How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

And in US my service was faster than when I was with Bell

I need to speak with a real person or do you not employ those anymore? $183 a month and I can't even get a technician scheduled jeez.

We had a problem with @Bell back in 2017 where they misbilled us every month we were with them. Then we sent the equipment back. Canada Post said to keep the receipt.
