Props to @Shawhelp technician who gave our home Internet a good tune-up today. Hopefully that fixes the signal dropping issues we've been having.

  • heartembrace l.k.w (@heartembrace) reported

@MetalBlonde @Shawhelp Omg. That is horrible.

  • SmuggyBear80 Indigenous Man #BlackLivesMatter (@SmuggyBear80) reported

@Shawhelp Hello. My internet has been down all ******* day. You're not answering your messages. And you haven't booked my appointment for tomorrow. Wtf

  • Funny_Face_Guy Funny_Face_Guy (@Funny_Face_Guy) reported

@Shawhelp I'm surprised I have to read about Shaw technology on Twitter instead of customer service sending out emails to subscribers that a new modem is available.

  • doctordreamd that girl (@doctordreamd) reported

Hey @Shawhelp are there issues with the inter webs today?? Seems wireless isn’t working consistently......

  • MetalBlonde Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

Now of course it’s this shady as **** SSI @shawhelp rep that’s asking for this money, that was never agreed on before. So yeah...we’re starting to think this is a bribe. What are you going to do about this @shawhelp? Pretty sure this is illegal. Anyone else ever had this issue?

  • TRowe16 Tyler Rowe (@TRowe16) reported

@Shawhelp is there no way to get hardware myself to troubleshoot modem or coax issues other than canada post? Working from home and losing internet and waiting DAYS for a tech is unacceptable

  • MetalBlonde Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

  • MetalBlonde Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

Do you know how damn frustrating this has been @Shawhelp ? And that every time we try to speak to a superior, she won’t let us. That she’s been dicking us around since September 10th. Changing the price on a whim. Promising to get things done, never doing so. Now a $5K bribe...

  • heartembrace l.k.w (@heartembrace) reported

@MetalBlonde @Shawhelp Karina, do they need to run the lines from tower/pole to your cabin still? My in-laws had to pay a good amount for this as they were 2 telephone polls away from service and then had to bring it up to their house, which is a fair distance.
