@Bell the internet outage today has been brutally harmful. Work and everything aside, the World Cup has started. Football thrives on passion. This outage only leaves a bitter aftertaste for end users who are football fans. #Qatar2022 #FrancevsAustralia #MexicoVsPoland

Trying to find a great VOIP phone service in Southern Ontario ... tried really hard to go to @Bell (Bell Canada) but after wasting so much time on a chat they told me to call another department! That is really poor customer service but they are too big to care!

Is there a worse company than Bell? @Bell_Support charging me $20 to add a service mid-cycle. A service of which I should have been told about in July when I asked about my best travel options. Will spend the rest of my day researching which phone company to switch to.

I have been with @Bell forever, only because the other company is worst. @Bell_Support you are annoying me. Imagine I have to say 'yes it exists so do your job' or call another agent to get what I want. Please please please train your staff better. This is time consuming!

@Bell_Support @ImKables Take responsibility for your company and ****** service and do something about it instead of gaslighting your customers.
