Dear @Shawhelp I have had persistent problems with my upload connection for several years now Multiple times when I called your tech support, they didn't know what packet loss or latency was Home service calls only proved there is a Shaw issue, and that no one knows how to solve

Cancel ALL SEVICES WITH @SHAWHELP ALL SHAW COMMUNICATIONS THEY LIE AND THEY STEAL AND THEY TELL YOU YOU'RE GETTING THE BEST PACKAGE FOR YOUR MONEY ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE RIPPED YOU OFF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS EVERY YEAR.
