    @Shawhelp I do not normally escalate these things, but I am floored by the absurdity of what I just experienced on behalf of a family member, who has been a loyal customer for 40 years. I will DM, but honestly, you need to do better.

    Hey @Shawhelp your agent just disconnected us after offering a retention plan that was more than what your website quotes new customers. This is after 3 weeks of disrupted service. What is going on over there?
