    @TELUSsupport I understand that scheduling and servicing takes time. However, we’ve been a TELUS customer for a long time and for a communication company, communication could be greatly improved. Now we wait... and looking at other providers that could get us connected ASAP. 3/3

    Discovering a problem with the modern world. When your Internet goes down and you have to wait a couple of days for someone to come by to fix it, you’re also without TV, movies, and music. Might just have to read in silence. @TELUS

    @TELUSsupport I did call the sales team and was hung up on so I do t want to call in again. I would like to be treated like a customer TELUS wants to keep. Please tell me what iPhone options are available for the same deal I already received a confirmation for less than a week ago

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS When you’ve been using PureFibre internet for over 4 years and to find out that the new home you’re moving into does not have PureFibre even though the website and TELUS support confirmed that we have it, is a shitty to find out on your moving day 👎 1/2

    I’ve had TELUS at my condo in Gastown for over 20 years. Way better service and 4K services. Waiting for them to arrive in Yaletown to switch over.

    Every single time I have to talk to @TELUSsupport (often) it’s a great experience. I know people have TELUS issues but I am consistently pleased with their service and not enough people say positive things on this yelling machine.

    I seriously recommend that people NOT get services with @Shawhelp. They don't keep their word and customer service is atrocious. Telus is your better option.

    @TELUSsupport I got email telling me that I could use Telus Home Phone app. When tried to log in to app I got message that the service was not available in my area.

    @Shawhelp My wifi is off sending this tweet because it is slow. I’m asking telus how there optik cable install is going because all we can get for tv and Internet is Shaw. We’ve had nothing but troubles w/ wifi, cable and billing.

    @TELUSsupport been on hold for 30 minutes. Soon as a delta cable/eastlink gets a bit higher speed I’m so gone. We have a total outage. No acknowledgment on Telus’s past othervthan leave you on hold. Could at least put a notice out or something! SUCKS!!!

    @TransLink The problem here is that Shaw, at best, is free for 1/2 hour if you’re not one of their customers. Telus (what’s in Metro Vancouver taxis) would’ve been better. That’s actually free.

    @TELUSsupport Fibre is available in our area and line is in place. Tech just did not know how to do the connection! Yet, @telus discontinued the old service!

    @theJagmeetSingh In the last 2 years @Telus was given lots of government money! They FAILED to expand service to customers as they're REQUIRED to do in BC! I'm cancelling my mobility phone as a result & I still have NO SERVICE! Except for the telus SMS ads! I get service when they send ads! 🙄🐰

    @theJagmeetSingh Telus is a $40B corporation. Those profits don't seem that good to me. Last years profits were really bad. What's your point? Massive corporations shouldn't be allowed to make profits?

    Second, FP colleague tells me she has tried to register for CareConnect & has spent an hour WEEKLY for the last month just trying to REGISTER, only to find out docs that don’t use Telus internet CANNOT access this service for their pts. Alberta Netcare it definitely is NOT. 2/5
