Ayo if you're an ISP ( @bell cough cough) you should have a lite version of your site + outage map so when an entire community is forced to use your already kind of pathetic cellular service, they can actually load the site through all the traffic.

  • WeakTimeRunning Dustin Gavin (@WeakTimeRunning) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Hey, @Bell @Rogers. I'm unable to talk to my parents in Prince Edward Island due to damage caused by #hurricanFiona. Please do your best to get them and everyone else connected to your networks. Thank you.

@Bell_Support For those of us who still have spotty internet with our phones (not to mention spotty phone service!), there's no point in giving us 50 GB we'll never be able to access. If you really care about us as customers, GIVE US A BREAK ON OUR BILL!... 1/2

  • SandwichDiva66 Cassandra Reese (@SandwichDiva66) reported

@Bell @TIFF_NET How about you skip TOFF and the carbon neutral stuff until you get your customer service together? Still on hold.

  • danielmullen Daniel Mullen (@danielmullen) reported

Hey @Bell, perhaps lay off showing me all the iPhone 14 Pro ads while people here cannot connect to your network because you are not willing to put sufficient backup power on your sites three years after promising to do better after Dorian happened? #FionaFail #WeCanDoBetter

  • tribemagazine tribe magazine (@tribemagazine) reported

@Bell_Support they have buried one of your fiber cables now but left 100's of feet of the live cable on the surface of the land where it is a public danger and hazard. Fix it now. #canada #internet #mirkobibic
