It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.

Called in once before and was told there was a problem in my area but nothing has changed since then. I'm on Zoom at least once/week & need it reliable. Really getting sick of the bad service.

Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

Valerie Stables 🇨🇦Proud Western Canadian (@StablesValerie) reported@ShawInfo why is cable tv and on demand down again in NW Calgary? The service has been abysmal since Rogers took over. We pay high fees so I expect disruptions to be rare but that is not the case.

The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.
