-
Brandon Weese (@brandonweese89) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUS suddenly no service for over 5 minutes. What’s the issue????
-
Chris Mitchell (@chrismitcheldlr) reported from Coquitlam, British ColumbiaAs a Telus Mobile customer, having wifi in the tunnel is a huge plus. You can check bus connections for PoMo or Burquitlam Station without data (which can be spotty after leaving the tunnel).
-
John Reid (@johnb45_reid) reported from Coquitlam, British ColumbiaTelus support. I have tried but since you control my phone you can make it look like I am not replying. I already know that you control most of what I see and do. When I look at a site and can go get a coffee before it opens makes me very suspicious about your intentions.
-
Brandon Crowe *Burner (@BrandonCrowe97) reported from Pitt Meadows, British Columbia@SamsungMobileCA @RogersHelps Pissed off fans are bad for business. Hey Rogers, remember a couple years ago when I left you? Then when I left Telus and came back 2 MOs ago? Hey Samsung, you ever heard of Huawei? Keep pissing off your Fan Edition base.......
-
DaleCadeau (@DaleCadeau) reported from Delta, British Columbia@DrGurdeepParhar As a member of Telus Life Plus, I am jumping no queues. All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?
-
MelanieSerre (@thatmelanielynn) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUS Telus’s US 🇺🇸 Healthcare has absolutely NO PLACE in Canada 🇨🇦 You SUCK Telus!!! #GetTheHellOutOfCanada #TelusSUCKS Telus Health LifePlus program, get ******** out of Canada 🇨🇦 You have NO place here! This is Canada, ai think you got your countries mixed up!
-
johnny V. (@punkrokk65) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUSsupport Was on hold for the ‘next available’ customer service agent at TELUS for just over 3 hrs today and finally gave up… (they said when I called my wait time would be ‘up’ to an hour)… guess they work on a different time clock then most.
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@moodyangela @dustbobgod And they will allow you to hire out for help with your cables, instead of saying they won’t touch the cables and don’t know any one they could recommend that does. We are just supposed to be able to sort it all magically with Telus
-
Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Delta, British Columbia@TELUSsupport is there an outage of telus home services in the crescent beach area of #SurreyBC? Dads tv not wrking.. Not near him too
-
Grant Dawson (@pyeinburnaby) reported from Buckingham Heights, British Columbia@roguekiwi1 I feel your pain. It is now 3:45pm Saturday. I finally got through at 3pm today after starting at noon. They said the reboot of the system that they suspended in error would take 15minutes it has been 45 minutes and still nothing. 😡😡😡#telussucks #telus #terrible
-
feels like Groundhog Day (@sliver9754) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUSsupport @pattibacchus Telus is brutal! They convinced us that their service was better so we went to them after many happy years with Shaw, then instantly had issues they wouldn’t resolve and now we are stuck with them unless we pay 3 years of penalties! Counting the months to go back to @support_shaw
-
Cam Cavers (@camcavers) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@YVRHousing We’re going back one day/week next month (I’m contracting at TELUS) and it’ll go up to 2-3 days eventually but that’s a huge change. I turned down a job with this same team in 2019 because they wanted people in the office 5 days/week then.
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaAnd yes. They customer service people are delightful and always eager to help. I love @TELUSsupport . But their job is made harder by unusable systems. I’ve put hours and hours and hours into trying to keep Telus as a provider but I it’s time to leave the abusive relationship.
-
Antman 🐜🐜 (@ntman__) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@TELUS @TELUSsupport On Sunday your technicians were working outside my house and they disconnected the internet cables and now I don't have internet in my house, I call to your call center and they don't give me a solution, and I have to wait for a technician to go to my house..
-
Matt Colangelo (@mattcolangelo) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@telus our internet speed has been operating like it’s 1998. You have put us 23 years into the past. We have called your disgraceful support 4 times and have waited on hold for close to 5 hours only to receive support from humans with no solution. When are you going to fix it?
-
Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@entwistled is CEO of @telus perhaps worst company in Canada. More interested in PR & virtue signalling than actually serving customers. Inept, bureaucratic, misleading, hopelessly horrid customer service & actually bankrupt of purpose & direction. Avoid this clown show of a co!
-
miranda hudson (@_hudsonny) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaWho is better than @telus for home WiFi? Currently paying for the most expensive internet that is slow, intermittently down, and has the worst customer service.
-
Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@TELUSsupport @pgib That wont help! You suck telus and rogers @RogersHelps
-
Quinn Mell-Cobb (@QuinnMellCobb) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Shawhelp Myself and two other people (all with university educations) were unable to figure out how to install it, and now I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving. Make this right immediately or I’m going back to @TELUS.
-
Steven 🇨🇦 ✡️ (@spawnsteryvr) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaEpic fail today @TELUSsupport @TELUS. Not only did my appointment for today get bungled but now your agents can’t even schedule a new one. This is horrible customer service. A lesson in how not to handle customers.
Telus Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ark (@MikeCanning7) reported@Bignogak @TedRutland Almost all current plans from major carriers (Rogers, Bell, Telus) and flanker brands (Fido, Koodo, Virgin Plus, Freedom Mobile) bundle all emergency network maintenance costs directly into the base price of your monthly plan.
-
Lincoln Ho | Yegventures | 何令恒 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported@Social_Moi @TELUSsupport If you have home issues, call 310-MYTV. For mobility issues, dial 611 from a TELUS cell phone. If you want a guaranteed Canadian agent, use the French options as you'll get an agent in Montreal (home service agents work there too).
-
Rishit Singh (@__coderish__) reported@TELUS you guys need better DB role management on your ticketing systems. Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing postit notes would work better but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow
-
Myrna Lambert (@myrnalambert) reportedWe’ve had this number for years but with Rogers since 2015. We get calls daily from TELUS to switch. What happens if there is an emergency and they have no service? Serious situation and support keeps insisting the have to talk to the person with the phone. @CRTCeng
-
Thundercat 🇨🇦🇷🇺 (@Thundercattttt0) reported@TELUS How about you guys fix that, I prefer a secured connection.
-
Canadian Sledge Hammer (@RealityoftheSit) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport first of all the $25 is USD, and you can find plenty of very cheap cellphone plans in Canada. You want to finance an expensive device through your plan and that is why you pay over $100. Telus is known to NOT be a budget provider - they have Koodo and Public Mobile you idiot
-
R 8 T N (@ther8tnfiles) reported@rory_mg I'm on one of these plans right now and couldn't be happier. I'm with Public Mobile which runs on Telus/Bell network. I pay $20 a month (fixed price for the next 2 years btw) for 60 GB US/CAN/MEX. Its pretty neat, can't beat it.
-
heiba9866 (@heiba986627073) reported@FoodSighman @WestJet The issue is they hire call centers and the call center in Telus El Salvador is made up of STUUUUPID EMPLOYEES, They don't Know what they are doing or saying they think they will fix everything with BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE QUOTES, their staff and employees can't speak even English
-
Lee Redpath (@redman_mather) reported@field2fieldag @Bell_MTSHelps @Bell_MTS Doesn’t matter who you’re with, that stretch is a dead zone. I’m with public mobile which is owned by telus and that area is pretty poor
-
glazier (@glazier788739) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Yes we are getting screwed for sure. We have been with Telus for ever but lately are having a problem with them because they raise the price for no apparent reason. Their customer service is horrible and they don,t speak very good english and hard to understand.
