Warren Anderson (@knerraw) reported@shawhelp For last 2 weeks, most days there is a 1-2 hr window from about 10am-12pm where my internet and cable goes out for 5-10 mins for 1-3 times before its fine until the next day. Quite consistent. Doesn't happen on weekends but always when I am working from home. Please fix

Mira Oberman (@miraoberman) reported@Shawhelp Thanks for the offer but I have zero faith in your organizational capacity to serve customers. I spent 71 minutes on the phone. Got locked into a 24 month contract that costs $11/month more for same services. Can you fix that?
