@ShawInfo Just had the worst experience with shaw that one can imagine. 10 days before moved explained I need Internet bz I WFH. Was promised I am moving at a service area just to take modern and it works. Now missing my work, and doesn’t very rude agents are rude msg. #worstshaw

  • sarahconnorjohn Sarah (@sarahconnorjohn) reported

@Shawhelp I apologize - I was rude. I’ll try the online chat tomorrow. It’s just that over $400 has been charged for services I don’t have and it’s probably a system glitch that needs a human to fix it. I’ll keep you posted. Thank you.

@ShawInfo I asked for a email to complaint, managers email to complaint. Was not provided with none, but agent gave her rep id# W5F3 and said I am more than welcome to tweet my complaint. #worstshawservice

@ShawInfo during covid times, we support each other, but guess what shaw and it’s trained agents do- #they make sure you don’t work. #worstserviceprovider#thinkbeforeyoubtake their internet services

@Shawhelp please don't ******* make us pay 250$ for your best internet per month if half the time the ******* **** doesn't work lol, you guys are the worst company I've been with since Telus in 2011 when they were at their worse, keep in mind it's 2020 now lol...

@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp You actually got them to come out? Well that’s more than I got. Hours and hours of chat box tips and nothing retified. Covid service sucks

  • Jess_Lynch Plant Based Bitch Ⓥ (@Jess_Lynch) reported

@Shawhelp is probably the worst company out there. Literally in the middle of a pandemic and absolutly 0 support for your customers. We should have switched a long time ago. Companies are really showing what really matters to them right now.

@LochlinCross @Shawhelp You've clearly never waited 45 minutes for @jkenney to start a COVID update
