Bernardo G. S. (@Eni_gs) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaAnyone having problems with @TELUS ? No internet on #Burnaby #BritishColumbia. Please help @TELUSsupport
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaEvery 3-days @telus calls me to ask for my husband and every 3-days I tell them to stop and also that we cancelled our home internet service when they refused to make it work at all so it’s a waste of sales time. Every time they say they made a note. Then are annoyed. Repeat.
-
Jana Angela Neria (@jamneria) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@FidoSolutions We're okay thanks, we've gone to @TELUS after that horrible experience with you guys.
-
Diane S. Baker (@dianesbaker1) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Zpdoodaa Beginning of this thread, “I formed an off shore company….”. Why? As an American I assumed you work in the US. Off shore entities are created for tax avoidance purposes. TELUS is a network provider in western Canada. Have an off shore LLC used to allow a Chinese partner. Booted.

Prairie Paul (@PaulDoroshenko) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI’m trying to contact @Telus business. Their website has no contact number. Took me 10 minutes and I found it on another site. I will do everything possible not to deal with @telus or Shaw. Imagine if you had a service interruption? Can’t call them? Ridiculous.
-
Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Bzubyk We all know it’s drivel damage control written by a PR hack. What it didn’t say was how they were going to remedy to situation. Probably because that cost $ & everyone knows @Telus is loathe to spend $ on much but virtue signalling PR campaigns.
-
SGC Dream a little. Dream a lot. (@SamGorC) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI swear, putting me on hold for so long when I phone you to cancel my internet service just reinforces the fact that I want to leave. Like do they think it's a tactic so people get impatient and hang up? Really Telus?
-
Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaWhy can’t I access my account @TELUSsupport? Broken links, can’t view/manage my account - this is not how you treat customers @TELUS.
-
Prairie Paul (@PaulDoroshenko) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@TedNesNA @TELUS @TELUSBusiness I overpaid on my dad’s account after he died. They’ve never refunded it.
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@TheFalconer @TELUS Also **** off. As a business owner who processes transactions, I pay insane fees for everything I do. And so do the clients. And probably the staff. Pay your own fees you dumb *****.
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaGod speed the technician that comes back to deal with these @TELUS network issues because we have pages and pages of notes and screenshots and videos where we go from our 60 mbps to 0 until we reboot the system they fixed Thursday. I have to find somewhere to work tomorrow.
-
Jim Gordon (@jimgordontv) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaHey @TELUS about to make my 3rd call in 3 weeks to @TELUSsupport about Optik/PVR problems! #telus
-
Ameer Z. (@1RovingNomad) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaWorst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)
-
Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@maxfawcett You haven’t lived until you’ve had to deal with Telus customer service. A vacation in hell would be more pleasant than dealing with the abomination that is @Telus
-
Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@entwistled is CEO of @telus perhaps worst company in Canada. More interested in PR & virtue signalling than actually serving customers. Inept, bureaucratic, misleading, hopelessly horrid customer service & actually bankrupt of purpose & direction. Avoid this clown show of a co!
-
Kirsten Sharp (@kirstenSharp) reported from Westmount, British Columbia@DeletedFlavors @NEWS1130 Public mobile uses Telus network
-
Bobbi-Lee Loganberg 🌻 (@BLeeLoganberg) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Solidchick4life August billing cycle, not the bill I just paid... It will not be enough to cover the inconveniences. I’ll be switching to TELUS as I no longer need TransCanada service.
-
feels like Groundhog Day (@sliver9754) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUSsupport @pattibacchus Telus is brutal! They convinced us that their service was better so we went to them after many happy years with Shaw, then instantly had issues they wouldn’t resolve and now we are stuck with them unless we pay 3 years of penalties! Counting the months to go back to @support_shaw
-
Stefano Buliani (@sapessi) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@lizthegrey Oh, super interesting. What did you use? Right now I have a telus box going into a Google wifi mesh + cat6 off the Google wifi (the house is all wired). Would love to be able to skip one hop and have internet go first to the wired network then wifi from there
-
mama bear 🙈🙉🙊 🏳️🌈 (@trackwanderer) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@BigNasty6oh4 I have telus for everything. Service is mostly OK. I find them easy to deal with, but I'm also assertive as **** ( without goimg full Karen on them) what keeps me with them though honestly is the massive discount we get through their deal with our building ( 40% discount)

Parental Advisory (@Parental_OnX) reportedHave missed 2 full days if work now waiting on @telus installation after moving. First day they weren't able to do anything because the tech was unable to fix a broken line. That got repaired and today the installer just didn't even bother to show up. As of Monday it will be 7 days (because I can get installers don't work weekends) with zero service and needing to use the public wifi in town just to communicate with anyone. This is entirely unacceptable. At least with other services I had the ability to hookup the damned modem and receivers myself, and not have to book off an entire day from work just to wait around for nothing at all. And no, I don't want to "DM" you Telus, it's kind of difficult when don't have any services at all. The LEAST your employees could do is keep their appointments, instead all I get is a text message at 5pm stating my "outside service has been completed". The outside service was done yesterday ffs. Likely because the actual linemen you have ARE competent. 16 hours of work and pay missed and zero compensation because customers time and livelihoods obviously don't matter.
-
Jikker G (@Jikfranco) reported@TELUS is a piece of **** company. It will go bankrupt pretty damn soon. Your fiber is ****. Stop scamming people you *****. $T.TO
-
sarah (@trainsgirl) reported@RainGloaming @miaaowing I never manage to make it work but Telus still lets buy things off Google Play by adding it to your phone bill.
-
Ali Ma (@amalpro765) reportedWho is in charge of Telus security? You are doing a terrible job at customer service !
-
Jessica (@Jesslovescoveff) reported@VoteCanadaCom Last week a rep showed up at our door. Was told don't come here I'm on the no call list. Came back 4 times the same evening. Stalking much? @TELUS **** off.
-
World Citizen (@HannieOkello) reported@TELUSsupport Over 5 yrs. Just send out one of your support tech to that area! You can not maintain customers with such abhorrent service! If you don’t have WIFI, Telus is worthless in that area!! No Network on its own!
-
viv 🧀💛👑 (@vivthelesbian) reported@hotglassofskank @RonnyTheSinner i used to work for telus and had a widow come in to cancel her late husbands cell phone so i had to call corporate and they’re like “we need proof” and she’s like “he died two days ago i don’t have any yet & can’t afford the bill coming out tomorrow” and they said “well too bad!”
-
Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reportedIt's been 8 days of me trying to cancel @TELUSsupport @telus services, and I am still getting nowhere.
-
Jason Boring (@JasonBoring99) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is just as bad plus most of their technicians are from India, completely useless and no troubleshooting skills
