@Bell just experienced the WORST customer service EVER. Been a customer for years and they are trying to ROB me of more money. Will be cancelling ALL of my bell services and all my friends and family will be doing the same too. Absolutely brutal

@Bell Today I cancelled my service with you. After 15+ years, no late payments, all I asked for was to speak with someone from retention. I received callbacks from associates offering packages that were posted on website. I’ve had cable, satellite, internet and mobility. Ur loss

@Bell_Support You misunderstood. I’m with Rogers & struggling with inconsistent service delivery & regular outages. Everyone says “no point switching providers because Bell is the same” - so I’m asking how many outages have occurred for your customers in past 10 days? Maybe I should be switch?

@Bell_Support Thank you for your prompt response, we spoke with someone from bell on the phone and said latest is June 30 to get this fix… the wire is exposed and the driveway and interlock needs fixed due to bad filling/repair after they dug it up.
