I’m done though. I’m done being their customer. I want a cell phone plan with a company that isn’t this despicable, but sadly Telus and Bell are on that list.

I just couldn't imagine having to deal with them as a customer when discussing switching and becoming a customer was so very bad.

Adjusted income still dropped 26 percent once you strip that out. I've built systems like this. The story sells long before anyone checks if the product holds up. Makes me wonder how many other Canadian telcos are carrying an AI unit priced on the same promise.

Last year they needed cash to fund Telus ramp up, but now when money is flowing in and they have excess capital they want to use to offset the dilution from Series A by buying stock back. Any other business working like this would be bankrupt. Telus is the worst provider choice !!!
