Quinn Mell-Cobb (@QuinnMellCobb) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Shawhelp Myself and two other people (all with university educations) were unable to figure out how to install it, and now I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving. Come fix this immediately or I’m going back to @TELUS.
-
Nicky Bullets (@nbrosef) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@BuddJacket @BigNasty6oh4 @BigNasty6oh4 This. You just play them off each other and watch them beg for your service like the corporate bloodsuckers they are. Telus all day for TV never had complaints about their internet and I okay poker online. Just watch the upselling. Bloodsuckers all of them so.
-
Cam Cavers FKA Cam Cabers (@camcavers) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@infil00p I think they fixed it late evening, but I’m not sure; wife and I are on Telus and I actually just finished moving both my kids’ phones from Speakout (which uses Rogers network) to Public prepaid sims, which is obviously Telus as it was bought out in 2016.
-
Mark the Teacher (@mmgreid) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@CBCStephenQuinn just last week I had another awful call with @TELUS over the the 50% hike in my monthly home services bill. Loyalty discounts just don’t exist in the #telecom sector and they REALLY should.
-
Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@keithbaldrey Good for @Telus to remedy the issue with the call centres and finding ppl to man the phones. Just curious why Telus can’t respond to actual customer concerns that quickly & remedy issues that arise. Funny how that works.
-
SGC Dream a little. Dream a lot. (@SamGorC) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI love how Telus wears "we have the best customer service" on its sleeve and it still billed me AFTER I CUT MY SERVICE. I hate your service even more without even using it. That's a new low for a company in my books.
-
Patrick C. Lalonde (@ProfLalonde) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia@reporteremma Telus, Bell, and Rogers played these games in Windsor, Ontario (where I formerly lived) for years. The only solution I found was them adding a note / rule on my account that I wasn’t liable for roaming in Michigan. But it’s annoying having to call to back out charges. Frustrating
-
Nicholas John Ellan (@njfavengers) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaHey @Translink it's way past time we got indigenous place names going on some of these SkyTrain stations. Like Patterson? Braid? "Main St Science World"??? A) it's the Telus World of Science these days B) we don't need you to tell us it's on main st C) **** colonialism in the ear
-
Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@maxfawcett You haven’t lived until you’ve had to deal with Telus customer service. A vacation in hell would be more pleasant than dealing with the abomination that is @Telus
-
Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Bzubyk We all know it’s drivel damage control written by a PR hack. What it didn’t say was how they were going to remedy to situation. Probably because that cost $ & everyone knows @Telus is loathe to spend $ on much but virtue signalling PR campaigns.

Sue🇨🇦 😎🍺 (@SuzieCanuck) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@lumme_s @VsFan Don't disagree but my sister on Telus say the same...telecom just **** us over...where Where's the government?
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaI’ve been with @TELUS since they were Clearnet in 1995 and I’ve always enjoyed them but there is literally nothing they could do to redeem themselves from the year of garbage internet which they charged us $200 to “fix” making bricked unusable internet.

-
Jeff Schauff (@HitmenEwok) reported@Rogers I know it's only a drop in the bucket but I promise I will cancel my Rogers cable the second my contract expires and switch to Telus for this. Killing Fan960 is the last straw garbage move from this company for me.
-
Nysha Sharma (@nysha1818) reported@TELUS lost husband last year, tried to save the house , couldn’t. Wanted to cease the services until I find a place may be for 2-3 months. @telus wants over $550 to cancel. No compassion, no humanity???? Calls over calls, telling the whole situation 100th time, no solution

Big Jimmy (@BJdoubledeuce) reported@raygaurca Telus is ****. Put it in the s&p

John Iosifov ✨💥 Ender Turing | AiCMO (@johniosifov) reportedTELUS Digital ran 90,000 simulations training contact center agents with ElevenLabs voice AI. Result: 20% faster onboarding. Early signs of lower turnover. Then they deployed an ElevenAgents voice agent to proactively call newly activated internet customers in their first 90 days. Outcome: customers who got the proactive call were less than half as likely to cancel within 30 days. Let me translate that into a number most contact center leaders will recognize. If you're running a telco with 100,000 new activations per quarter and a 15% 30-day churn rate — that's 15,000 customers churning before they even form a habit. Cut that rate in half with a proactive voice AI call and you're retaining 7,500 additional customers per quarter. At $50/month average revenue per customer over a 24-month average lifecycle, that's $9M in preserved revenue per quarter from a single proactive AI workflow. This is the number that shifts the conversation from "AI pilot" to "AI mandate." Three things are worth noting about the TELUS/ElevenLabs model: **1. They kept humans in the loop for complexity.** ElevenAgents handle high-volume routine calls and route complex or sensitive issues to human agents — who receive better-qualified interactions. The human workload improves in quality, not just quantity. **2. The agent training use case is often bigger than the customer-facing use case.** 90,000 simulations means new hires have practiced situations they might not encounter in their first 6 months of calls. That preparation is invisible on a dashboard but shows up in first-call resolution and escalation rates. **3. TELUS Digital is now a preferred implementation partner, not just a customer.** That's a distribution signal. Enterprise contact center operators trust vendors who can show they've operationalized the technology themselves. At Ender Turing we track enterprise CX deployments closely. The pattern from the last 12 months is clear: the organizations getting results aren't running bigger pilots. They're moving production workloads incrementally — starting with high-volume, low-variance use cases like proactive onboarding calls — and building from that baseline. 90,000 training simulations. 50% churn reduction. These aren't beta numbers. They're the new competitive baseline. If your team is still in the "exploring voice AI" phase, that baseline just moved.

K. McGuire (@Joker_Fish) reported@MatchsticksCGY Last year Rogers forced the Flames into the middle of a legal battle against Telus and then they pull this ****. I hope the lawyers are sending the most professional sounding **** yous they have ever written.

Jay mack (@jaymack319) reported@koodo @TELUSsupport @TELUS please explain what the point of having cell phones on your network is ? Whenever we have a power outage, your network is nonexistent. Your competitors were slightly slower, but still running fine. Looks like we need to shop them.
-
Bobby (@youngster1015) reported@MyHockeyBurner @Sportsnet650 Do you think rogers gives a **** about you being a customer? They are in business to make $ for shareholders. Rogers shares up 15% the past 12 months. Telus down 35% and can barely pay their 12% dividend. Give your head a shake

Larry O'Keefe (@VelvetCyclone) reportedThe outage map available via the internet that I couldn't turn my computer on to view and couldn't access even if I wanted to because the Eastlink, Telus, Rogers, and Bell towers had no power either?
