There has been a change in the service in St. Brendan’s also so it make me think tower signal change. Right now I have 3 bars. 15 minutes ago I had 4 here in Bonavista right behind the hospital

Your outage tool says there's no outage. 310-BELL says there is. Unknown what Bell tool is actually accurate. Help!
