    oh damn @Shawhelp! 1 problemless week & we're back at it again. Black screen followed by connection failed message (though wifi is at full bars). When it came back to life, it landed on a different channel (@GlobalBC to @CTVVancouver). These random drops started again yesterday.

    @Shawhelp this Oilers game on SN360 channel 206 is of terrible quality. Looks like I'm streaming on internet from ten years ago

    So much for watching the game tonight. Thanks @Shawhelp . Then at first its 3 days to repair? When thats unacceptable to us (i work from home, i need internet) its now an outage with no estimated repair time. Not very helpful.

    I am getting the WORST HELP from @Shawhelp I've tried online, phone, everything. I work from home and you are telling me the first open spot is in 7-10 days? This is totally unacceptable. You are costing me more per day then the internet costs in a month. Please. Help. Me

    @TerrelHince @Shawhelp This is the problem with having a centralized customer service line. Takes forever for Shaw to realize it's an outage (probably from the garage fire that happened this evening) and it's too late and dark now to fix it
