@Bell_Support Thank you, they finally got back to me and I have to say, the customer service representative was very helpful and courteous! Sucks that it took so long, but her service made the wait time worth it.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell We’ve just been through a similar nightmare with Bell. We made some minor changes to our Bell services and have spent weeks sorting out the errors. No consequences for Bell. More competition might change that.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Bell is crap, they raise their rates every 3-4 months. It took over an hour to cancel it. We went with Carry tel.. no issues so far.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Switched from Rogers to Bell 2 yrs. ago. It was a nightmare at first, finally got all sorted. (Fingers crossed). They are both so awful that I can't recommend one over the other.
