But my strata won’t let fibre and Telus makes the other service useless so you’ll upgrade and we couldn’t run the business so we had to switch. Pretty sure that’s not solved so no going back.

Her landline & personal protection device is also with Telus 🙄 50 yr+ customer. We're looking for a new provider 👍

I have to find somewhere to work tomorrow.

I will do everything possible not to deal with @telus or Shaw. Imagine if you had a service interruption? Can’t call them? Ridiculous.

He did a great job, everything worked but it took time before voicemail disappeared. Two years ago I had similar problem. Was told I’d have to switch to fibre to fix voicemail, I said I’d go to Shaw, then they miraculously fixed it.

I was with Telus and my bill went from $65 to $145 after the two yr contract ended. I called them and maanged to get it down to $108 but going to call again and see if I can get it down lower
