to be an issue in the sportsnet now app
