Kerri Coombs (@kerricoombs) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport I use Lightspeed and have been paying about $40/month for years, as a very heavy internet user. Not sure how the service is because I've almost never needed it. I replaced a modem once and they were fine. Streaming is fine but YouTube uploads are kinda slow. I'm happy with them.
-
Gustavo Lin | 林偉綸 (@Gusslin) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaStill having issues with @TELUS wireless
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@NoLogsNoCrime I will try this. We had Telus internet, too. But my strata won’t let fibre and Telus makes the other service useless so you’ll upgrade and we couldn’t run the business so we had to switch. Pretty sure that’s not solved so no going back.
-
mea70 (@doppelganger70) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaIs #Telus internet down in North Vancouver/Capilano area or is it just me? @TELUSsupport #PureFibre #NorthVan
-
Stefano Buliani (@sapessi) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI get that there's a new version of the Pik TV app for Android and you are excited for the to update, @TELUS. But unless it's absolutely necessary, forcing me to upgrade or quit when I launch the app is the worst experience!
-
Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@richardzussman @TELUS couldn’t organize its way out of one car parade. A truly horrid company. It’s no wonder this clown show was a failure. The govt should’ve known how bad Telus was before allowing them to undertake the task. It’s no wonder it failed. Relying on Telus is abysmal organization
-
Matt Colangelo (@mattcolangelo) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@telus our internet speed has been operating like it’s 1998. You have put us 23 years into the past. We have called your disgraceful support 4 times and have waited on hold for close to 5 hours only to receive support from humans with no solution. When are you going to fix it?
-
johnny V. (@punkrokk65) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUSsupport Was on hold for the ‘next available’ customer service agent at TELUS for just over 3 hrs today and finally gave up… (they said when I called my wait time would be ‘up’ to an hour)… guess they work on a different time clock then most.
-
miranda hudson (@_hudsonny) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaWho is better than @telus for home WiFi? Currently paying for the most expensive internet that is slow, intermittently down, and has the worst customer service.
-
Ameer Z. (@1RovingNomad) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaWorst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)
-
Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@casper5803 @richardzussman @TELUS where are they getting these agents so quickly? Great if they actually can, however, the reality remains where are they getting them & why werent they deployed yesterday when it became obvious their ineptitude was creating huge issues?
-
HODLouly (@Maria_here) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@theJagmeetSingh You mean Telus has workers still? Every time I call there I’ve never waited less than 45 minutes on hold
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@dustbobgod So far so good. We had to leave Telus, because it became unusable, and it’s been a delight ever since. With the exception of last week when the internet was out for most of a day but, hydro caused that problem. I was hesitant but happy to have switched. My wifi works now.
-
Vik Saggu (@VancitySaggu) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@FlossYourTooth Wtf what’s this on Telus?
-
Grant Dawson (@pyeinburnaby) reported from Buckingham Heights, British ColumbiaWaiting for #telus support to call me back. No internet. Any guesses on how long this will be? We are at 35minutes already
-
BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@DaveBeFit @TELUS @Shawhelp We don’t/can’t get fibre so they aren’t that motivated to help.
-
Shamim Abbassi (@ShamimAbbassi) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUS @Fidomobile we expect the same support from you as well. So many Iranians need this support. #MahsaAmini
-
Brandon Weese (@brandonweese89) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia@TELUS suddenly no service for over 5 minutes. What’s the issue????
-
Grant Dawson (@pyeinburnaby) reported from Buckingham Heights, British Columbia@roguekiwi1 I feel your pain. It is now 3:45pm Saturday. I finally got through at 3pm today after starting at noon. They said the reboot of the system that they suspended in error would take 15minutes it has been 45 minutes and still nothing. 😡😡😡#telussucks #telus #terrible
-
Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@keithbaldrey Good for @Telus to remedy the issue with the call centres and finding ppl to man the phones. Just curious why Telus can’t respond to actual customer concerns that quickly & remedy issues that arise. Funny how that works.

MindDrift Daily (@minddriftdaily) reported15/ So where do we land? @EconCA and I actually agree more than we disagree. The GOOD: ✅ 5G infrastructure is world-class and genuinely transforming industry ✅ Prices have dropped significantly since 2020 ✅ Tech pivots (Bell's Ateko, TELUS Health) show real innovation intent The BAD: ❌ Still an oligopoly with too much pricing power ❌ Debt-laden companies cutting jobs, not creating them ❌ Rural and Indigenous connectivity gap is a national shame ❌ CRTC regulation is too slow and too cautious #CanadaTelecom #Tech #Economy

Jon Cowley | Decision Tech + AI Founder (@whatifi_io) reportedI can't even begin to express my extreme frustration with @telus as a company and their customer service workflow. My father passed away 3 weeks ago. I've been trying to settle his account, close accounts, pay bills, etc. I've spent 5 hours on the phone to date... 6 calls. And just received another $500+ "overdue" bill that I settled weeks ago. And you try to call their support number on their website. And instead you get a sales pitch... no opt out. So I "press #" and it kicks you out saying this number doesn't work in my calling area (I'm in Canada). So I write down the number they suggest... only to have it come right back to the same voice workflow... and the same death loop. I was able to reroute my Father's hydro bill in less than 10 minutes. I don't think Telus realizes how much potential revenue they are losing as a result of their clunky, poor quality controlled customer experience. Try to book a call back? Only to be told they will call back in three days... and when they do... the automated voice system is entirely in French.... And EVERY single rep I talk to ends up just trying to upsell me on a new service... when all I am trying to do is shut down my father's accounts, settle his bills, and move on. Every step of my experience with Telus has been unnecessarily painful.

joe🇨🇦 (@crYptoFriendCA) reported@Paramounttt1 @Starlink Maybe Roger’s Telus bell Verizon should help out…why only Starlink?
-
Vancouver Island Guy 🌊 (@VanIsleInvestor) reportedBNN Andrey Omelchak: $T Telus I'm worried about the dividend, the payout is high and problems with leverage. They have a leadership transition and a ex Bank CEO taking over. I expect they cut the dividend. Look to reset and see the CEO look at new growth initiatives.
-
Douche Bag (@DoucheBag168) reported@raygaurca as much as Id like to believe this... i don't think so. Telus has burned me over and over again the past 5 years... I think Canadian telcos are going down the drain.. its unbelievable how a monopoly can be run so poorly
-
Alan (@Alan13105453) reported@TELUSsupport Note this part: "same-size Telus SIM card". Received another CPO iPhone (Same model) that accepted my Telus SIM card after a time-wasting replacement process. Issue should NEVER have happened. Point stands: Telus CPO program is not at all guaranteed.
-
Robert Duval 🇨🇦 (@Cessnadriver50) reportedI am back in Rogers communications. $RCI The weakness in Telus has hammered RCI in sympathy. At $45 and with the ownership of their sports assets, by my read RCI is now a 4:1 risk / reward, $5-7 down vs fair target of $70-75. 4:1 R/R is a benchmark for me for investment.
-
James 🇺🇸🇨🇦 (@JamesVancouver4) reported@FLEXjss Get a better camera than the Telus garbage . I install ones with a red and blue strobe light and a siren when anyone enters a certain area you set up at a schedule time perameter . Also has bulky in Ai human notifications
-
Ken Shapka (@kcshapka) reported@TELUSsupport I have been trying to get a human to call me for 6 hrs Telus is a joke , charging me $200.00 to have tech come out and not fix the issue then not respond to my request to speak to a human !! @GlobalEdmonton
