Luis Giraldo (@luisgiraldo) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI think I’ll move all my IT company mobiles to Rogers. That’d *actually* be faster than getting a call answered by @TELUS client “care” to fix a plan change they screwed up.
-
F3L!C!A S!LVA (@FreakyFelicia) reported from New Westminster, British ColumbiaAfter months of being unable to find Sons of Anarchy on any streaming service in Canada including FXnow... @TELUS has finally blessed me with all 7 seasons on demand with FXnow. Now I dont have to suffer through all the scratched disks at the library
-
Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@pacificbird @TELUSsupport Yeah been getting those too. Email is very sporadic. What might not send right away, ends up going a couple of minutes later. I checked the outage page and Telus is still experiencing issues. Supposed to be resolved sometime around 1 P.M. PST.

Stuart Dickson (@stuball6251) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia@MelissaLMRogers @jstweedie Post a sign ShiftWorker Absolutely No Canvassing or Solicitation Used to work shift work, if some one ignored sign it was sometimes worth it to give them hell (and see who/what they were hawking) Telus and Shaw cable salesmen were the worst.
-
Margieville (@Margieville) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaOver the past couple of days I've experienced the best & worst of customer service & support. @lululemon has killed it yet again with their planning for @SeaWheeze - great customer support. My experiece with my @telus webmail & @TELUSsupport has been quite the opposite.
-
Nic Amaya (@Nic_Amaya) reported from Maple Ridge, British Columbia@asisports @TELUSsupport @TELUS Wow incredible! @TELUS should definitely compensate you! At least 1 week per day that you have endured this! That’d be almost 6 months free service... outrageous!
-
Margieville (@Margieville) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaI'm in the 2nd day, heading into the 3rd with no email service which means all the documents I need & memories which are being shared with me for this weekend's race aren't accessible. You're one of the largest telecom companies @TELUS get your crap together and fix this!
-

Shahraz Kassam (@Shamindiamonds) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia25 hours without internet, tv or home phone! Come on @TELUS you need to improve your repair service. Can’t leave your customers in the dark for so long. Our whole neighborhood is without service since 10:30pm Wednesday night.
-
Scott Stevens (@scuttlebuttdad) reported from Delta, British Columbia@telusmobility Telus is currently bidding on a RFP for my company’s mobile contract for 220 line which I oversee. I’m not impressed by your teams customer service. I would of preferred “Our call centre made a mistake by telling you to come here, but let us ship it for you”.
-
Steven Schelling (@StevenINK) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@gazzer49 @TELUSsupport @TELUS I’ve given up, Gary. Moving to a Gmail server and maybe changing my home service.
-
Kelsey Webb (@KelseyWebbratz) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaGot home at 3am after a long shift only to find that I have no internet and no TV. Luckily @TELUS has 24/7 tech support! Gotta say that their phone operator Christian was the most pleasant voice I've ever heard @TELUSsupport! Too bad my Fibre problems can't be fixed remotely.

Shawn Sviridov (@galleryss) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@AllyBertamini @BarbSchmidt4 @TELUSsupport @DebraPurdyKong - As someone who works in related technology field, I can imagine Telus is putting a momentous effort in. These failures can be so complex that restoration can take longer than even the IT techs expected. Telus for sure working hard with no sleep on this issue.👍
-
Amy Lanigan (@AmyMaree90) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@timberFox1123 I'm with Telus and having the same issue. I can't even run a speed test with the Telus app cause the internet capability is apparently non-existent.
-
Jim Gordon (@jimgordontv) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUSsupport This has been a disgraceful (and for me, expensive), technical episode #telus and as a 25 year loyal customer who has cell, home phone, internet and tv with you, I will be looking at whether I continue with you!!

-
Laurel Goretsky (@happyhuman135) reported@NapsAndSarcasm Got a Saturday appt at Telus Centre. Bit of I drive but I don’t mind. Anything in NW Calgary was July. You probably already know but when things settle down, go in and modify your appt and see if you can find sooner
-
Tracy 🇨🇦 (@tmg8171) reportedAND, @TELUS can’t promise that we can keep the same number that is on our website, business cards and google. During this time, we were removed from google maps. Our IT guy thinks it was a result of having our phone cut off. Our revenues are down 45% since April because of this
-
Erin J (@RunningEJo) reported1/2 FYI to those with safety devices for the seniors in their life. My FIL became lost & disoriented a few wks ago & pushed his @TELUS button several times. It didn’t work. He wandered trails for hours, until he couldn’t go on anymore & sat down exhausted.
-
infamouskrob 💜 (@infamouskrob) reportedTelus tech guy is at my place right now. Talked down the first guy a bit ("some are just in gor the job") and then what he thought would be "quick fix" is taking multiple drives to the access point lol. Whoever set this **** up in the first place really ****** these techs over.
-
Adi lally (@adifood1234) reported@maddyshumi @FitCityJordan @Shawhelp Um Telus is worst it took me 3 hours to reach someone lmao.
-
Denise L'Heureux (@DeniseLHeureux1) reported@kimpagegluckie All this poor mgmt of our province, is strengthening their reason to go with a private health care system, using that Babylon app. It allows them to give access to doctors outside of our province, at no cost to them. And those who have shares in Telus, will make a ton of money.🤬
-
steven (@salexa333) reported@TELUS hoping someone can help me as I am waiting 24 days for tv and internet services to be installed. I have been on the phone 12 hours in the last 24 days but nobody at Telus seems to understand the situation
-
Victoria Grant (@Vee_Grant) reported@TELUS Where's your sports broadcasting network? @CRTCeng ?
-
infamouskrob 💜 (@infamouskrob) reported@VeryScott To be fair it obviously wasn't an "easy fix" and buddy had it figured out completely within an hour, Telus whould train their newbies better is all, have the 2nd guy i called train the 1st guy so this doesnt happen again
-
Jeff Calder 🏴☠️🦆 (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba@NESaskFarmer @TELUSsupport The stupid phone will drop to 850mhz 3G instead of 700 MHz LTE for some reason. People who know more than I do say the network is just poorly set up but god forbid TELUS ever admit it. They just take our $400 a month and laugh at us.
