@Shawhelp I shouldn't have to reach out. To me it's shady that I have to call you or reach out. You know where and when the outages are! You should offer these compensations as good business practice to make up for the LACK of service. This is not a 1 off situation this happens EVERY month

@Shawhelp . Outage in Springbank Hill this AM. Any news on this? Happened for a few minutes a couple days ago as well but resolved quickly. This time is longer. Thank you.
