    @Bell_Support It’s been a couple of weeks. There has been a change in the service in St. Brendan’s also so it make me think tower signal change. Right now I have 3 bars. 15 minutes ago I had 4 here in Bonavista right behind the hospital

    @gwoww255 @Bell @CRTCeng I have the same issue. They increase my bill about 5% a year. The average inflation rate over last 10 years is 1.7%. So I have paid $1,800 more than the inflation rate according to ChatGPT. Same service, same router.

    I am switching from @Rogers to @Bell first thing tomorrow morning. @Rogers you guys should be ashamed of your customer service. Disgraceful. I’ve been calling everyday for 2 weeks to contact about a huge payment error on my account and cannot get through. Disgusting business

    @Bell has the WORST customer service. I've been on the phone for over an hour and spoken to at least 8 different CSRs who have all assured me they can resolve THEIR error with my billing, just to refer me to someone else who does the same thing. NOT IMPRESSED!
