Sandra McLaren Boos (she/her) (@SandraBoos) reported@ShawInfo @CRTContactUs so we get an inv & amount is up on our contract amount due to phone increase they say but inv shows phone customer appreciation has lessened. Does that mean they value us less as customers or they’re just sneaky about changing contract?
