@ShawInfo ok so far I live in calgary I'm a new customer and I'm trying to set up my email and the number a shaw lady gave me at sunridge is completely god dam unless I'm seriously feel like I'm dealing with telus again and they were idiots!!!

@Shawhelp This does not explain how a multi-billion dollar corporation, with customers province-wide, does not have a plan in place for network redundancy in the event of a catastrophe. Redundancy is a must in the ISP world, especially to avoid these types of issues.
