    @Shawhelp - my internet fiber gig plan sucks. disconnected 25 times Ina day. U tech fixed it and worked for 15 days. Again loses connection every now n then. I work from home. Hampering my work. Tech is scheduled for May 10. Should I close my work till then?

    @Shawhelp Hi Kyle - I keep insisting on escalating this but nobody at Shaw will help with this. 1.5 weeks of outage is unacceptable (especially since I know specifically what the issue is and have explained it multiple times). Please slide me a DM so I can pass on my personal contact.

    @Shawhelp Iโ€™m having an issue with sound. It drops off for a second or 2 intermittently. Does not occur when watching streaming services as I type this it has happened twice in 30 seconds. Any idea? Yes just happened 2 more times. :(

    Hey @TELUSsupport . Just got #PureFibre. My @Shawhelp modem is at the curb. One problem. I can see another account in my profile. I can stop their WiFi & reboot their modem. Fun. Can someone reach out? Tried calling now but apparently not 9PM close as stated. Thx.

    @Shawhelp why do you close the phonelines so early? It used to be 24/7 , now u can't get help to save your life and chat feature will bounce you out several times. I'm about to switch, its so frustrating!

    @Shawhelp every week for like the last year since switching to Rogers, our tv cuts out lforcing us to plug and unplug the little black box & plug it in. It doesnโ€™t happen with our downstairs tv. We also lose the sound and the way to fix it is to rewind and then ff.

    @TELUS - Help us! @ShawInfo has had saturated nodes and been overcharging our community for internet. I pay for 2gbps and get between 280mbps - 800mbps starting at 3:00 pm with further degradation into late evening. No ETA for new infrastructure. Need Fibre here ASAP.

    @Shawhelp I tried to speak to someone about the outage in Port Moody via the app, it links live chat to my Rogers mobile account and says that I don't have internet services with you but I do. Very poor user experience. Also there is no phone number provided. Shaw was way better.

    @Shawhelp A technician was here because of the poor signal that we have. He replaced the router and indicated that all is well. We still have a poor signal causing poor television reception.
