    @Shawhelp your techs are just awful. Just hook a modem up and leave while insulting my parents. Sounds like you guys hire the best and brightest. Over the last 5 years, Shaw customer support has taken a giant leap forward into a giant pile of manure. Do better.

    @TELUSsupport is there a way of finding out when a neighbourhood will get Fibre Optics installed for fast internet home service. I have been struggling with @Shawhelp while working from home and am looking for consistent options.

    @ShawInfo hey so my service has been very spotty lately. Actual connection dropouts that outright shouldn't be happening. The phone support has been useless to help find a fix. And one time just hung up on me. I expect better out of Shaw.
