@MACIConventions @TELUSsupport 30+ mins. I wish. I had to hang up at 2 hours and 3 mins. No one ever answers. I sent a DM to them on Friday and it was just answered 5 mins ago with a “sorry we can’t assist you via social media but we encourage you to call Telus”. Such a freaking joke.

@EmmaCParston @Google People complain that high quality electronic products by companies like Apple and Tesla are overpriced until they waste valuable time on the alternatives. For my part, I’m wishing I’d stayed with Fido & Shaw instead of getting duped into Telus’ marketing-first service-last model

I was a @Shawhelp customer for 5 years, until today. Cancelling my service and going with Telus instead. Don’t use this company for internet services, all you’ll have is regrets and ****** hardware.

I didn’t cost Rogers a dime in staffing in the last 12 months, and I’ve been a pretty easy going customer for 15 years. I’m done though. I’m done being their customer. I want a cell phone plan with a company that isn’t this despicable, but sadly Telus and Bell are on that list.

Just a suggestion @TELUS: give your customers with broken internet (e.g. broken fibre optic cable, like me) a loaner LTE hotspot. Would be great for goodwill and help customers out! Likely limited cost to you too. @TELUSsupport

If young don’t have to use @TELUS then don’t. Worst internet service provider and support on this planet. I’ve been with dodgy internet for 2 weeks and nobody seems to care after endless calls and a visit from a worker. They don’t know how fix their own issues.

@Ardyjt @Novusnow If you think Telus & Shaw are any better then go find out it's not the case. Novus staff and technicians are the best and most responsive I have ever dealt with. I have had Shaw & Telus and Novus is the best service provider because they actually have something called service.
