    @DisneyStudiosCA I paid for a subscription today for my residence in Montreal. My ISP (Cronomagic) is a reseller for one of the major ISPs (Videotron). Disney+ is blocking me, identifying my IP address as "outside of Canada", which it is not (!). No service unless my cellular data. Not happy!

    @Videotron It's a DNS issue. Change your DNS to another one (google's by example 8.8.8.8)

    apparently theres a widespread issue with videotron and because im with fizz which uses the same network as videotron im f*cked for who knows how long

    @Videotron If your phone network is still working: You can access the internet if you change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. Videotron's DNS servers are completely down. Go to your Network Properties, then select TCP/IPv4 and click on Properties, you'll see the DNS options at the bottom.
