They wouldn’t help me with my poor internet connection, nor would they put me through to a manager to speak with someone to make a complaint! Three times I was hung up on and I canceling my Shaw services.

ri (@r_anonx) reportedAlso I switched to @ShawInfo less than a month ago and my wifi cuts out AT LEAST once a day and needs to be restarted. I was with Telus before this since 2015 and never once did my wifi cut out so going back to them ASAP my Gpa can’t tolerate this lmfao
