@Shawhelp So, after all this down time I’m shocked you didn’t jump at the chance of patting yourself on the back for getting our service back up finally. Very glad it’s back but I’ll be switching to Telus at first opportunity and advising others to as well. #telus

@Shawhelp had my email account 4 years. Today I have received in excess of 700 spam emails: different languages, nonsensical words, confirming fake subscriptions. Chat said I had to fix myself. There must be something you can do at source. I rarely got spam previously. HELP!

@Shawhelp I have checked the wifi, this started happening when the Olympics started, may be a heavy usage issue?

Very disappointed in the customer service from @Shawhelp I have never had issues with cancelling services form Sasktel or Telus. Will definitely not be a returning customer

So. Over a day now without @Shawhelp fixing my Internet, TV, Wifi. Over 4h spent with live chat and a technician on the phone from Belize. They tried everything, “node” was down. Node is up, services still down. No physical technician for DAYS yet. I’ll be looking for a credit.

@ShawInfo It's worth noting when a customer leaves your company, you file a claim with a collections agency and automatically charge $500 before you get the package sent to you. You already got your devices, I can't comprehend why you choose to do this. Customer loss = get harassed?
