  • brandonscript
Brandon Rylow (@brandonscript) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

I didn’t cost Rogers a dime in staffing in the last 12 months, and I’ve been a pretty easy going customer for 15 years. I’m done though. I’m done being their customer. I want a cell phone plan with a company that isn’t this despicable, but sadly Telus and Bell are on that list.

  • scampden
Sarah Campden (she, her) (@scampden) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

I haven't used it yet, but for those that have, is Telus Health fee based service? I think I may need an antibiotic and the thought of waiting outside a non-existent walk in clinic is awful #bcmed #yyj

  • suestroud
Sue Stroud she/her 🍊❤️💪🏼 (@suestroud) reported from Central Saanich, British Columbia

@mackenzie_moira @unionwill @TELUS Even without the pandemic, for the amount the gouge from us service should be far better whether phone, tv, internet etc.

  • GordieLogan
Fully Vaxed Gordie Logan (@GordieLogan) reported from Langford, British Columbia

Oh @TELUS, as a 30yr+ customer, I’ve never been so frustrated. I just had my appt for tomorrow cancelled. All because fiber hasn’t been run to the house yet. This is after an appt last week was cancelled for the same reason. Plz note, I made last weeks appt a month ago.

  • zaxbux
Zach (@zaxbux) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Does anyone have any idea why some @Microsoft web properties (recently LinkedIn and Visual Studio Marketplace) randomly refuse connections? Appears to only be an issue on @Telus IPv6. Mobile data and IPv4 are not affected. 🤬🤯

  • olyfilmgirl
    🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈 Talia M. Wilson #GenXZeneca 🌈🇺🇸 (@olyfilmgirl) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

Switching back to Shaw for internet. Although Telus's website said our service wouldn't change, the guy Drew talked to said we could only get slower internet. So, just waiting for Shaw order to process. And who new self install was a thing?

  • RealNealDeal
    H. Neal Cropper (@RealNealDeal) reported from Metchosin, British Columbia

@dewolfe001 @TELUS I really wanted to switch to Telus but everyone I spoke with was so inept I ended up staying with Shaw and their substandard service. I just couldn't imagine having to deal with them as a customer when discussing switching and becoming a customer was so very bad.

  • canukgenie

@gillrh They are the worst, along with mobile phone plans. You should have been a fly on the wall where Chris took on Telus. Not pretty.

@TELUSsupport I have a bad experience with Telus Support over the weekend. A Philippino woman who said her name was Casey. I told her to do nothing on my account and today I got a $255 charge that I didn't authorize. I don't want to renew my contract.

Could a company worth less than $200M be the first name in AI-RAN in Canada? Everything points to yes. The company: $AMPG. Partnered with $T.TO. Precision first, house rule: carriers deploy, vendors supply the layers. The exact claim, full thesis just published: Canada's first AI-RAN deployment will run on AmpliTech radios. Here's the board. 👇 THE ONLY HORSE. Canada has one carrier capable of deploying AI-RAN: Telus. Forced by Ottawa to rip out Huawei, it became open RAN's truest believer. ~5,000 macro sites converting. Half by 2027. It runs Canada's FIRST AI-powered RAN controller, live since September. It's building Canada's ONLY sovereign NVIDIA GPU factories. The first one sold out. 60,000+ GPUs planned. Federal MOU signed. Bell runs a closed RAN. Rogers is selling data centers. One address. ALREADY ON THE TOWER. On every converted Telus open RAN site, each sector runs five radios. Two are AmpliTech's. Commercial. Tier-1. Today. Chosen, per Telus's own VP, for financial strength: Nasdaq-listed, supplying the federal government and NASA. And June 25, on camera: direct supplier, confirmed. Orders EXCEED the $40M LOI by $5-7 million. Telus wants new configurations. Fawad says "which we'll be announcing". THE THESIS, built on the bear case. Telus's VP said in November: no multivendor massive MIMO in the network yet. The 64T64R "has limitations". The customer's own objections. On the record. Now watch the 2026 ladder, rung by rung: ➟ Northeastern validation in May. ➟ PlugFest interop in June. ➟ NVIDIA's AI-RAN ecosystem and NTIA's VALOR in July. Each rung maps onto an objection. And here's why the market cap is the point, not the problem. AMPG doesn't need to out-muscle Samsung or NVIDIA. Telus built its network so radios hang off OPEN interfaces, chosen by a VP who rejects lock-in on the record. In a closed network, the giant wins the AI-RAN jump automatically. In an open one, a sub-$200M company can win a slot. That's not a loophole. That's literally what open RAN was invented for. THE CHECKPOINTS, because a thesis without falsifiers is a pamphlet: ➟ Canada's public certification register (ISED REL). The 64T64R prints there before any press release. Anyone can watch it. ➟ The teased Telus configurations. ➟ August earnings, where conference words become audited numbers. ➟ The red flag, written in advance: November with no cert and no news, and I'll say this thesis took damage. In those exact words. Do not forget, Fawad said that "Telus coming for more and more" and waiting for new configurations. Which one? The market can keep debating the story. I'd rather watch the database. Full thesis, every claim linked. Not financial advice. I'm long $AMPG. DYOR. 📡

@CTVToronto and they borrow Billions of dollars in our names, give it Bell, Rogers, Telus, etc., just to build more slop that will NEVER deliver Artificial Intelligence. Sickening. Served up by our own god-damned government!
