Dear @ShawInfo This is day 3 of me having my internet go down mid afternoon Once again I am using my Telus 5G phone account for work and kinda wondering why I pay you guys $130 a month Had all my wiring redone recently as well as a shiny new modem This is getting old Thanks

Looking for some tech help. Apparently there is a known issue for @Shawhelp emails not being compatible with the iOS mail app past 14.0. Just got a new phone through @RogersHelps and email won’t work. Have spent hours with Shaw trying to fix. Has anyone overcome this? #winnipeg

Hey @Shawhelp Can someone please care to clarify what's happening in surrey, BC. It's almost 24 hrs with no internet service and the wait still continues. What kind of problem is it going on there and when's the expected repair time.
