Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

@Bell_Support Thank you but its to late. I called twice. The first lady, i told you what she said. The second call guy left me on wait for 33 minutes ( just to find my account) and then i hang up. You sholud definatly checq who is answering your customer service.

There is no worst service than service @Bell @Bell_Support Called for phone upgrade and the girls told me, go to your account and cancel it! And I did, got so much better deal at different provider! #bellsucks

@Bell_Support Any known issues in NW #ldnont with DSL internet? Devices all show the network is there, connected (✅) but there is no connection/activity. Nothing loads. Tried all the usual shutdowns and restarts. Nothing. Suggestions?

Update 🚨 well after dealing with @RogersHelps for the last 5 days, the problem has finally come to an end. No, my internet did not get fixed I switched to @Bell. Won’t be running until Saturday but I’d take that over the lies @RogersHelps spews.

@Bell I have a big truck digging up my front lawn due to a Bell issue. The neighbors tried to have bell installed and this the issue underground. My question is...if they are fixing that issue can they fix mine? I have a wire going to my other neighbors for almost 2 years now!
