    @schaalfan I once heard that the people at @Shawhelp were getting sent **** pick and gross stuff like that so randomly sent them a picture of my dog. They were very confused. I still kinda feel bad about that.

    @Shawhelp been in chat for 51 mins so far. Finally we've established the modem, (installed by a tech), is too far away from the source. Online customer service isnt being helpful. Trying to sell me a modem, or bring a tech in, but not answer whether the tech fee is waived.

    @Shawhelp I am in Thunder Bay. Just noticed that about 30 Channels have disappeared from my service. I phoned earlier today and had to pay to restore the Golf Channel. Now I see that lots of channels - like CNN, are gone. Never missed a payment, never late - customer for 35 years.

    @Shawhelp Shaw services appear to be down for most of the community of Springbrook. I’ve lost phone, internet and cable as have many of my neighbors.

    @TELUSsupport Hey Telus, I manage multiple small businesses and your current customer support is giving me the run around about porting a @Shawhelp ph# from one to the next. Either have a supervisor contact me(as I've been told to expect 3 times now) or Shaw call me for my bzness
