@MammaBearAli @TELUSsupport What a ******* lie. They lied to me. I’ve been with Telus for like 21 years and all our service is with them and I need out but they know the alternates are also trash.

  • spawnsteryvr
Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I think next billing cycle I’ll withhold payment @TELUSsupport @TELUS. Make you wait until the funds are available (even though they are) like you make me wait on hold. Your level of customer service/tech support has dropped significantly these past few months. Unacceptable.

  • MsYouDoYou
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@AureliaCotta @TELUSsupport Lol. I can’t see any messages from Telus support apparently.

  • MsYouDoYou
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@2muchcoffee4me @BretInVancouver @TELUS Yep. And it’s just poor client care. Because I’ve had issues since we got it. And I’ve tried but half the people I talk to don’t understand what I am saying. I don’t need to be told how wifi works. I need troubleshooting beyond google. They are so busy assuming I am confused.

@TELUSsupport terrible service! Terrible support! Terrible customer care! Everything just so disappointing! Internet doesn’t work, tech doesn’t show up, customer care does nothing for the customer... Thanks @TELUS for the poor service.

  • MsYouDoYou
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

I just wanted a phone. A simple ******* phone that could be used to make calls. In 3 days we’ve racked up an extra $20 because she took her phone outside I guess. WHAT ******** TELUS. That’s not what the woman sold me.

  • MsYouDoYou
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@carlz8 @TELUS Oh that happened to me. Then it wasn’t canceled. Then it was a 6 week endeavour where they couldn’t get their system to cancel.

  • mykeymause

Honestly, Telus sending me an email saying “you’re on the best network in town - way better than @ShawInfo/@FreedomMobile’s” makes me want to switch from Telus... attack ads, wtf?

  • IanAMartin

@Catelli2Oh Or a Telus customer, who is the big telco out here. I don’t seem to be affected, however, so we must not be reliant on Bell this far west. Plus, there’s a massive pipeline down the west coast of North America anyway.

  • spawnsteryvr
Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Your service has gone downhill in a big way @TELUSsupport @TELUS. These wait times are horrendous.

One of @TELUS representatives lied to get me to sign to a 2 year deal now I will have to pay 1000 to cancel your service.

  • vicvirk
Vic (@vicvirk) reported from Maple Ridge, British Columbia

@wingsnation @ShawInfo We just moved into a new neighbourhood, #Telus never ran service into it so we are stuck with using Shaw... Today I used Shaw's call back service, they called back in 20 mins, recording said I was in "Position 1" in the queue and it still took 1 hr 15 min to speak with someone.

  • MsYouDoYou
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@BeerGeekSmit @TELUS For sure. I just didn’t think about that and was not told that step. My bad I guess but seems an easy thing to mention when I explicitly say “so it just works as a phone - no data capabilities, right?”

  • smjnews
Soren Jensen (@smjnews) reported from Anmore, British Columbia

@TELUS please stop with the customer service calls! I've been getting at least one call every day for the past few weeks. I'm happy with my mobile service! Please stop calling!

@cpwcsk Unbelievable... can't complain about customer support from @TELUS @TELUSsupport because there is none. Going on close to 2 hrs on hold now

  • ShovelDeep
    ShovelDeep (@ShovelDeep) reported

@theJagmeetSingh Telus is also convincing people to switch to their mobile service by offering better prices than their competitors. However, they fail to mention to a large number of these people that they don’t actually have a tower in their area to offer service.

  • bks86798035
    bks (@bks86798035) reported

@theJagmeetSingh Telus, Canadian Tire, Loblaws. Worst corporations in Canada for customer service/quality-price.

  • SethHAl19
    Seth Hall (@SethHAl19) reported

@theJagmeetSingh Not a fact actually. Telus employees make great wages, I know several Canadian Telus employees who make good money. Also maybe instead of paying their employees better they could lower rates for customers. Jagmeet you are a part of the problem and have no clue what you are doing.

  • MikeJef52847703
    Mike Jeffries (@MikeJef52847703) reported

@dockevinmcleod When this happens there needs to be a central office to help these pts., instead, it’s up to them! Dix should fix this instead of suing Telus. If Dix is so concerned with Medicare he needs to see that he himself is violating its principles more than Telus!

  • redtmsec

@theJagmeetSingh Telus, and other Canadian workers will NEVER get treated fairly under the TruDope/Jughead coalition Globalist technocracy!

  • vancouverclaw
    Vancouver Claw (@vancouverclaw) reported

My friend asks me a lot of advanced questions about the future of corruption. In June she said, "Who's on the list now?" I said, Telus is up to something suspicious. She said you call the @VancouverPD I said **** NO I'm busy with 200 other criminals with 0.00 pay.

  • susarat
    Susan Ratcliffe (@susarat) reported

@theJagmeetSingh And Telus customers deserve good service for the money they pay. I’m so glad my Telus contract has ended and I’m free of them. It has been two years of terrible, frustrating service v

  • ksjs2019
    whatever (@ksjs2019) reported

@AnnaBel12769127 @theJagmeetSingh Agree. Telus is fantastic and if you call them to request a better rate or additional support, they step up in any way possible.

  • JamieD81
    Jamie (@JamieD81) reported

@flatulantfroggy @theJagmeetSingh "Becky is a stereotype for a "basic" white woman". Okay Karen.. :) Telus International jobs were never Canadian jobs to begin with so how do you exactly "bring them back to Canada"? Telus employs Canadians for the Canadian side of the business... How is that hard to understand.
