With the exception of last week when the internet was out for most of a day but, hydro caused that problem. I was hesitant but happy to have switched. My wifi works now.

I knew a guy there who was a network engineer at Telus and wore shorts on casual Friday EVERY week of the year, because his new boss once said “at least this shorts nonsense will end in winter” in earshot of the guy.

Called @TELUS and so happy to talk and worked a fabulous deal. father in law is happy as he will be saving $600/ year on home internet, cable and phone.

I turned down a job with this same team in 2019 because they wanted people in the office 5 days/week then.

I will do everything possible not to deal with @telus or Shaw. Imagine if you had a service interruption? Can’t call them? Ridiculous.
