This is the 3rd time this week Shaw's cable signal has frozen and I've had to hard reboot the cable box. Yet it always comes back fine after the reboot, just in case @Shawhelp wants to say it's the WiFi (yes, I paid for their stupid range expanding pods too)

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

Do you know how damn frustrating this has been @Shawhelp ? And that every time we try to speak to a superior, she won’t let us. That she’s been dicking us around since September 10th. Changing the price on a whim. Promising to get things done, never doing so. Now a $5K bribe...

@Shawhelp is there no way to get hardware myself to troubleshoot modem or coax issues other than canada post? Working from home and losing internet and waiting DAYS for a tech is unacceptable
