Gotta say that their phone operator Christian was the most pleasant voice I've ever heard @TELUSsupport! Too bad my Fibre problems can't be fixed remotely.

Once, someone walked into Telus & bought 2 new phones + plans on my account Telus store even had them on camera but gave me a really hard time about my dispute. I’m not impressed by your teams customer service. I would of preferred “Our call centre made a mistake by telling you to come here, but let us ship it for you”.

If you think TELUS or Shaw are going to be more reliable though, I’m not sure you’ll find that’s the case.

Only advantage is Telus doesn't typically have day long outages

Lynn Wagner (@QueenoftheBB) reported@haligonia @BruceMacDouga12 For anyone affected by this issue on Rogers Wireless, go to Settings, cellular and turn Roaming ON. After that go to Network Selection and confirm Automatic is on. You should be able to roam on Rogers EXT on Bell or Telus.
