So, @ShawInfo will not compensate me for being told false information, intentional or not, and having to contact the CRTC to prove them liars. I will be contacting the CRTC for every further instance of this trouble, as it seems the CRTC can force compensation of needs be.

Hey @shawinfo? The CRTC tells me that, if my/your simultaneous substitution problem continues, to inform them of every instance and, if it amounts to enough, they can force compensation. Guess what I will be doing every time this issue arises?
