    @Bell Can someone explain why Bell calls 2-3 times DAILY and never leave a message?? Could I answer, sure! But I don't want to, so if it's THAT important that you call multiple times daily, leave a message with the issue, simple, then I'll call you back.

    @Bell_Support Thank you, they finally got back to me and I have to say, the customer service representative was very helpful and courteous! Sucks that it took so long, but her service made the wait time worth it.

    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?

    @Bell_Support I’m also trying to report a downed line that’s blocking a street. No options when you call and agent can’t help. Maybe setup an online form for these requests?

    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

    @its_gooseyy @Bell @Bell_Support They’ve been lying to me all week - no phone service. They keep saying it will be fixed - now it’s today by 10pm. A tech in the neighborhood told at least the end of next week. Can’t even speak to someone because they say they are aware - then give a fake date to be fixed.
