Not sure how the service is because I've almost never needed it. I replaced a modem once and they were fine. Streaming is fine but YouTube uploads are kinda slow. I'm happy with them.

racquets (@racquets100) reported@stephenlautens Do what everybody else does. Tell them you're gonna cancel and move to shaw or telus for way less. They'll reduce your cost to way below what it is now. If not then move - but that won't happen. This is the experience of me and at least 4 friends.
