    @Bell_Support It’s been a couple of weeks. There has been a change in the service in St. Brendan’s also so it make me think tower signal change. Right now I have 3 bars. 15 minutes ago I had 4 here in Bonavista right behind the hospital

    @Bell_Support To anyone who cares, hopefully someone at @CBCOttawa , there continues to be no calling ability in downtown Ottawa for some Bell users since Monday. Company has made no progress in resolving. Even emergency services cannot be reached by affected users.

    @Bell_Support I got my bill cut in half because I didn't give up and demanded to be treated properly like a customer should. Bell, you should be ashamed of your treatment of your customers. Pathetic.

    @Bell_Support I don't consider tech onsite unless he knocks on door and says he's here. I'm not surprised the issue is in cabinet but showing up at door is important too.

    Wow! @telusmobility can’t do address changes over the phone; waited an hour to speak with someone & told I have to do that! Can’t wait to change over to @Bell or @Rogers. “Telus’ world of technology” can’t process an address change, lol. They make you do that. #fail #servicefail

    @Bell I e hadc37 days of service and signal interruptions with Roger's the last month. It's a solute shiite. I pay top dollar too. Sick of Rogers.
