    I have determined @Rogers is more expensive because it is a superior product than @Bell … I miss my Rogers services but can’t afford them anymore… and they highjacked my email address despite me still a cellular customer..I loathe BOTH of these Canadian monopolies… #fibesucks

    @Bell_Support hey why is your customer service tech support so useless? No internet this morning nothing changed on my end so I called tech support. Did everything as required and was told they would need to send someone to my home. I told them to check the demarc connectivity 1/

    @Bell_Support finally came today, 2 days late and outside of the promised window. The tech was the first knowledgeable and kind @bell employee I've ever talked to. Internet still sucks, oversold, no plan to fix it, no compensation. Be warned, stay away from @Bell. #terrible

    Huh. So have been on hold for almost an hour, waiting for @Rogers so-called 'loyalty dept' rep to chat with me. Recording 50 minutes ago said my call was next. Great customer service this is, especially from the 'loyalty dept' right? @Bell @TELUS is looking better all the time!

    Sadly, though, I have to switch because @Bell_MTS's network is ending. I was told this would be straightforward. It is not. Right now I'm researching my options because in person, on the phone or via DM, @bell and @Bell_Support have been so extremely unhelpful.

    @Bell_Support I have been rebooting at least 3 times and still have no wifi from Bell. I am in Richmond hill Ontario. Is anyone else having issues?

    @Bell_Support Why do you need a DM? It’s a simple yes or no. If it’s your guy, the next time they trespass on my property the police will be called. Either you help or disregard. I’m trying to help you here.
