They convinced us that their service was better so we went to them after many happy years with Shaw, then instantly had issues they wouldn’t resolve and now we are stuck with them unless we pay 3 years of penalties! But their job is made harder by unusable systems. I’ve put hours and hours and hours into trying to keep Telus as a provider but I it’s time to leave the abusive relationship.

I find them easy to deal with, but I'm also assertive as **** ( without goimg full Karen on them) what keeps me with them though honestly is the massive discount we get through their deal with our building ( 40% discount)
