@Videotron is this the customer experience you want for your clients? So if I don’t have the money to pay $400 that I wasn’t supposed to be charged upfront, then you cut off my service and still leave me with the bill? This is none sense.

@fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

@Videotron said this kind of thing happens (often?) & that the only option I have is to accept their “courtesy” of $75 and pay the rest otherwise i will receive late fees and eventually they will cut off my service and come get the equipment but that I would still have to pay.

@Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

@SandraFalcone I know that and I've had my issues with Videotron also. But they don't behave in quite the same brutal fashion as Bell. What they have done to CJAD is unacceptable. In effect, Bell is waging war on a Montreal institution.

Seriously **** videotron, took money out of my account when I asked for a freeze on my internet bill this month and that was supposed to be for meds. If you ask a company for a freeze during a pandemic, maybe they should do so because everyone is struggling? So frustrated today

@Bischoff_Tyler 2/2 I also think not putting an NHL team after Videotron Centre in Quebec City was built is a bad look for the NHL (they could still get an NHL/NLL/CEBL team at the Videotron Centre, but that remains to be seen). I think the same can happen in the NBA if they are not careful.

@OdyseeTeam Hi Odysee team. There's a major problem in Quebec region of Canada, we can't acces Odysee by many internet providers. I'm with @Videotron and no browser but Tor can access. Can you see what is the cause? Asking for thousands of people on my FB page.
