Jay Holtslander (@j_holtslander) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@chrisonhismac I despise Telus as a service provider so I’ll stick to Rogers even with the lesser coverage.
-
SbonnerABV (@SbonnerABV) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI’ve had TELUS at my condo in Gastown for over 20 years. Way better service and 4K services. Waiting for them to arrive in Yaletown to switch over.
-
Jim Gordon (@jimgordontv) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUSsupport Im a 25 year #telus customer and have everything with you guys. This ongoing outage problem on a work day is inexcusable!! You've cost me a day's wages!!!
-
Jim Gordon (@jimgordontv) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUSsupport This has been a disgraceful (and for me, expensive), technical episode #telus and as a 25 year loyal customer who has cell, home phone, internet and tv with you, I will be looking at whether I continue with you!!
-
Jody Vance (@jodyvance) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@rxstephanie @Yankoster @TELUSsupport @TELUS I will give them a chance to fix what's happened. Having my bill jump by $20 a month, without reason, is sketchy.
-
Michelle Bancroft (@banger19) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUSsupport Any word on when this outage will be resolved. Difficult to conduct business and connect with people without email. #telus #compensation
-
Ron Sine (@RSine57) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@TELUSsupport still 36 and still counting hours with no email. No answers as to why either. Poor job for everyone associated with #TELUS Do Better
-
Stuart Dickson (@stuball6251) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia@MelissaLMRogers @jstweedie Post a sign ShiftWorker Absolutely No Canvassing or Solicitation Used to work shift work, if some one ignored sign it was sometimes worth it to give them hell (and see who/what they were hawking) Telus and Shaw cable salesmen were the worst.
-
Kalpna (@KalpnaSolanki1) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@TELUSsupport Fibre is available in our area and line is in place. Tech just did not know how to do the connection! Yet, @telus discontinued the old service!
-
River B^#!$ Meowjin (@MeowjinBoo) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@smashforwarddoc @TELUS @STORYHIVE Oh damn the project won. Grats!
-
Jim Gordon (@jimgordontv) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUSsupport I am 2 hours from "Outage Day 3" here in Vancouver, emails coming in, brief windows of being able to reply. For the 4th time in the last 24 hours, please update!!! #telus
-
Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaEmail down and out in Vancouver.....again. Thanks for nothing #Telus.
-
Shawn Sviridov (@galleryss) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@AllyBertamini @BarbSchmidt4 @TELUSsupport @DebraPurdyKong - As someone who works in related technology field, I can imagine Telus is putting a momentous effort in. These failures can be so complex that restoration can take longer than even the IT techs expected. Telus for sure working hard with no sleep on this issue.👍
-
Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@pacificbird @TELUSsupport Yeah been getting those too. Email is very sporadic. What might not send right away, ends up going a couple of minutes later. I checked the outage page and Telus is still experiencing issues. Supposed to be resolved sometime around 1 P.M. PST.
-
Margieville (@Margieville) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaOver the past couple of days I've experienced the best & worst of customer service & support. @lululemon has killed it yet again with their planning for @SeaWheeze - great customer support. My experiece with my @telus webmail & @TELUSsupport has been quite the opposite.
-
Margieville (@Margieville) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaI'm in the 2nd day, heading into the 3rd with no email service which means all the documents I need & memories which are being shared with me for this weekend's race aren't accessible. You're one of the largest telecom companies @TELUS get your crap together and fix this!
-
Steven Schelling (@StevenINK) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@gazzer49 @TELUSsupport @TELUS I’ve given up, Gary. Moving to a Gmail server and maybe changing my home service.
-
Jennifer West (@Westjet007) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI seriously recommend that people NOT get services with @Shawhelp. They don't keep their word and customer service is atrocious. Telus is your better option.
-
Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@TransLink The problem here is that Shaw, at best, is free for 1/2 hour if you’re not one of their customers. Telus (what’s in Metro Vancouver taxis) would’ve been better. That’s actually free.
-
Luis Giraldo (@luisgiraldo) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI think I’ll move all my IT company mobiles to Rogers. That’d *actually* be faster than getting a call answered by @TELUS client “care” to fix a plan change they screwed up.
Telus Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Wayne E (@Whatsachodefor) reported@TELUS WTF what in in the name of Dr. Bonnie ******* Henry doing send sales people door to God damned door for? Seriously
-
Catherine (CathyRin) (@Rin_Cathy) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport your home internet sucks *****. Worse than dial up. First time in my life not using @ShawInfo and I #hate it. HATE.
-
Angela Harvey (@AngelaHarveyYVR) reported from Penticton, British Columbia@TELUS @TELUSsupport we just called for an issue with our tv. After providing our emails address the support rep requested our PASSWORD. You are a technology company. Shame on you. Many oblivious people use the same password for various accounts you are *asking* for issues.
-
d☆ (@DicesNA) reported@Avics @TELUS i’ve probably lost out on $1-2k because of 200ping + packet loss last year. They said it only affected my service provider in my area aswell so that’s always fun
-
Sahamchi (@Sahamchi) reported@TELUS *worst
-
mediar (@mediarz) reportedSo Telus, it's been over 18 hours, there is no change in my outage, your outage website is not working, your technicians don't have any information because there's no notes on your outage boards. Goodbye
-
Totally not Zoroark (@YesThisIsMerp) reported@apoxon @TELUS sounds like it's time to call them and ask... "******** how?"
-
mediar (@mediarz) reported@geekgurlBC @TELUS @TELUSsupport Yep and the internet is still down...
-
justin (@complianthawk) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport Don't trust this company they will tuck you over and will do nothing to try to fix it!
-
mediar (@mediarz) reported@Lavshep @TELUS @TELUSsupport The best part is that Telus cut back their support hours, it ends at 7:00 p.m. PT. They claim it's because of covid, yet they could have people working for home until the normal 9:00 or 11:00pm pt like it was before.
