    Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

    @fomaione @Bell Understand there must be a lot more strain on the network these days, but if it’s ongoing that’s ridiculous. Do better @Bell !

    @Bell Someone from small business needs to contact me. I am out of country, have spent over 4 hours on the phone w/your team to then get hung up on with no resolution. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    @Bell we have had no cell service since 6:30pm yesterday & are snowed in. I was able to contact a friend via wifi to call you guys on my behalf. They won't submit a ticket for our area as they can't talk to us directly. Help?

    @Bell_Support no internet, TV or home phone for 72hrs going on to 96hrs. My parents are 80+ year olds, in the middle of a pandemic and winter with no entertainment, nor a way to call for help in case of an emergency.
