  @DisneyStudiosCA I paid for a subscription today for my residence in Montreal. My ISP (Cronomagic) is a reseller for one of the major ISPs (Videotron). Disney+ is blocking me, identifying my IP address as "outside of Canada", which it is not (!). No service unless my cellular data. Not happy!

  @Videotron there has to be something you can about these scam phone calls regarding Service Canada and our social insurance numbers. I received 8 scam calls today back to back.

  @Videotron I am on the phone with another agent yudish 212784 who went above and beyond with customer service and customer care and he needs to be compensated! Your other ee was awful and rude I hope you listen to the recording!

  @David_Moscrop If you're in the Ottawa area, you can go with Videotron (and keep your 613 number). Customer service via their chat (rather than calling), and very, very reasonable plans.
