    If you have a business please do NOT use @Videotron nor Vidéotron Affaire. They are the worst. I’ve been on the line for 1:20 being pass around like it’s a ********! All I’m trying to do is paid them and ask about my plan…that’s the worst part 🥲

    Don't ever go to @Videotron. Worst customer service ever. They make a mistake and you still gotta pay for it.

    @Videotron Hydro came back last night around 11:00 pm but Helix does not want to reconnect Should I attempt to call Customer Service ? I am in Pointe Claire H9R 5X9

Watched the game last night on SNE, and had access to it on the other Snet channels too of course I turned it off in the 3rd when they were down 4-1 in the 3rd but still. Haven't missed a game since R1 G1

    @Videotron there has to be something you can about these scam phone calls regarding Service Canada and our social insurance numbers. I received 8 scam calls today back to back.

    @DisneyStudiosCA I paid for a subscription today for my residence in Montreal. My ISP (Cronomagic) is a reseller for one of the major ISPs (Videotron). Disney+ is blocking me, identifying my IP address as "outside of Canada", which it is not (!). No service unless my cellular data. Not happy!

    If you decide to register your business and need a provider PLEASE DO NOT USE @Videotron They are the worst. Overpriced and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been on the line over 1h 30 and they keep transferring me like a ping pong ball! 🏓

    @Videotron Still have no land-line service. Since Wednesday. Can't even call 911. Older people have traditional landlines . *** can electricity be back and videotron not. Same towers and poles !!!!!

    So can we just assume Videotron is incredibly lazy? Helix REFUSES to play on a Linux based system, and that's been the case ever since they phased Illico Web out! Get your damn platform working on Linux like two weeks ago!

    Many years ago my bro worked in the technical service for what's now videotron It was awful! One guy called to yell that his cable was out. My bro told him to go to his TV. He said he wasn't home. 🤔 So why did he call? Because a friend nearby had his cable out! Nuts!

The Tribunal put great weight on how competitive backhaul markets were & how that would underpin the success of Videotron as a replacement for Freedom Mobile & even as a new rival for bundled ISP & TV services. All w/ no public data to support the claim.

    @Bell, you really need to start offering better internet packages if you want me as a customer. 5mb download and 680kb upload for 60$ a month is crazy, I'll stay with videotron

    And all 3 also operate under their own names So you got a total of 9 different carriers, but in reality it's actually 3 Videotron, Freedom, and Sasktel are the only independent cell providers in Canada There was MTS (Manitoba Telecom Service) but Bell took them over in 2017
