@Bell_Support @Bell since when do you need a customer’s drivers license to add a mobile phone to mine bill I’ve been a customer since 2017 and tried to add a cell phone line and the guy demanded my drivers license number.

@Bell_Support @Bell God knows what's wrong with your customer service nowadays. I have an order with the number BCZ8JLJG. This was supposed to be closed on 25th March and it's 28th now and nobody seems to know what's happening with this order. This is a simple internet upgrade.

@Bell_Support Can you tell your agents that when they call a customer and they disconnect suddenly, it's important to call the customer again? It's.. kind of basic stuff? Thank you.

@Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support I have been trying to have the ability to change an webmail password online for weeks. Please fix it! Also it is bad security practice for a tech support person to offer to change your password. It is a password for a reason!

@bell did you really teach your drivers to fly thru shoulders across solid white lines and speed down on 401 ramps past traffic so stupidly? And in trucks plastered with Bell branding seems extra stupid.

To the guy from @Bell_Support who hung up on my wife while trying to make payment arrangements....your an *******. I'm not sure why it is so hard to get anyone to actually help. If any one can legitimately help please call my wife or contact her on twitter via @CuteLibrarianX1

I hate telecoms. I called @bell to cancel my home phone & my bill increased. They have deals for new customers but as a 15+ year Bell customer there are no deals unless I keep a home phone #. And yes, I could keep the home phone & just not use it, but that is not the point.

@Bell_Support I already know what’s avaiable and it’s been a year and still no upgrades. You offer a garbage 50mbps ADSL connection. I want you to upgrade the building. All others around us have fibe.
