I hope @ShawInfo plans to pay for this day of lost work and explain to my staff why payroll is delayed because this is some insane bullshit. Also, when you have a recorded message about an outage, your website shouldn’t say “good news! No outages!”

  • stevendrowe
Steven Rowe 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈 (@stevendrowe) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@Shawhelp I don’t have time to keep going back and forth with you on outages, poor quality picture etc. We will call you of it happens again.

  • Zharphyn
Brad Thiessen (@Zharphyn) reported from Maple Ridge, British Columbia

@Shawhelp Your CSR Robert V45Y, is providing a fairly disappointing customer experience. I feel like I am being lied to, and he is lowering my opinion of your company’s ability to provide me the service that I want.

  • rdhaliwal84

@ShawInfo going on a day and half without services. Apparently it’s been escalated but staff can’t give me any answers....very frustrating that they can’t provide me with any answers. Not even a single call from anyone at Shaw. #angrycustomer #complaint #vancouver

  • vicvirk
Vic (@vicvirk) reported from Maple Ridge, British Columbia

@wingsnation @ShawInfo We just moved into a new neighbourhood, #Telus never ran service into it so we are stuck with using Shaw... Today I used Shaw's call back service, they called back in 20 mins, recording said I was in "Position 1" in the queue and it still took 1 hr 15 min to speak with someone.

  • AliceTheAlice1
Alice, The Alice (@AliceTheAlice1) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@GraemeFreeman @ShawInfo You would not trust an ISP with your home network so it's not like that's too much of a concern. I cannot imagine ever operating my home network via an ISP's Modem's router features.

  • stevendrowe
Steve Rowe 🇬🇧🇨🇦🌈 (@stevendrowe) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@Shawhelp Thanks. Internet is virtually down and cable is on but signal cuts out every 30 seconds, changing channels on its own like the ghost of my old Aunt Alice is torturing me.

  • dotherrien
Dominic Therrien (@dotherrien) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

I travel around the world for professional reasons and it pains me to say that the Lower Mainland of BC has one of the worst internet networks I’ve used (it’s a little better than Nigeria). Blind spots, slooooow connection, interruptions, expensive. @Shawhelp #competitionneeded

  • AshleyBurr_
Ashley Burr (@AshleyBurr_) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia

  • fmengo
Fabricio Mengo (@fmengo) reported from Maple Ridge, British Columbia

@ShawInfo moving your service is an impossible mission. I had to talk to 8 different agents, and finally they gave me another appointment. 1 month to move the services. #wfh and #studingfromhome with you is almost impossible. Your service is really bad.

Pleased that @Shawhelp services have been restored to normal this morning after the @bchydro power outage in #SurreyBC #Newton yesterday evening.

  • RitchWorld
RitchWorld (@RitchWorld) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia

@Shawhelp Actually there is no point. You can train your support to recognize, appreciate and value long terms customers. I was actually surprised how greedy Shaw is. The big kicker was charging my in laws more money for internet 15 than I pay for my 300 internet.

You just have to love the ****** @Shawhelp service. They give you chat service that doesn't work for Shaw. Then give you a number that doesn't have service. How are you suppose to contact these people.

@Shawhelp What can I do to speak with an actual representative? I was emailed to call or login to update my billing info. The app doesn’t work, logging into my account doesn’t work (I get the “oops! Something went wrong!” page), and I get disconnected when I call in to speak with

  • jgarcha
    Jasmine Kaur G (@jgarcha) reported

The service from @Shawhelp has gone downhill since @Rogers took over. Tired of the increasing costs, and poor service. Constantly dealing with “connection issues” on my TV. Long wait times for assistance from @RogersHelps and no help. UGH. What are the alternatives out there?!

  • Freshtodef
    Young and Fly (@Freshtodef) reported

@Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

  • P_u_f_f_i_n_
    j a (Puffin) (@P_u_f_f_i_n_) reported

@Shawhelp bonus points that i got a call trying to sell me a new plan with you guys 5 minutes ago, but i can't get you to come out and do the customer support required for my internet to work.

  • LindsayWiebeRD
    Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported

@Shawhelp It shouldn’t be a persistent problem to have wifi outages everyday. It’s becoming too much of a problem when I’m covering the cost of a service you provide for over $100 a month.
