    @Bell_Support when will internet access be restored for the Gatineau area in Quebec, Canada? website says theyve been trying to diagnose the problem for 5 hours but no other updates are being provided. your website needs to be more transparent, 5 hours with no updates is too long

    @Bell Please check the ticket and see what height the tech put the line in as off the ground. I’m betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If it’s not down as approx 6ft it’s incorrect.

    @Bell how is it acceptable that the 407 from 115 to Enfield and majority of Clarington, mainly Bowmanville is a complete dead zone. Your cell service has become atrocious and pathetic
