All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?

They pay landlords to give them a key to our maiboxes so they can stuff them with ****. Plus they robocall several times per week from different numbers.

It was very frustrating & felt like an invasion of privacy to answer all the questions + agent transfers simply to cancel an account that was at the end of its term. Every other utility allows you to do this online & it saves a lot of time, why not Telus?

TELUS (@TELUS) reported@bigmatt_f Hey Matt, looks like the TV signal's been lost. Sounds like this may be an ongoing thing? Usually this happens when there's an issue getting the signal to the TV box. That could be caused by anything in the line as far back as Telus, if you experience internet issues as well, or it could be something as simple as the cable, or wireless connection from the modem/boost to the box. If it's wireless , try rebooting modem/hub, boost, then tv box, and if it's wired, do the same thing but reboot any adapters that the cables might be hooked up to as well. Telus expert messaging in the app is your best bet for troubleshooting with a person the digital space, or you can give us a call and can help you with next steps. If something like this is Telus caused, we can definitely credit for the downtime.

My daughter was on Freedom last year, but had poor reception at her school, and in other places she frequents (she's a rep hockey player, lots of arenas), where Telus has been great.
