    @Bell_Support It’s been a couple of weeks. There has been a change in the service in St. Brendan’s also so it make me think tower signal change. Right now I have 3 bars. 15 minutes ago I had 4 here in Bonavista right behind the hospital

    @LukeWilliamsL2 @Bell We have clients with multiple cable/DSL lines, and they never remotely check both for issues, only one. Then they send a tech, and they don't even acknowledge the second line. Three days later, we send our own tech, and it's working again.
