    Telus has made 0 attempt to contact me about my TV taking longer than the "few weeks" promised when I signed up 16 wks ago. I was told weeks ago there was a Covid related delay & that someone would contact me. No contact. No stock problems @ Bestbuy. Where is my TV? @TELUSsupport

    @EmmaCParston @Google People complain that high quality electronic products by companies like Apple and Tesla are overpriced until they waste valuable time on the alternatives. For my part, Iโ€™m wishing Iโ€™d stayed with Fido & Shaw instead of getting duped into Telusโ€™ marketing-first service-last model

    @therealjugni @TELUS I can tell you that I was able to fix the issue but no resolve with the original person. It's very sad but we are looking at other options now. We have been a telus customer for over 20 years #shameonyoutelus

    @telusmobility so glad I spent my entire 30 minute lunch on hold with you.. had to hang up as I got to go back to work (something your staff apparently doesnโ€™t do) simple question with 0 answers available online for it.. ppl say I shld leave TELUS, considering it now

    @TELUSsupport A little late? We have been Telus customers for years. The problem has been rectified now. After being on hold on 3 sep occasions for more than an hour. Not great customer service unfortunately

    Switching back to Shaw for internet. Although Telus's website said our service wouldn't change, the guy Drew talked to said we could only get slower internet. So, just waiting for Shaw order to process. And who new self install was a thing?

    @MACIConventions @TELUSsupport 30+ mins. I wish. I had to hang up at 2 hours and 3 mins. No one ever answers. I sent a DM to them on Friday and it was just answered 5 mins ago with a โ€œsorry we canโ€™t assist you via social media but we encourage you to call Telusโ€. Such a freaking joke.

    Half the people talking about the Telus data center in Vancouver are literally some of the dumbest people in Canada I swear to god. Why Telus? -Because who TF else is going to build it? Why downtown Vancouver? -Because that's where the ******* internet exchange is. Downtown in a city is the most retarded place for a data center!!!11!!11! -No, you're literally an idiot stfu. The data center will be loud and create loads of issues for people?? -NO, you're literally an idiot stfu. Why is Telus the only business in Canada who can build data center infrastructure? -Because they've been doing it for the past 15 years and they know how to do it. Why is there nobody else in Canada who can do it? -Because they all work at Telus. Can't Rogers do it? -No. Can't Bell do it? - LOL. Why can't some other company other than Telus do it? -Because there is literally nobody else. How can a company with no experience in data centers build data center? - They have 5 data centers already and building a data center has less to do with what is inside and more to do with the services it provides and the SLA. How can it be true that the only qualified party to take on one of the most important technology projects in the country is one of the biggest technology companies in the country? - ... How can it be true there is only one qualified party in the country? - Why would the opposite be true?

The agents in Telus El Salvador have a mediocre English level, they can't even understand a spelling, they work with "scripts" unnatural customer service, then they grow after 1 month of training without any experience in airlines at all

    @TELUS I havenโ€™t been advised anything. The customer service rep I spoke to couldnโ€™t answer anything. Mind you I ordered this phone on April 30.
