@JrodTwitch @Bell_Support Right? I'm paying almost $90/month for what? Slow *** download speeds? Outages? We don't even have the higher tier fiber Internet in our area yet. I'm literally paying that much for the most basic fiber Internet. Make it make sense.

@Bell_Support looks like the internet is having a hard time this Thanksgiving. Pay for gigabit and get 200 down 180 up and then the internet just goes out. Calling support pains me because I literally went to school for IT and built my own networks. What a time to be alive in 🇨🇦

I don’t normally complain about dumb customer service experiences, but @Bell_Support is literally the worst. They refuse to refund me the bill of a phantom account I never opened.
