My ISP (Cronomagic) is a reseller for one of the major ISPs (Videotron). Disney+ is blocking me, identifying my IP address as "outside of Canada", which it is not (!). No service unless my cellular data. Not happy!

Just a cable to change from one phone to another. If you never owned one. How do you do that without a phone charge and don't include one or sell it stores?

Now again you are asking me to call Videotron customer care ? Please let me know how would you sort this out ?
