RitchWorld (@RitchWorld) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia@Shawhelp Actually there is no point. You can train your support to recognize, appreciate and value long terms customers. I was actually surprised how greedy Shaw is. The big kicker was charging my in laws more money for internet 15 than I pay for my 300 internet.
-

b ☾ (@brandobrennan) reported@Shawhelp Sadly this is 2 days in a row of trying, and today is the last day of the billing cycle, so if I miss it I believe I’ll be double billed essentially. Sad that I have already wasted 5 hours on hold between the last 2 days. Quite disappointed as a loyal customer.
-
Les Stelmach 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@LesIsMore1) reported@slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly
