  @Bell Can someone explain why Bell calls 2-3 times DAILY and never leave a message?? Could I answer, sure! But I don't want to, so if it's THAT important that you call multiple times daily, leave a message with the issue, simple, then I'll call you back.

  Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

  Called Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today.   @Bell_Support, My internet has been out since Friday 3 p.m. Called Tech Support several times. Exchanged modem, and tech repair appointment set up on Friday afternoon. Friday evening tech repair was cancelled by text indicating area outage. It's Sunday. No area outage reported.
