  @Bell @Bell_Support Pathetic service. My monthly payment was deducted, then reversed and I was charged a $30 NSF fee 3 times. Bell store told me to call Bell Finance Support, but my outgoing calls are barred. Why can't store handle billing issues? Very frustrating.

  @GrantG90545721 @Bell I have been on the phone since before 2; 14 agents including online agents. Still on with 14th agent - called a while ago for same refund, said would do, never did. Frustrating isn't it?

  @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

  @CRTCeng Bell was supposed to be at this particular address on 3rd July. After waiting & being let down twice eventually put cable in on 17th but didn’t bring any more equipment. Promised to be out today to complete job for tv and internet. Haven’t turned up. @Bell @Bell_Support

  @Bell_Support Countless phone calls hours spent on the phone waiting. Not one email sent to me. Finally told on the last phone call. You don’t have those receivers so if you want one, you have to buy one ??? WTF it’s simple one honest phone call made at the very beginning and chaos ever since

  @Bell @Bell_Support You were out to do a job 3 days ago and promised to be back at my sons today in Lucan,Ontario. They haven’t turned up YET AGAIN and can’t find record of him. This started on 3rd July!! BELL has to be WORST IN COMMUNICATION. Canada needs more competition!

  Bell Internet down from June 26 and restored modem replaced. Now Wi-Fi pods have not worked, despite being replaced 3 times. spent 10–15 hours phone with support and requested an in-home technician. @Bell_Support threatened with a $75 charge for a service visit #shame @Bell
