    @Shawhelp It's been more than 1 month. I have been struggling with the Shaw internet. Not sure if you know ppl do work from home these days and it affects my job. How can I escalate this issue & if u r unable to fix pls let me know & void the contract. Isn't it that simple??

    @EmergencyInfoBC @Shawhelp The emergency broadcast test today seems to have knocked my Shaw Gateway offline for a minute before very briefly flashing the emergency message on the TV (too quickly to read). Looks like this needs some more work/testing.

    Another hour online with @Shawhelp trying to solve a three week long wifi issue that a tech and his supervisor identified as “interference at the road box”. She reset the modem and bla bla bla. Worked great for an hour then boom 37kbps!!!! Just waiting for someone to care!! #help

    @Shawhelp Have gone thru this and still no connection - will wait until later to see if I get connection back - have already had a tech out last week and he couldn't find anything wrong- signal was good.
