@Bell absolutely disgusting customer service. My moms internet usage was over (1st time ever) and she had already paid $50 in overages. 10 days til next cycle & told to “shut off internet” until then. Thus isn’t mined in a hole or grown in a field. Just lost a HUGE loyal customer

@Bell_Support On the phone with @Bell for the 7th time since Jan 2023, on our 2nd WiFi modem, and 4th TV receiver. Tech issues that no one can resolve, no TV/Internet for hours at a stretch, billing us for equipment we've returned, no resolution... this is unacceptable.

Plus @BestBuy gave me $250 in gift cards ($50 per device) for making the transfer. Thank you, Brad. Thank you @rogers. And @Bell_Support, you just lost a longtime loyal customer due to your business decisions and uninformed staff.

Looks like @Fidomobile has decided their service is so exceptional that it deserves a price hike. I tend to disagree. Who has the best rates going on 2 line plans with minimal/moderate data. @Bell or @TELUS?
