@Shawhelp Nope frozen again so will try unplugging it. This channel has way to much freezing and glitches - never get to watch movies I really want to want properly lol

@Shawhelp Sorry to leave. Was with Shaw since 2005 when I moved up North. Didn’t want to leave but Shaw non fibre internet was more expensive than TBayTel fibre internet by $25/mon. Plus when Shaw internet was down. I had to wait 1.5 week for service. :( that’s when I made the change

@ShawInfo seems crazy to not allow returning customers to re-sign a contract with the same rates as your “new customer” rates..feel free to find yourself a new customer, I’ll go be that elsewhere. These savings you have no problem offering, just not to already loyal customers 😢

Time to quit @ShawInfo and move back to @TELUS. Shaw has become a bit of a joke with its professional customer service they outsource to god knows what country.

@Shawhelp so. How many more options are you going to remove from your routers? I can no longer change my wifi name and password, it was bad enough I couldn't change channels or bands.
