    @Shawhelp we moved 10 days ago and our WiFi still is not working properly. Might be because you had me hook it up rather than send someone. That's like paying for a landscaper and them telling you to **** your own flower beds. Not sure exactly what to do here. Already DMed you.

    Hey @TELUSsupport . Just got #PureFibre. My @Shawhelp modem is at the curb. One problem. I can see another account in my profile. I can stop their WiFi & reboot their modem. Fun. Can someone reach out? Tried calling now but apparently not 9PM close as stated. Thx.

    @ShawInfo It would be nice if you actually supported your services! I’ve had problems with my cable & internet service since last Thursday - I’ve called every day and it stil not corrected !!! This just SUCKS...

    Shame on you, @ShawInfo @Shawhelp 🤬 poor internet for weeks, when The scheduled visit day arrive, the techs didn’t show up! Worse than that, is rebooking the visit for next week! Worst customer service ever 🤡
