    @Telus said I must switch to fibre optic as they won’t support if problems with copper wires. Today AI call asked if I’d like to do the install myself with virtual support. Imagine they’d have me climb poll and string cable. #bcpoli @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp hey shaw. I want to get in contact with someone about router questios, but the Shaw App hasnt let me load contact support for 2 weeks, despite doing all troubleshooting steps advised online. Can i get help here?
