We haven’t reset anything since a Telus employee came to our house since our boosters weren’t working properly. He fixed the problem and all was fine for months and then we started getting dead spots when speaking on our phones.

I try the usual troubleshooting, then similar steps with support over the phone with no success and they send a tech the next day. The tech says the modem needs replacement, does so and all is well.
