@mcmanus17 @Shawhelp SN360 on Shaw has been pixelating and glitching constantly since November. Local techs have no fix and say it’s an issue higher up.

@TransLink @Shawhelp That shouldn't be the case, I tried for more than 5 minutes, of which the R4 would have traveled quite some distance. My screenshot shows I was connected to TransLinkWiFi! The connection issue was shown as another webpage, not an error message from my device. It came from Shaw!

@TELUSsupport pay for services and getting no service. Getting disconnected from you suport phone survice is making switching to @ShawInfo ever more tempting that's for sure
