    @Shawhelp Shaw blamed my modem for bad speeds and they sent me a new one which took a week. The new modem was able to actually get a connection but at 5-8mbs, nowhere near what was advertised.

    @Shawhelp I am sad that Shaw has decided to do maintenance and **** down internet during a pandemic when families need to home school! I sure hope it’s not down till May 31st like they said!

    @Shawhelp @abhisheksfdc Shaw literally pays a whole department to either redirect people to it's help website or tell them to unplug and replug in their poorly made modems. They do this because it's cheaper than actually supplying a decent internet connection

    Come on @Shawhelp phoning "long term customers" to see how they feel about your service?? This is weird. I mean, kudos for reaching out. But this is weird. And I don't want to talk to a customer service rep on my long weekend if they are calling me.

    @Shawhelp Why has Shaw never delivered speeds even remotely close to what was advertised? I've used this service in multiple locations in my area but it's always been the same. Shaw is incapable of providing those speeds and they'll do everything they can to blame the slow connection on u
