    Our new router from @Shawhelp is by far the worst router ever. It’s supposed to be increase the internet speed but it literally drops internet anytime more than one device is online. Also in order to get the instructions to install you need the internet? How does that make sense?

    @Shawhelp It's constant and persistent. I reset my router all the time, move it to different locations in my house. The service is just awful.

    @Shawhelp has got to be THE MOST INEPT company out there. Been 5.5 hours so far just trying to swap out equipment. Offering $25 credit. WTF?! #worstcustomerservice #badcustomerservice
