2am thunderstrike overhead fried my Google wifi, Videotron cable modem, a network switch and possibly my ethernet card on my main PC. Very glad I kept a backup router so I can at least get internal services (Plex) back up.

@OficialLaMimi @Videotron It's already back for me all my other work from home co-workers who were also down on the south shore. It lasted between 5 and 30min for most people. Maybe try and restart your modem once more if it's not already back for you.
