@alliejayne_ @Bell_Support That’s disappointing. We have always had good service. No different than any other provider with all their ‘promos’. They’re all corporate sheisters in the long run though.

@Bell 24 hours now, your fibre optic shows 1.9mg down when I have the 1 G plan. Your call Centres are useless, I had to find out on social media you’re having issues. Bell rep clearly lied when I asked about issues. #Halifax.

@Bell_Support It’s day 4, why is it a struggle to have you remove your overheard wire that came down, posing safety concerns and blocking three driveways. You have been notified by all three property owners. Pls attend to this matter!

@Bell For over 2 weeks, been trying to return these devices and pick new ones. Been told to goto Bell Store, in MyBell app, many chats etc...just to have wrong devices shipped and my plan downgraded and over data now. This must be a joke or horrible service!

@Jaspal_Virdee @Bell Same, when I had bell, the game would freeze and speed up for 4 seconds to compensate for the lag. Switched to @Rogers and hadn’t had a lag issue since. To be fair though, when I signed up with Rogers , I ordered 1GB/s and I’m only getting 400-500 MB/S

What’s with @Bell @TELUS @Eastlink coming door to door to sell me stuff? It’s happening every 2-3 months. I have purple cow for internet and virgin for my mobile plan. Until you can compete with these prices stop sending sales ppl to the door. I’ll never buy anything door to door

@Bell_Support been without home internet for 2 days now, the ETA just keeps being pushed forward. No one has a solution and I’m expected to pay for unusable services, ridiculous!

@Bell_Support ...I fix Bell's mistake and return these erroneously mailed devices. And being told that I may get a discount on my bill, BUT only after I mail back Bell's mistake?!?! How is that NORMAL customer service? Think I'll get new devices this week, from Rogers, if that's how Bell acts.
