    @Shawhelp my internet has been out for almost 3 hours now. I’ve tried to get ahold of support but it kept cutting out. I finally got through to someone and they’re making me wait until tomorrow to send someone out to fix. Please help!

    @Shawhelp Yes, I didn’t even unbox this new one. I had contacted support immediately after taking the package from Purolator because the box looked trashed. My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.

    Nobody should sign up for @Shawhelp useless customer service that only got worse since the merger. Billions made by these clowns and can’t even get to my house to fix recurrent issues for 48 hours. The amount I pay you should a guy on standby 24/7. #joke #ridiculous #Rogerssucks

    @Shawhelp I think you all need to hire more Customer Service staff. I’ve been on hold for over 1hr 15min now. And the web chat service is unable to assist with my issue. Will I ever be able to talk to a person?

    @Shawhelp Like, I really had no reason to upgrade from 1 gigabit to 2 and this “delivery experience” and the subsequent support “experience” has me kind of convinced to just keep what I had and unwind the upgrade.

    @Shawhelp The site keeps hanging. I get an error saying to wait or close the site. It’s slow as heck. The site shows an error saying it can’t pull up billing information. Shows a $0 balance when it’s not.
