Made the mistake of ordering a new phone though Bell’s Live Chat service, what a mistake. Its been 3 weeks of calling different numbers just to get a confirmation or tracking # which I still don’t have #stillwaiting @Bell_Support #CustomerService

never even think of using @Bell, i canceled today my phone and internet line, going to cancel later today my business VoIP phone and internet, they have THE worst costumer service @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support my Fibe internet was supposed to be installed on Aug 15, issues so a new tech came on the 16th seemingly resolved the issue. Today original tech came back and the issue remains unresolved. Called in to the support line I'm being told tech won't be here til September

Beware if you call @Bell with a technical issue. I called today and an hour later, an email was sent confirming a change to my account. They added a charge unbeknownst to me and without my consent. I’ve called and they’ve reversed it but be aware! #nothappy #bell #ripoff

@maryannem_ @Bell_Support AAAAAHHHHHH!!!! I swear, I may just call Rogers and see if they have a solution for me to run off a hotspot. This is insane! NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS and it’s only worked continuously for 2 weeks out of 8!!!
