    @Shawhelp Is there a major outage going on right now? I have no internet in Burnaby for 30 minutes and I’ve tried plugging and unplugged the modem, does nothing. No one replied to dms either

    I’m done with @ShawInfo #Shaw this is the third time in this year with NO service! , last time was 6 days to attend my call in #northVancouver no empathy for customers
