    @Shawhelp Will take a look at that document ... if it will load. It may not. That's the problem. I have done: 1. cleared cache & cookies in firefox then restarted computer (seemed to make things worse) 2. disconnected modem, then reconnected, then restarted computer. Made no difference

    @CM02051985 @smFISHMAN @ShawInfo Enter your info, it might redirect you to the Network. I get a Rogers pop up to enter my info, that might just be how it works for Shaw.

    @Shawhelp Been chatting support for the last 40 minutes trying to convey the same message, that I do not believe the dust is the issue.

    @MemphisBlaze @Shawhelp Yup, it has been out since around 4:30, but Shaw webpage says they have no problems in any service areas 🙄

    Shaw chat won't load for me so I can't communicate that way either. Very slow-loading or non-loading of almost all sites across all browsers since yesterday. Is my account throttled? Is my 10-yr old modem failing? @shawhelp
