    @Tracy_M_Evans @ShawInfo @Shawhelp And yet if you sign up as a new customer, you can pick up a modem from the retail location nearest you that same day. It's really mind-boggling how poor the cs is (though to be fair, I've had the same experience at the other major telco in Canada..)

    You know what the most screwed up thing is? @Shawhelp @ShawInfo After me, giving my name, phone number & address they will NOT help you unless you give your Postal Code! I kid you not. How is that a security feature? Seriously. Anyone can Google a Postal Code. How insane.

    @Shawhelp my wifi is down and i have a meeting at 4:30! are you kidding me?! your website says scheduled maintenance for 2 hours but i wasn’t notified. People have to work from home this is insane!

    @AureliaCotta @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Right? It’s so ridiculous. I want them to understand how this is so crazy. They literally will NOT help me unless I give them my Postal Code. See how insane that sounds? I’m a Taurus & stubborn and this will not just go away. It’s a silly “rule”. SMH.
