    MST time? 7:48 in YVR-8:48 MST? @TELUSsupport your website say’s 9pm MST voicemail said you’re closed. (Called earlier &got estimated 90min wait time) However... I may be wrong with the times? Being charged for ADT and @telus SmartHome-need help sorting out please!

    I swear, putting me on hold for so long when I phone you to cancel my internet service just reinforces the fact that I want to leave. Like do they think it's a tactic so people get impatient and hang up? Really Telus?

    @TELUS The call-back service doesn't even call my phone it goes directly to my voicemail. What can you do about this disservice to your customers who can only wait on hold an hour to speak with a representative?

    The inane @TELUS 1.5% credit card bill charge is just another gouge. I pay them so much money already; it’s time to look elsewhere. Also, my actual cell phone coverage is pretty terrible even in my apartment. #CashGrab

    @telus our internet speed has been operating like it’s 1998. You have put us 23 years into the past. We have called your disgraceful support 4 times and have waited on hold for close to 5 hours only to receive support from humans with no solution. When are you going to fix it?

    @dustbobgod So far so good. We had to leave Telus, because it became unusable, and it’s been a delight ever since. With the exception of last week when the internet was out for most of a day but, hydro caused that problem. I was hesitant but happy to have switched. My wifi works now.

    @TELUSsupport Was on hold for the ‘next available’ customer service agent at TELUS for just over 3 hrs today and finally gave up… (they said when I called my wait time would be ‘up’ to an hour)… guess they work on a different time clock then most.

    @Shawhelp Myself and two other people (all with university educations) were unable to figure out how to install it, and now I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving. Make this right immediately or I’m going back to @TELUS.

    @pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport I use Lightspeed and have been paying about $40/month for years, as a very heavy internet user. Not sure how the service is because I've almost never needed it. I replaced a modem once and they were fine. Streaming is fine but YouTube uploads are kinda slow. I'm happy with them.

    @telus my gigabit internet is now 25mb. It has been atrocious for over a year - see the history of Speedtest results above. I have several key video calls late tonight and this is too much of a risk. Please help.

    @TerryPlatt5 @TELUS @Shawhelp I had a similar problem when I had Shaw. Turns out old cable has impedance that isn’t compatible with modern digital equipment. Not all technicians know that.

    I love how Telus wears "we have the best customer service" on its sleeve and it still billed me AFTER I CUT MY SERVICE. I hate your service even more without even using it. That's a new low for a company in my books.

    @canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2

    @ElbXaCZ17v52794 @Apple I didn’t ask my internet provider to set up a VPN. It was confirmed to me by Telus representatives at my door (trying to convince me to switch to their phone plan) that no provider rents a modem compatible with a VPN. He said it was impossible to use a VPN with my network.🙄

    @TELUS The service was canceled 3 months ago and i got charged with $6.78 and got no refund of $15.68 the account have no number this is ridiculous.

    My dealings with @Rogers & @Telus over the past couple months have made it blatantly obvious that we have a crisis in Canada when it comes to the telecommunications monopoly. Abysmal customer service from both companies. Changing service providers has made no difference.

    @SonyaPaterson I have been with Telus for my cell phone, back when they were Clearnet. They called me the other day and offered me an amazing deal on internet and steaming. As I moved along asking more details, the woman from Telus asked me where I lived and when I told her Toronto, she said she needed me to spell that for her. She said she needed my assistance with the township in Toronto. I asked her how she couldn't know the city of Toronto when Telus is a Canadian company and that I had never been asked for a township. I asked her where she was calling me from and she said, India. I was disappointed about that. Shame on Telus. Farming out jobs for cheap. I'm not giving them any more of my business, but I'm told Rogers is doing the same. Is that true?

Summary below for the time-poor. But this one earns the full watch. THE HEADLINE. The "Tier-1 North American MNO" from every PR finally gets a name. The analyst asks: with Telus? The CEO: "Yes, absolutely. We're a direct supplier to them". No reseller in between. And Telus now comes to AMPG for NEW product development. More configurations. "Which we'll be announcing". THE NUMBERS. Roughly HALF the $40M LOI equipment already delivered. Orders received now EXCEED the original LOI by $5-7 million. Shipping every day. Most LOIs in telecom die quietly. This one got outgrown by its own customer. THE SECOND LOI. $78M, multi-year, via a partner for a Southeast Asian MNO. Slow by design: proof of concept, licensing.
