    @musicbaum @ShawInfo My deepest condolences for your loss. These companies can be such insensitive schmucks. My insurance company was beyond rude to me after my Mom passed. They don’t care about anything other than $$. What matters is being with your family now 🙏🏼👍🏼 (shame on them tho).

    @Fidomobile I have multiple phones on my account. One of them was offered 20GB for $50. Another was offered 15GB for $90. Live chat wasn't able to help me get the good offer applied to all my lines. Can you help? If not I'll be exploring @ShawInfo Mobile.

    @Shawhelp Hey Don, appreciate the quick reply, but I'm sure my tweet was pretty succinct in the issue. The usual response is a Shaw pod range extender. So unless yall wanna just gimme one. We have nothing to talk about.

    My mum passed away. Called @ShawInfo to cancel her cable but wanted to keep internet at her place. No condolences. Said we had to cancel everything, so we did. And they wonder why they lose customers.
