    @RogersHelps hi. I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone but your website has been glitching for over 24 hours. Little pop boxes come up with nothing in them and grey out the rest of the website. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I’ve tried on my computer and my phone.

    hey @RogersHelps why did your agent keep me on hold for like 10 minutes to "make notes on my account" before transferring me over to the person who could actually cancel my account? Person who actually cancelled it was super helpful.

    @RogersHelps Can you please please please improve your wait time for Customer service - I have tried 3 times in one day - I was on hold for 40 mins to 1hr each time ... before giving up! Its torture hearing the same song over and over... WHAT HAPPENED TO OFFERING A CALL BACK ???

    Almost two hours waiting for @RogersHelps on chat and then I get told they can’t help and I should just do it myself. And for this I pay an arm and a leg for services. Seriously not impressed at all. I wonder if I can bill Rogers for my time
