@TheSpecialist4 @TELUS Pure value: Freedom. Highly dependent on whether the service in your area does or does not lick.

Daniel Fox (@danudey) reported from Mount Pleasant, British Columbia
@MJohnso51022309 @Novusnow Two major outages in a month sounds real bad. Two major outages in five years sounds a lot better. If you think TELUS or Shaw are going to be more reliable though, I’m not sure you’ll find that’s the case.
-
Luis Giraldo (@luisgiraldo) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
I think I’ll move all my IT company mobiles to Rogers. That’d *actually* be faster than getting a call answered by @TELUS client “care” to fix a plan change they screwed up.
-
Amy Lanigan (@AmyMaree90) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
Our internet is so slow that the Telus app can't even run a speed test. Thank you @TELUS
-
Scott Stevens (@scuttlebuttdad) reported from Delta, British Columbia
@telusmobility Telus is currently bidding on a RFP for my company’s mobile contract for 220 line which I oversee. I’m not impressed by your teams customer service. I would of preferred “Our call centre made a mistake by telling you to come here, but let us ship it for you”.

Crazy ... Nonsensical ... arrived for non-life threatening but ‘E’ medical appointment referral AND @TELUS is DOWN ( again ) ... chaos ... interesting how we take technology for granted ...

25 hours without internet, tv or home phone! Come on @TELUS you need to improve your repair service. Can’t leave your customers in the dark for so long. Our whole neighborhood is without service since 10:30pm Wednesday night.

@timberFox1123 I'm with Telus and having the same issue. I can't even run a speed test with the Telus app cause the internet capability is apparently non-existent.

After months of being unable to find Sons of Anarchy on any streaming service in Canada including FXnow... @TELUS has finally blessed me with all 7 seasons on demand with FXnow. Now I dont have to suffer through all the scratched disks at the library

“Customer complaints against Vancouver’s Telus surge 71%” - read this online today, and I must say I do agree 100% !!!! @TELUS

Stuart Dickson (@stuball6251) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia
@MelissaLMRogers @jstweedie Post a sign ShiftWorker Absolutely No Canvassing or Solicitation Used to work shift work, if some one ignored sign it was sometimes worth it to give them hell (and see who/what they were hawking) Telus and Shaw cable salesmen were the worst.

@AllyBertamini @BarbSchmidt4 @TELUSsupport @DebraPurdyKong - As someone who works in related technology field, I can imagine Telus is putting a momentous effort in. These failures can be so complex that restoration can take longer than even the IT techs expected. Telus for sure working hard with no sleep on this issue.👍

@stuhunter Sounds awful!! Hope it works out! Once, someone walked into Telus & bought 2 new phones + plans on my account Telus store even had them on camera but gave me a really hard time about my dispute. I suspected it was maybe store employee or friend. #frustrating

Nic Amaya (@Nic_Amaya) reported from Maple Ridge, British Columbia
@asisports @TELUSsupport @TELUS Wow incredible! @TELUS should definitely compensate you! At least 1 week per day that you have endured this! That’d be almost 6 months free service... outrageous!
-
Kelsey Webb (@KelseyWebbratz) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia
Got home at 3am after a long shift only to find that I have no internet and no TV. Luckily @TELUS has 24/7 tech support! Gotta say that their phone operator Christian was the most pleasant voice I've ever heard @TELUSsupport! Too bad my Fibre problems can't be fixed remotely.

@nconvey Same happened with me for Shaw yesterday. 1019 then call back saying #1. Waited an additional 38 minutes and then apologetic because couldn’t help. Going to see Telus today.

@SWCalgaryGuy @PierrePoilievre What are you talking about? Rogers, telus, bell, all owned by the same guys that control the monopoly, you only competitors have *** service because they control all the towers
-

@VLUTHERR don’t go to telus, I don’t get service in the most random places. must be a lack of towers or sumn

@LaughinOutPain I'm a Telus user and I literally had no idea the internet was down until this morning
-
liner 🇺🇦 (@KalebBetteridge) reported
@brent_whiteside That's not gonna change anything, a good chunk of Canada was left with 0 network, them renting off Bell and Telus Towers in the west wont change the fact we waited 14-24 hours.
-
adrien (@politicalamber) reported
When millions of Canadians lost their internet due to an outage at Rogers, many people were affected, and yet people were also able to go to relatives' houses and connect to Bell or Telus. If the State controlled one federal wireless service, that option would be off the table.
-
613_Me (@613_Me) reported
@RogersHelps @Rogers In #ottawa #rogers is back but we only have one bar of service. Can open apps but articles won’t load etc. can make phone calls now. Can finally check for offers from BELL and TELUS. We had a 4 DAY OUTAGE from Rogers in May with ZERO credit offered and now this bull.
-
Shannon 🍁🇨🇦 (@Shannon_Newton) reported
@ShayeGanam I switched to Telus with the last outage and gotta admit, glad I did!!!
-
Brian (@BCBoisvert) reported
@steeletalk There was another way(theory). Pop the sim card from the rogers phone to make it simless and then try. All networks accept 911 calls from a mobile. Even with out paid service. My theory is the simless phone would connect the call through a functional network, Bell or Telus.
