    @Shawhelp what's going on with the outage in the Lions Bay area. Our pvr box won't even power up, and the other boxes won't connect...I spoke to a tech, and he insisted I could watch tv (nope) and to call back after the outage...a tad bit frustrating!

    @Shawhelp Your technician didn't show up today either. Too bad I liked shaw! I might go with @TELUS if they can guarantee internet connection by today or tomorrow.

    @Shawhelp my blue curve app will not cast to my chrome cast. I can watch shows on my phone, but not on the tv? What’s the problem?

    @Shawhelp My service came back so I’m all good now. And when I was able to see my router on my app I just reset it to be safe
