I was calling thinking I needed to upgrade my internet plan and maybe cut back TV service and the rep offered the upgrade for free AND the TV discount. Very impressed!

All because fiber hasn’t been run to the house yet. This is after an appt last week was cancelled for the same reason. Plz note, I made last weeks appt a month ago.
