@hellofisher I’ve had really good experience with the speeds and reliability of TELUS in my building (which is newer). Customer support is mediocre but has helped when I’ve needed them.
-
Amy Lanigan (@AmyMaree90) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
Our internet is so slow that the Telus app can't even run a speed test. Thank you @TELUS
-
Daniel Fox (@danudey) reported from Mount Pleasant, British Columbia
@MJohnso51022309 @Novusnow Two major outages in a month sounds real bad. Two major outages in five years sounds a lot better. If you think TELUS or Shaw are going to be more reliable though, I’m not sure you’ll find that’s the case.
-
Paul McAfee (@MrPaulMcAfee) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
When you get amazing service from @shaw and @TELUS representatives - you don’t mind the cost so much. Alisha with @telusmobility was on the phone with me for almost 2 hours last night and she stuck with me to updates plans and phones. #ExperienceIsEverything

The Real Thanksgiving was Last Month (@jsney20) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

-
Samuel Armstrong (@RedSealSam) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia
@CraveCanada hello, my crave apps on smart tv and iPad are not letting me access any shows, and it says to contact service provider and that I’m not subscribed. I am subscribed and was literally watching a show yesterday. It also still working on my Telus on demand.
-
Mike Chadwick (@runnerofthewild) reported from Westmount, British Columbia
@TELUSBusiness hoping you can help, I have two cell phones and internet through Telus business and I've just had my cell bill and been charged $120 in roaming which is ridiculous for sending a couple of texts. Considering taking my business elsewhere
-
Chris Withers (@Chris_Withers) reported from Norgate, British Columbia
@TheSpecialist4 @TELUS Pure value: Freedom. Highly dependent on whether the service in your area does or does not lick.
-
Adam MacGillivray (@acemacg) reported from Surrey, British Columbia
@SarahCarms @TELUS Mine was glitchy yesterday. Didn’t connect to wifi then wouldn’t recognize the LTE network. I was able to reboot to fix it though.
-
Tall Paul 'Mr Vancouver' | 6’7 (@TallPaulsLife) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@FEEZYDoesIT Struggles, it now “slows” down my data and doesn’t cut it off But let’s be honest this data costs TELUS nothing. Verizon has unlimited for cheaper than my 90$ 10 gigs cost... I’d add a gif but i don’t have the 10 min it will take to load @TELUS
-
Jeanne (@Meanchef) reported from West End, British Columbia
I believe that there is someone in @TELUS @TELUSsupport that can help my inquiry. I don't think it's fair that you cut service on your paying customer and your system cannot process the glitch on your side.
-
Shawn Sviridov (@galleryss) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@TELUSsupport can you advise if there are communication issues with Telus Network and other Mobility networks at this time in British Columbia, and potential cause of the issue and restoration

Tee (@Life_is_2_Long) reported from Delta, British Columbia
@stuhunter Sounds awful!! Hope it works out! Once, someone walked into Telus & bought 2 new phones + plans on my account Telus store even had them on camera but gave me a really hard time about my dispute. I suspected it was maybe store employee or friend. #frustrating
-
Jeanne (@Meanchef) reported from West End, British Columbia
Good morning @TELUS , my friend is not much of a Twitter user but I really want to use this platform, to get some serious action on his mobile service. Why is it a loyal customer to you get treated like you guys don't care. This is the 3rd time he had to do with his billing.

@ShawnKing Got Boosts as a cheap mesh setup instead of more expensive mesh at Costco..works w/any ISP is why. Telus routers has always been bad-- (needs hard reset every 2 days). Went back ol' reliable Apple Extreme + 2 Boosts; L-shape home. I get wifi in park across street now & back alley
-
Holly 🇨🇦 ⏳ (@Hollymcc3) reported
@Breeze_CA @TELUS Oh I hear ya When I have to call Telus on an issue it takes me no less than 2 hours I had fibre optic installed recently because I was told when talking to agent would make Internet faster. After I got it installed the guy said not the case-depends on how much you pay per month
-
Todd Nickel (@toddnickel) reported
@MsYouDoYou Was with TELUS forever, and so much the same--March 2020 WFH revealed just how terrible they are. Switched to Lightspeed (cable) in November. Seamless switch. DL speed doubled. $45/month. Zero issues. Hate that we waited so long.
-
Breeze (@Breeze_CA) reported
@raiderDavid1973 Yes, but I don’t like using multiple remotes. Telus should fix their issues and make using their services and remote work smoothly.
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia
I’ve been with @TELUS since they were Clearnet in 1995 and I’ve always enjoyed them but there is literally nothing they could do to redeem themselves from the year of garbage internet which they charged us $200 to “fix” making bricked unusable internet.
-
Breeze (@Breeze_CA) reported
@Hollymcc3 @TELUS Took almost 20 hours on the phone a while ago just to get services to fix their messes during sign up. Then got billed almost $50 for cancelling a service I never signed up for because of a mistake made by their agent. Seriously almost 20 hours in a course of just over a week.
-
Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported
@IGrudco go onto the Telus-koodo. Victims of sim-swap being told to call the emergency #, but it's closed. Have to wait 12-hrs for it to re-open, the latest Telus-koodo victim lost 1200$ in her paypal account.
-
LisaCandyCanes84 (@Lisacaines841) reported
@McMudder71 @TELUS I'm still with them. Since 2006. Paying 120 a month. Never goes down at all. Only goes up
-
Holly 🇨🇦 ⏳ (@Hollymcc3) reported
@Breeze_CA Yes Breeze! @Telus is bad for that..... and then they read back notes they supposedly took while you were speaking with them and tell you that’s not what they said. From now on every time I speak to Telus I’m going to be using my speaker on my iPhone and recording on my iPad.
-
Bill McNaughton (@McNaughtonBill) reported
@McMudder71 @phearn @TELUS Don't know if Eastlink is the cheapest but you will not beat their service.
