@Zach_Fleisher @Shawhelp @TekSavvyBuzz TPIA is third-party internet access. The CRTC mandates that physical infrastructure operators like Bell and Shaw must allow third parties to use those cables to your house. The third party can sell you internet service over those cables.

Does anybody else have serious problems with @ShawInfo? It is unbelievable how bad it is and has been for days now. Makes it difficult to work from home. It is close to impossible to get a hold of anybody there to fix it. #poorcustomerservice #InternetEssentials #BritishColumbia
