@Shawhelp Hey Shaw 🖕🖕🖕🖕 thanks for making me look like a lair to my daughter saying I was gonna play video game with her but our Shaw is down & has been for 2 ******* hours. I work construction 6 - 6 this is bullshit what I **** do I pay yous for. I'm never coming back to Shaw.

Not really sure why but @ShawInfo’s “plug and play” modems aren’t really as advertised. Received an upgrade for mine today, plugged it in, followed instructions. Modem has rebooted twice now after completing setup (no software updates according to lights) and speed is horrible.

@Shawhelp Says fixed and www worked for a bit this morning but so slow it’s unusable. Friends in neighbourhood (also w/ shaw) reporting same. Speed test is very bad.

@Shawhelp Been with shaw for 2 decades in different locations never seen a ping higher than 8 ms now at 3 ms on a Wired connection must be wifi those high ping ones

@Shawhelp Rise and shine just like Shaw Mobile has been doing with my money for seven months. Everyone, please do yourself a favour, either don’t sign up for Shaw Mobile or cancel as soon as you’re able to and buckle up for the bumpy ride of getting your refund. @Shawhelp.
