    @RogersHelps #customerservice #Toronto what terrible service. We requested service at a retirement home, the technician didn't want to take covid test. They know it's a RH, still send a unqualified technician. Ridiculous service. Been 4 weeks.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Not much help provided when I waited on hold just now for 40 minutes and then call was discontinued to your only 1-888 number since you've cancelled the other one. What is wrong with your company's lack of service in this case? Lots.

I believe that you can't have QFT if behaviour is poor but I believe children should behave no matter the circumstances or situation they are in - not because them receiving less than QFT is acceptable but because it is not a reason for them to misbehave

    @Rogers classic Rogers. No one on live chat on hold for 20+ minutes ti complain about being charged for a service I cancelled almost 4 years ago with a death certificate... classic
