@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Don't forget that they collected money from the government because of the pandemic and they wanted the money to support keeping their workers hired. not only that they make profits that they give to shareholders nonstop so hmm....

@Bell_Support I had a fibe installation appointment and the tech said he couldn't do it because there's tree branches in the way. That's pretty poor preparation on Bell's part :/ Is there anything else that can be done? All I was told is that someone would call us to reschedule.

Hi @Bell_Support our internet and phone lines stopped working at 4pm today. 3 hours, 5 calls to Bell, different departments and disconnections and told tech can’t help us until Thursday July 1st. Small business relying on phone and internet. This isn’t acceptable. We need help!

@Bell_Support @Bell horrible customer service. I placed a complaint yesterday and was told that a technician was going to come today between 1-3. Guess what no one showed up. Looks like I will be looking for a new provider.
