    @Shawhelp Any outages affecting St. Albert right now? Shaw TV boxes are stuttering, freezing, losing audio sometimes. Happening across 3 Shaw wireless TV boxes. Rebooted all boxes, rebooted modem repeatedly, reset settings across the board... problem continues.

    @Shawhelp Same issue for me in Sherwood Park. Internet is BRUTAL, TV isn't working ether. The family is in quarantine... really not enjoying this.

    Anyone else having issues with their shaw service today? Tried the chat service and we were disconnected. Same error code for every channel. @Shawhelp

    @oiler_country @Shawhelp Inside Shaw seems to work not bad but a speed test to California gives me .3 Mbps and it should be 600

    @Shawhelp pretty sure you can't help since it's affected more than one customer. PVR playback is fine. Channels are gone.

    @Shawhelp @S_P_Patrick You are getting wide spread reports of outages in #yeg. Quit asking for individual account info and fix the damn services please.

    @oiler_country @Shawhelp Havent checked regular TV but it is too slow for Netflix or Prime to work. They both give network errors.
