@Shawhelp Hi. I tried to get the fibre+300 internet for my home (monthly) yesterday,but when inserted my credit card to finish the purchase, there was an technical issue. Tried to call but nobody was working at that time. Do I need to call Shaw to get the Fibre+300 home internet?

I'm guessing because I got the vaccine @ShawInfo decided I didn't need the internet anymore because I am now 5g The problem is, I don't know how to log into my vaccine network and still need my home internet to work.

@shawhelp is a misnomer. Almost impossible to get help. No retail outlet anymore (cost saving move?). Phone help is useless. Apparently they don't send anyone to your house to help solve a problem (despite paying $250 per month).
