  • Meanchef Jeanne (@Meanchef) reported from West End, British Columbia

Good morning @TELUS , my friend is not much of a Twitter user but I really want to use this platform, to get some serious action on his mobile service. Why is it a loyal customer to you get treated like you guys don't care. This is the 3rd time he had to do with his billing.

  • MrPaulMcAfee Paul McAfee (@MrPaulMcAfee) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

When you get amazing service from @shaw and @TELUS representatives - you don’t mind the cost so much. Alisha with @telusmobility was on the phone with me for almost 2 hours last night and she stuck with me to updates plans and phones. #ExperienceIsEverything

  • Meanchef Jeanne (@Meanchef) reported from West End, British Columbia

I believe that there is someone in @TELUS @TELUSsupport that can help my inquiry. I don't think it's fair that you cut service on your paying customer and your system cannot process the glitch on your side.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@dooksofhazard @TELUSsupport I actually love TELUS mobility support. But this thing brands do with forcing you into a circular automated help situation is frustrating when you’re already frustrated.

  • bradley Bradley Smith (@bradley) reported from Kensington-Cedar Cottage, British Columbia

@hellofisher I’ve had really good experience with the speeds and reliability of TELUS in my building (which is newer). Customer support is mediocre but has helped when I’ve needed them.

  • RedSealSam Samuel Armstrong (@RedSealSam) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@CraveCanada hello, my crave apps on smart tv and iPad are not letting me access any shows, and it says to contact service provider and that I’m not subscribed. I am subscribed and was literally watching a show yesterday. It also still working on my Telus on demand.

  • NatalieLanovill Natalie Lanoville 🇨🇦 🌱 (@NatalieLanovill) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@EvaSiu21 @mtnbvan No way am I cancelling my account with @Telus... the other service providers are GARBAGE. But I DO care about the 5G issue and I bet a lot of other customers do too.

  • BBMmeEH Aaron M (@BBMmeEH) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

When the time is right I will be switching out of @TELUS due to their poor choice of 5g provider this year 😞

  • uniontrevor1975 Trevor (@uniontrevor1975) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia

@rbraich @TELUS @TELUSsupport U dont get it obviously. Outsourcing and paying these people nothing while giving horrible service #keepitlocal 🇨🇦

  • TallPaulsLife Tall Paul 'Mr Vancouver' | 6’7 (@TallPaulsLife) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@FEEZYDoesIT Struggles, it now “slows” down my data and doesn’t cut it off But let’s be honest this data costs TELUS nothing. Verizon has unlimited for cheaper than my 90$ 10 gigs cost... I’d add a gif but i don’t have the 10 min it will take to load @TELUS

  • MikeKlassen Mike Klassen (@MikeKlassen) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

So my wife and I were speaking about the fact we turned down multiple requests by @TELUS reps to connect our home with fiber optic “for free” 😒 Their doubling down on Huawei tech this week makes me think we made the right call.

  • HarenNt Haren (@HarenNt) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

“Customer complaints against Vancouver’s Telus surge 71%” - read this online today, and I must say I do agree 100% !!!! @TELUS

  • StephKall Stephanie Elizabeth (@StephKall) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

LOL @TELUS sent me a text today said it’s time to upgrade and they can help. I’ve had TELUS for years and the best they over me is $27 a month more for a two year contract 😂😂😂😂 #CustomerExperience #worst

  • runnerofthewild Mike Chadwick (@runnerofthewild) reported from Westmount, British Columbia

@TELUSBusiness hoping you can help, I have two cell phones and internet through Telus business and I've just had my cell bill and been charged $120 in roaming which is ridiculous for sending a couple of texts. Considering taking my business elsewhere

  • tompearc Tom Pearce (@tompearc) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport I have been down that telus alogorithm before... With no success. You have the box # and street intersection already.

  • Life_is_2_Long Tee (@Life_is_2_Long) reported from Delta, British Columbia

@stuhunter Sounds awful!! Hope it works out! Once, someone walked into Telus & bought 2 new phones + plans on my account Telus store even had them on camera but gave me a really hard time about my dispute. I suspected it was maybe store employee or friend. #frustrating

  • jsney20 The Real Thanksgiving was Last Month (@jsney20) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

Telus is bad. Please follow me for more Canadian Telecom info

  • danudey Daniel Fox (@danudey) reported from Mount Pleasant, British Columbia

@MJohnso51022309 @Novusnow Two major outages in a month sounds real bad. Two major outages in five years sounds a lot better. If you think TELUS or Shaw are going to be more reliable though, I’m not sure you’ll find that’s the case.

  • AmyMaree90 Amy Lanigan (@AmyMaree90) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Our internet is so slow that the Telus app can't even run a speed test. Thank you @TELUS

  • galleryss Shawn Sviridov (@galleryss) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport can you advise if there are communication issues with Telus Network and other Mobility networks at this time in British Columbia, and potential cause of the issue and restoration

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • FidelisLobo Fidelis Lobo (@FidelisLobo) reported

@accfanto Switched my land line to VOIP lately. Regretted the decision yesterday. But one family member has a Telus connection and the Car apparently uses Telus service. Which I used for quick browsing to see what is going on.

  • ThetaState James Anok 🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈🇵🇹🇪🇺 (@ThetaState) reported

@smcgraw77 @Rogers We have Bell for our home internet and Telus for our mobiles. Haven’t had any significant issues with either of these in years. I’ll probably switch them to Bell for their land line.

  • tonypatafio TP (@tonypatafio) reported

@taimhuynh Agreed, in the meantime why are they not updating customers on the status by region/service via social media asking Bell & Telus clients to update their friends, family and associates.

  • chasing_you chester (@chasing_you) reported

@karanwa1ia @PrabSarkaria @rogerrai1 ..companies. It’s so annoying that the plan you buy from koodo is a telus n/w, Fido is Rogers etc, this is how they ensure cheaper cost? Sharing less resources from their main brand.if parent goes down it takes its subsidies with them.Doesn’t seem reasonable..2

  • CurtTalksTV Curt Bennett (@CurtTalksTV) reported

@macgyver_p I can't remember having trouble with any Telus brands. I can't remember hearing of any problems from friends either. I'm sure they're not perfect, but they've been great for everyone I know who's been a customer.

  • tonypatafio TP (@tonypatafio) reported

@FP_Champagne In the meantime why are they not updating customers on the status by region/service via social media asking Bell & Telus clients to update their friends, family and associates.

  • Elizabe60225387 Elizabeth Keefe (@Elizabe60225387) reported

@RogersHelps I don't care if they say they are sorry...Rogers should be fined or sued as their company outage cost millions to be impacted without access to bank cards, etransfer, and even emergency services. I will NEVER use Rogers and if they take over Shaw, I will use Bell or Telus first

  • ekiledjian Edward Kiledjian (@ekiledjian) reported

@iamkennethchan This is the second significant Rogers outage in 14 months. TELUS hasn’t experienced a similar outage in over a decade.

  • CFilinski Carol Filinski 🇺🇦 (@CFilinski) reported

@CTVNews We don’t have any service in our home. Glad my phone is @telus

  • StrongNFreeAB Kyle Moore (@StrongNFreeAB) reported

    @jongibson3 @adobopoutine @FidoSolutions Telus never went down
