    @alliejayne_ @Bell_Support That’s disappointing. We have always had good service. No different than any other provider with all their ‘promos’. They’re all corporate sheisters in the long run though.

    @Bell, my neighbour is an older adult. She doesn't have a cellphone and her landline stopped working. We spoke to tech support who said her phone line needs to be replaced with Fibre. The earliest appt was October 2nd. She lives alone in her house and has no phone. Unacceptable

    Preordered @Apple iPhone 14 pro max from @Bell to find out today when I go to pick it up (not when preordering) I can’t have it because they didn’t know I wasn’t trading in my iPhone 12? Come again? I already cancelled bell fibe, maybe time to cancel bell mobile @Bell_Support

    I have a Fibe300 plan with @Bell lifetime price. I’m moving and the best plan in my new address is Fibe 100. Bell wants to charge me more, offering a worse service! Really I don’t understand! Poor customer service and no value for loyal customers
