    @RogersHelps Talk to the AI is the only advice you can give me? How about fixing this?! Have your tech guys target my building and fix it. I’ve done all the level one tech-support stuff, now it’s on you guys. Why do you always put the onus on the customer to figure it out?

    @KoronaB5899 @Rogers UNVERIFIED Rogers AI chatbot asking for your “details.” Where does that information go, and is it secure? Don’t fall for the appearance of help. The original post says these exposed wires have been ignored for four years. Another “please DM us” response changes nothing.

    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

    Remember when Rogers offered buyouts to half their staff? Well, now, when Rogers customers call in to speak to support, you now get AI ASSISTANTS! Not even live agents! If it was an hour of frustration on the phone before, it's 10 times worse! UNACCEPTABLE! @Rogers
