Another customer service fail from @telus. Perhaps it’s time to give @ShawInfo a chance, since Telus locked me into a new contract and doesn’t provide service or proper communication with their customers.

@Shawhelp why would you cut my internet off after sending me your shaw mobile sim cards? You cut all my service so I have to sign up to tether? I cannot understand why you would do this. A tech now can't come to fix for 7 days. 7!

@Shawhelp i’ve done all these steps multiple times and your tech support has historically been unhelpful. also, my complaint was not about speed but about latency. packet loss + high latency seems to be a common complaint among your customers, so i’m wondering if shaw is aware of the cause

@Shawhelp 1/ Tried this Shaw Help route 2 weeks ago. 3.5 hours via DM - they couldn't fix via remote, problem escalated by clerk, 3 days later escalation rejected, clerk calls me to tell me that, Shaw sends TWO techies to my home - they don't know how to fix the problem after over an hour
