    @Bell absolutely disgusting customer service. My moms internet usage was over (1st time ever) and she had already paid $50 in overages. 10 days til next cycle & told to “shut off internet” until then. Thus isn’t mined in a hole or grown in a field. Just lost a HUGE loyal customer

    @reillyoreilly4 @mapetersen @Bell_Support The email I received is from bell with links to bell's valid support page. Not sure the emails themselves are from fraudsters but somehow their system had major issues last night. Could have been from a hack I guess. Changed my password this morning.

    @Bell @rogers FYI. An apology from your customer service team is like a fart in the wind. I cant hold it, i cant use it, it doesn’t make me feel better, and smells like ****! Stop apologizing and start putting ur money where your mouths are.

    @Bell_Support Details for head office? Im livid. 43 days no internet, 20 no TV. Called every week to fix only to wait. Being charged for no service. Threatening disconnection if I dont pay for services I didnt have! Reimbursed 30 is ridiculous when loss is $253 confirmed by bell.

    @Bell_Support Why don't you DM me with the number of someone who can actually help me? We keep getting put on hold, passed around, and hung up on. All we want at this point is restoration to the way things were.

    @thinner1973 @Bell I got 3 emails as well from Bell, 2 welcoming me and thanking for purchasing a new cell phone. (I have had the same phone for many years) One thanking for my continued support. Haven't wasted my time calling. If there is an error on my bill, then we have a problem.
