    @adymitruk @Shawhelp cable technology is limited they can't provide symmetrical speed and shaw is the worst provider price/bandwidth wise in Canada.

    Dealt with Shaw for forty yrs and thought would give Telus a try on a new service. BIG MISTAKE ! Mon. I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

    . @VMediaTV my service was disconnected 18days before actual date.I’ve been internetless for 24+ hours.Response is it’s in @ShawHelp hands now. I’m stuck trying to work during hard times and can’t. Poor service and would not recommend either isp.

    Great. @ShawInfo cable tv down and next available support is next Saturday. No tv for a week would be okay, if I was at school, but it’s Spring Break!!! Time to rethink cable tv and go interwebby.

    I change my internet provider Telus to Shaw on the 15 Feb 2020. Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. It is your miscommunication.

    @Shawhelp this Bluecurve PVR is crap. Trying to rewind or fast forward recorded shows is near impossible. It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!

    There’s nothing like watching a really intense scene in a movie and getting the notification that your bandwidth isn’t enough or you’re having connectivity issues @Shawhelp, every night this week. I’ve had uninterrupted service for over 10 years and now this.

    @Shawhelp Just the one box and it's wireless (Bluecurve). The problem only arises on recordings, not with real-time broadcasts.

    @Shawhelp Thanks! I have my own Ubiquiti network so I don't need the BlueCurve features, I just need DOCSIS 3.1 for my 600 plan. I am sure I am not the only one who would love to have a small passively cooled modem that doesn't make so much noise.

    @waterbuffalo888 @Shawhelp I pay for 300 internet but seems like when a device connects to a pod it drops to 30-60 Mbps Why am I paying for 300 if the pods throttle my internet ? They should be able to support up to max speed offered by Shaw
