I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

Vandana Bhalla (@vandana_bhalla) reported@RogersHelps One of the sensors is not working, a technician came and changed it, but still we’re not able to alarm the system. We’ve called so many times to no avail. Very frustrating and yes to be on hold for almost 2 hrs is a waste of my time.
