    @Bell_Support Thank you, they finally got back to me and I have to say, the customer service representative was very helpful and courteous! Sucks that it took so long, but her service made the wait time worth it.

    @Bell Can someone explain why Bell calls 2-3 times DAILY and never leave a message?? Could I answer, sure! But I don't want to, so if it's THAT important that you call multiple times daily, leave a message with the issue, simple, then I'll call you back.

    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    For the third time this week, a customer has come to my Canada Post counter with a @Bell package to be sent by Purolator, with the customer saying Bell told them to bring it to the post office. But Bell has ASSURED me this isn't happening. Bell, let's talk about your gaslighting.

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.
