  North York. Internet was down for about 10 mins. Over 2 hours into watching a 3+ hour volleyball game. At a crucial match point. 😡 What happened? Modem had a red OK indicating fibre issue. Was it scheduled maintenance? It's after 2am. Not happy. @Bell_Support

  @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

  @Reil76 @Bell Bell sent me to collections for failing to return equipment during Covid, when stores wouldn't accept it and they didn't send labels to mail it back. Everything about Bell sucks, and their fees are outrageous. Good luck!
