    @Shawhelp Atleast have better answers than automated replies even for your “regular” outages. Such a bad customer experience. Instead of your ads which promote exactly opposite of what you provide, invest in fixing these issues.

    @Shawhelp when do you plan to reimburse for all your outages? I cannot keep paying my phone provider for extra internet. Every two weeks there is an outage.

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo SIX homes have been built since I moved in to mine, and they do not have this issue. My neighbour and I will be changing providers if this is not resolved soon

    @Shawhelp are we people in surrey headed to another 24+ hours outage? That too twice in this month already. Not sure what we are paying for at this point. Please give some update regarding when it'll be fixed.

    @Shawhelp Generic updates are not really helpful. Its so frustrating to see same type of updates as the last outage two weeks ago. We as customers deserve to have more clarity. Our livelihoods depend on internet.
