@Shawhelp What happened to your support team? I've worked in IT for over 15 years and dealing with T1 service on the website was painful. Getting stuck on one part of the "script" and refusing to go outside of that was awful. Didn't even ask what I tried. Yikes.

@Shawhelp Just went out for groceries......cash only. Went to ATM to get cash and it was not working either. Major problem when an entire island is without internet and people and businesses are so severely impacted😢

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo So I received my new pvr in the mail which was great,the news about my bill with a price freeze was top notch only down side to my pvr compared to the one i had befor the upgrade this machine does not have a clock on it & i feel lost without it

@meier_j @ShawBusiness @Shawhelp I am having the same issue. 2 month later and 3 routers and total rewiring and the finally said it might be their systems. They are going to look into it. You could have done that 2 month ago not to mention during the 7 calls with tech support

@Shawhelp wow ! last night i rec'd a call about a medical emergency about my elderly mom's Oldest sister. Now What? i cant contact her or anyone on gabriola to get a phone to her. I dont even know if MY cellphones would work on Gab. If i did i'd try to get over there & give 1 of mine.
