@Shawhelp spent 2 hours on live chat asking to be released from my contract. No dice. Instead I was given $25 credit for my time. Also, my business is exclusively internet based and I’m the sole provider for my family. So paying $120+ per month for 5Mbps down? Not gonna work.

@Aerohip @Shawhelp You (and I) should be expecting more than being reimbursed for the day. It should without question, at minimum be a months bill compensation. This is beyond garbage.

@Shawhelp is edmonton area outage going to be fixed anytime today??? I am still in the first 10 day trial period of my shaw wifi connection and seriously considering switching to telus now. Terrible service
