@Shawhelp Just got off another conversation with your tech support. She says she spoke to the right people to escalate this as a priority. Im told that I can expect a call from them as soon as the problem with my account is fixed, which is what they said yesterday.

@Shawhelp Yes,thank you,the point is it keeps happening and it’s for prolonged periods…now it’s 8 hours of no service. AGAIN. It’s a frequently disappointing service. So much so that we are not willing to go through this again all winter as we did last year when 1 outage was 4 days long!

Update. Contacted Shaw technical support. They now tell me that my account won’t be fixed until at least Monday. Jesus. Rogers had a Canada-wide cellular meltdown a few months ago which they fixed in 24 hrs. Yet, Shaw can’t get around to fixing my internet for 5 days.@Shawhelp
